It is the worst hotel I stayed in Fukuoka. The first trip with my love and everything was perfect. And we stayed Rakuten Stay Kokura Station in the last day of trip before early flight back to Hong Kong. The self check in system was convenient. We used only 5 mins and we can get room password. The interior design is good and tidy. But the toilet cleanliness is a disaster. A lot of brown stain distribute in toilet bowl and seat. The picture is disgusting along with its smell. We have to go down the self check in machine to find the customer service and request for room change. After a long waiting, and I got another room with same issue. Is almost 11pm and we have to catch early flight tomorrow, we completed our trip with this horrible stay and the mood and memory was destroyed. I do not understand how the cleanliness can be that horrible and doubt that no one check the room before guest check in ? It happen again after room change. I will not stay in Rakuten hotel again definitely.

One thing to note when booking this hotel is that it is an apartment-style hotel that requires self-service check-in and check-out. Therefore, there is no lobby or anyone to assist. In fact, I didn’t pay attention to the timing of the reservation. I checked in early in the morning. After checking out of another hotel, I dragged my luggage directly to the hotel. I planned to put my luggage down first and check in when I could check in at 3pm. Unexpectedly, when I arrived at the underground entrance of the hotel, I found that it was an apartment with other residents. Since I had not arrived before the check-in time, I was not able to enter the building. When Nianzhu and other residents entered the apartment first, they were treated maliciously by other residents. I was treated badly and pushed me out of the apartment with my hands. I had no choice but to stand on the roadside and send an email to the hotel customer service to ask if there was a luggage storage service. Then I had to wait for a long time for a reply. Of course, the final reply was that there was no such service and I could only drag my luggage. Then take the subway to another station, find a locker service to store your luggage, and check in when it's time to check in. In fact, the internal sanitation and facilities of the hotel are good. However, if you have to move your luggage to the hotel, it is not suitable to book this hotel because the check-in time is later than other hotels, at 3 pm, and there is no luggage storage service. It is really It's relatively inconvenient.

Amenities (toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, shower sponge, cotton swabs, etc.) were all well-equipped, and there were really a lot of towels! The shoe rack is wide, and there is a multipurpose room right next to it, which is also really wide. And when you come in, there is a bathroom and a room with a double bed, and there is a door that separates the living room and the room, so when you open it and go in, there is a bathroom, kitchen, living room, and double bed! There are plenty of fingers, forks, plates, cups, etc., and there is a refrigerator, microwave, and induction! In addition to the bed, there are additional blankets and mattresses that can be used to make a sofa bed? and pillows! There is also an iron! It was really well-equipped and organized for a Japanese accommodation, so I was really satisfied with my companions and had a great time! The price was low and it was good! There is a bathtub in the bathroom! There were many reviews saying that the cleanliness was not good, but I didn't feel that way!

Tenjin and Hakata Station are both about 20 minutes away on foot. It might feel far, but I booked it cheaply. Haha I like walking, so it wasn't a problem. There's a bus stop right in front of the accommodation, and the subway station is about a 10-minute walk away, which is nice. There's a fridge, TV, and port. There are also bathroom amenities. The shampoo and body wash aren't disposable, but the cleanser and lotion are disposable, so that's good. The toothbrush is a bit rough, but I brought all my facial products. There were 3 foot towels and face towels in my room, and I could get more if I needed them. I went at the end of November, but you have to turn on the heater. It was a bit cold. I went shopping, came back to the accommodation, put my luggage down, and went out again. It's secretly close to Tenjin. The soundproofing isn't bad. There was someone in the room next to me, but I didn't hear much noise. I only heard someone talking once during the 3 nights and 4 days. I'm very satisfied. But I think you should check in carefully before going! I got a message on the app asking how to check in. It might be a good idea to check it out and send an email in advance. I had a staff member, but if there wasn't one, it would have been really difficult..? There was a mailbox-like box at the entrance, and they gave me my room key from there. To take the elevator, I had to insert the key into what looked like a common entrance and open the door to the elevator..ㅋㅋ It was nice.

Value for money! Especially very good for Family of 4 pax to stay together. Just need to walk within 10 mins can reach 博多車站 shopping and dining centre! The room is spacious with a dining and sitting area. Clean, just a bit dusty in area near window. Washroom and bathroom is very clean and spacious. With all necessary amenities. Without staff for check in, better read clearly their email Instruction and do pre-registration, then will be no worry. Take taxi from airport there just under yen2000 and within 10 mins. Will stay here in the future.

We are enjoying for staying here :-) The location is good, quiet and clean. It's about 15min walking distance from Hakata Station. There got a family mart in 10min walking distance. The room is very clean. There got some amenities facilities as the pictures shows. As a nutshell, I will recommend it to my friends who going to travel in Foukouka.

I was so flustered because I only received the check-in instructions but not the room number. I didn't know what to do and kept looking for 30 minutes, and when I realized this wouldn't work, I asked a passing Japanese person to call the number in front of me. After almost an hour of twists and turns, I finally got in. I felt so sorry for the Japanese person who was shivering in the cold outside with me, and I thanked them dozens of times. I went into the room and the facilities were really good. There was a separate bathroom and toilet, and I was surprised that there was a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, and various cooking utensils and dishes, just like at home. The heating was separate for the living room and bed, so it warmed up my frozen body well. I can't believe the price for this facility, but I think it's because of the location and unmanned check-in. I think it was a little disappointing to stay for one day.

The apartment is pretty spacious which is good for a group of friends or family. A 7-11 is located within a minute of walk which is very convenient in terms of getting groceries or supplies if needed. Given it’s unmanned, so guests will need to be mindful of the emails sent from the hotel service team which contained the check in information, nonetheless, I found the check in and out process quite smooth. Really enjoyed the stay and had a great time with my mates.

There was a washing machine with washing and drying functions in the bathroom, which was very convenient! 친구들과 시모노세키와 모지코를 다녀왔습니다. 이 숙소는 모지코역에서 도보로 10-15분 정도 걸리다 보니 짐이 있거나 우천시에는 찾아가기에 좀 인내심이 필요합니다. 입구에서 비번을 눌러야하는데 트립닷컴에서 받은 어떠한 번호로도 열리지 않았습니다. 운좋게 관계자분이 지나가다 보셔서 도움받아 들어갈수 있었는데 체크인에도 어려움이 발생해서 체크인을 하는 태블릿으로 화상연결하여 체크인을 할 수 있었습니다. 앞서 어려움만 이야기 하였으나 일단 방에 들어가서는 굉장히 만족하였습니다. 방도 상대적으로 다른곳보다 넓고 깔끔했으며 화장실과 샤워실이 구분되어있고 전자렌지, 인덕션이 있어 간단한 조리도 가능합니다. 참고로 인덕션은 화력이 약해 고기같은건 생각 안하시는게 좋겠습니다. TV도 크고 유튭,넷플릭스 등등도 이용 가능합니다. 숙소 근처에 ‘할로데이’ 대형마트가 있어 좋습니다. 전체적으로 앞서 입실에 어려움 빼놓고는 상당히 만족스러운 숙소였습니다.

In conclusion, it was the best accommodation for this trip, but there were several issues. Obviously, there is a luggage storage service in the accommodation service, but when I arrived, it was operated unmanned and I couldn't get any service. It's ridiculous to start your journey with your luggage. And there was an issue in my room where the door lock didn't work, and I was able to solve this problem in an hour through a conversation with the manager. (The door wasn't closed tight, so I had to push it with strength.) The room was in the best condition and everything in the bathroom and toilet was good. There were some inconveniences, but I told the master well and said that he would fix it, so I think it will be a better hotel.

This is not a hotel, homestay to be more exact , but it the entire block , maybe 9 room in small building that is dedicated for tourist stay purpose, so I guess semi hotel semi homestay. First of all, there is no one in the building that is going to welcome , greet or say hello to you, You be given pin to enter, self check in process and go to your room. From outside it look small, but as soon I got in my room, this is the largest room I stayed in my entire trip to to Kyushu. There is enough space for my kids to run around, so you imagine that, is even larger than most studio apartment and come with large screen tv, fridge, simple cooking, oven, and etc, almost like a resident home. At first I am still skeptical about non hotel stay in Japan, but after this I am very confident, I looking forward again my stay with Grand Base. Don't worry about the location , just within 10 minute walk away from the station, so If we can do it with luggage and 2 kids, I think most people can do it with confidence.

Hotel style one bedroom, one living room, two bathtubs, toilet and shower are separate. There is also a refrigerator, microwave, hand-made coffee. Convenient transportation, three minutes walk to Taizaifu subway station. Walk to Taizaifu Tianmangong for five minutes. There is a restaurant downstairs. The beef is fresh and delicious. The proprietress is very enthusiastic.
