Pool and fitness centre was great-refreshing to have a swim after long days of walking. Close to main train station and 20-30 min walk to Salzburg old town! On arrival hairs on bathroom floor from previous guest. I got walked in on around 9.15am as i was getting changed by hotel staff- they did not knock and it wasn’t near or after check out time - wasn’t impressed!! I checked out on time. - then my room should have been checked/cleaned.

A great hotel with beautiful Alps views from the window, an open rooftop pool is a top. I highly recommend it is possible to be the best hotel in this city, although not cheap
