We were 2 couples travelling together and we had an excellent stay at this hotel. We were pleasantly greeted by Sanjeev Suri (Airport Supervisor) in the airport itself, while waiting for our luggage! Our welcome and transfer to the hotel was super comfortable in spite of having to walk a long way to get to the transfer vehicles. This was due to the airport having to handle G20 meeting participants. Excellent service was provided to us always at the club lounge by Rohit Singh Bisht (Butler) and your other staff. At breakfast, your Sous Chef Regan Barua Chowdhury went the extra mile to prepare vegan pastries and other delicacies for our vegan sister. Server Dhaiaya was at her best in looking after our every need.

It's great. If you stay for a period of time for multiple people, it is definitely recommended. The staff is gentlemanly and the response is perfect. Good access to cheap metro. It's so quiet that it doesn't seem like India.

Searched for a place online and based on the rating, chose zen suites - sector 14 and it lived up in every way to its rating. It is conveniently located with a spacious and clean living cum dining, bedroom and a sit out. It will very clean and well maintained. The food menu though limited is prepared fresh and customised. Was very tasty. The staff are professional, courteous and helpful. Special mention to jyoti, kitchen team and front office team. Highly recommended

I have never experienced the exact status of a property as shown in pictures. Staff was very courteous. Checkin and checkout was flawless and the location was right next to metro stations and malls. Bedchambers will always be my choice for this kind of stay.
