Aparthotel Adagio Marseille Timone

The location is not far from the center, and it was good because it had a variety of kitchen utensils. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was also spacious. The balcony had a factory view in front, but I also saw trees and it was nice because it was wide open. It was within 10 minutes by Bolt taxi to the airport limousine bus terminal, which cost less than 10 euros, so I was able to safely catch an early morning flight.

First time in Marseille. Fine to have stayed at this apartment but probably won't again. I had to chase for the access instructions myself. Also annoying to have to go pick up the keys from Ibis (collection itself was quick), which is a 9-minute walk to the apartment. The fob worked but the 2 keys attached did not open any doors. Email instructions, while clear, were not entirely accurate - referring to going right when in fact I needed to find the apartment on the left. Bit of drama one morning as I forgot my phone inside the apartment and had locked myself out. Had keys on me but the keys couldn't actually open the door, and of course I couldn't remember the super-secure 9-digit digital code! Only eventually managed to get in but asking a neighbour who thankfully was able to call the apartment manager. They should have given me working manual keys but never did. Apartment itself was very clean. Lots of linen. Comfortable bedding in the bedroom as well as hidden under the sofa bed. Basic toiletries included. Washing machine worked. Heating was plenty sufficient. No dishwasher but not an issue as I did not cook much. (2 induction hob rings right against the wall which I didn't think was conducive to cooking anything more than the super basic, but fine for me this trip.) Overall it was okay. Location super convenient, but I'd prefer somewhere quieter, where people and traffic noise wouldn't be so loud and go on after hours. Also somewhere without people relieving themselves next to large bins right outside the building's front door. Somewhere more pleasant...

The environment is good, suitable for business trips and leisure stays, self-service hotel, the price is very cheap, and you can make some food yourself. For those who have lived abroad for a long time, they are not suitable for western food and are suitable for living!

Chanot - Stade Velodrome
Went for a long weekend to see the city and it’s history, really enjoyed our time, 3 days was plenty to see everything. The hotel was in a fantastic location, right near the Metro. Everyone was friendly in the hotel, and spoke English very well which was useful as our French isn’t great. Couldn’t have asked for anything more, also the deposit was paid back straight away on the same day in full. Highly recommend.
Odalys City Marseille Centre Euromed

The location is far away from the Old Port Scenic Area, but the environment in the new area is more spacious and clean, and the room can see the sea and the sunset. Coffee capsules are only provided on the first day of check-in and will not be replenished after the second day. There is no drinking water in the room. You can take the empty bottle to the water dispenser on the first floor to fill it with water. Overall, it is a good and cost-effective hotel apartment.

Super surprise hotel The location is very good and it is very convenient to go anywhere. There are slippers in the room, which is very pleasant. The breakfast is delicious every day, please be sure to book breakfast, it is definitely worth it! The service staff was very good, she remembered me and my friend, and greeted each day with a smile. The last day because we have to get up early to catch the plane, breakfast is delivered to the room at 7 o'clock, thank you very much Very happy every day in Nice, will book here next time you come to Nice! Love everything here ❤️
Vacancéole - Résidence le Crystal

Good residence with access to the swimming pool. We just had a problem with hot water and that we did not know that paying for the toilet was provided just once. In addition, I was not aware of the bank imprint of 300 euros that I find huge. In addition, it is also a pity that some young people do not respect sleep, we had to go out the first night to signal around midnight to stop making noise. Otherwise everything was perfect
Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences le Maestria

The room was average, I had paid for a double for an extra €3 to then realise it was the two single beds pushed together from the original two single bed booking, super uncomfortable beds, this was definitely not a 4* not sure how they got that rating. We had previously stayed in a 2* and this was a million miles better. The security is fantastic, when we arrived! Helped us to the room and advised how to get food etc.. would we stay again, no.
Aparthotel Adagio Access Nice Garibaldi

Nice apartment with kitchenette. Keep the kitchenette clean and dishes washed or you’ll be charged a cleaning fee according to the card on the counter, which I nearly missed. Nice little touches in the room. And lemon water in the lobby. Has a roof top pool. Can walk to most places of interest. But in Nice buying a 24h transport card can save a lot of time, and gets you to the Matisse art museum and Roman ruins at the hilltop. Careful with data roaming in Monaco, it may feel like a part of France, the Nice bus service even gets you there but it isn’t. Check that your telco has an arrangement with a Monaco telco.
