Pros: Stayed at Room 203 meant for 5 person… Spacious and comfortable room! Had a window too! Good soundproofing between rooms. Only could hear passing by of trains while awake, so wasn’t a big an issue to us. TV has YouTube and Netflix to watch! Cons: No lift!!! We had to carry our heavy & big luggages to the 2nd floor! *Should indicate shortage of this important facility in the booking system! Only 2 parking spaces for 7 units. *Should also indicate in the booking system that parking spaces are first come first served and have to park at nearby paying car parks if both were being taken up. Will be nice to provide some garbage bags in the room as clearing of food waste from the room was definitely necessary during the many days of our stay! Dining table (super wobbly and one side of the table legs seemed like giving away very soon) needs to changed/repaired instantly!

The hotel is very close to Beppu Station, about a 5-minute walk away, but check-in is a bit troublesome. I don't think I need to confirm with the hotel beforehand. The hotel will send me the check-in voucher code again, so I have to wait on the street in the cold weather. Fortunately, I contacted trip.com and the staff responded immediately, but it took me 20-30 minutes to get into the hotel. It was a very bad experience😢😢😢😢

I didn't know it was an unmanned hotel when I made the reservation. The hotel didn't send me check-in information, so check-in took a long time. Then there was no elevator, which surprised me! If you make a reservation on Trip.com, you don't seem to receive a guide. I visited without knowing the password for check-in. I made a call while writing a phone bill, but someone who can only speak Japanese received a call. It was too uncomfortable to know the password. I didn't know how to connect to Wi-Fi. Other than that, the rest was satisfied. Location facilities are satisfactory

Very spacious. It has washing machine & dryer in bathroom. Walking distance to hotel is about 5 minutes. It has free car park but has to walk about 3-5 minutes. Must check email before check in as they will send you email about the details of check in & passcode. Overall we have a nice stay.

It was a very good place to stay for my trip, both clean and conveniently located. The room is spacious. Very suitable for families. There are complete facilities.
