Apartment Hotel 11 Namba Minami Shin-Imamiya

We loved how it was close to most things, and particularly as we had to leave early in the morning with all of our luggage to Kansai, the distance from the place to the Nankai Line proved particularly beneficial - short walk and lifts available, with many train options in the morning. Finding the place was a little difficult if using google maps since the navigation proved difficult in and around the building. A good thing we got help from a Nankai Line employer at the Nankai ”tunnel” who showed us the general direction to the apartment. If you exit from JR line, walk to the Nankai line tunnel on your right as you exit. Apartment was super close to a Mega Donki too which was awesome with food trucks and stalls under the bridge. Area was quiet, if not for the occasional train passing, though the rooms were well insulated. Overall an enjoyable stay. Rooms were relatively large by Japan's standard and there was a tiny cooking area with some utensils, and a washing machine. I liked how the toilet was separated from the bath area. We took the quad room with four beds and still had enough walking space and a bed just for our luggage since there wasn't however, enough room for luggage and clothes storage. You can dry your clothes at a sizeable balcony and in the current summer heat, our clothes dried up really quickly. Self check in and check out instructions were clear and easy. Too bad there wasn't any complimentary coffee, tea or water.

Mom with 2 teens from Singapore (Visited March 2024) We have enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again when e visit Osaka! Location was great with Ebisucho station just 1 min away, JR Shin Imamiya and Imamiyaebisu stations nearby. The area is quieter so we had very peaceful sleep. Plenty of eateries, supermarket, convenience strore as well as Daiso and Don Quijote around the area. Front Desk staffs were very helpful from check-in to check-out. We need to call the airline handling agent and the staff readily helped us. They also helped to call a taxi for us upon check-out. Housekeeping provided ample towel and amenities which were more than enough for our stay. Handwarmers and umbrellas were provided at the lobby as well. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Love the drying function in the bathroom, the clothes dried up overnight. Kitchenette was equipped sufficiently. I saw i review that the bed beside the balcony door is cold... There's air vent beside the balcony doors, you can open it to let the cool air in or close it to keep indoor warm. There's USB points at the bedhead for easy charging of devices. There's plenty of instructions in the room to help with the operation of equipment, we didn't have to bother the staffs. Hope this review helps!

Very good. The hotel is clean and tidy. All facilities are available. It is as comfortable as home. Everything is so beautiful. 😊 The washing machine and vacuum cleaner are very easy to use. Especially the shampoo smells good. I really want to buy some back. I have searched many drugstores but couldn't find it.

The room is big enough and has complete facilities. The only downside is that I received a scam email once. Another small drawback is that no matter which subway station it is, it is a little far away. It takes about 8-10 minutes to walk. But there are many choices of stations, such as JR Nankai, Midosuji, and Sakaisuji Line. There are residential areas and supermarkets around it. It is very close to Tsutenkaku. Another drawback is that the air conditioning cooling method feels a bit inhumane. I caught a cold on the second to last day.
ESLEAD HOTEL Namba Daikokucho

It's been a long time since I last stayed in Osaka Hano at a newly opened apartment hotel on November 2nd. My favorite condominium-style apartment hotel is within walking distance of Namba. I read somewhere that Daikokucho is the most popular station in Osaka to live in, so I was curious about it, and it's close to Namba, and Imamiya Ebisu and Namba Yasaka Shrine are also nearby, so it's convenient. Located 3 minutes from Daikokucho Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line. There is a convenience store 1 minute walk from the hotel. It is within walking distance of Namba at 1 station, and it takes about 30 minutes to access USJ. A hotel in a great location for sightseeing. I walked from my hotel to Amerikamura in Shinsaibashi. I thought it would be faster to walk than to transfer at the complicated Namba Station, so I walked from the hotel to Namba Yasaka Shrine, a scenic spot that I was interested in. Namba is just a 10-minute walk from Namba Yasaka Shrine! It has great access to Shin-Osaka Station, Umeda Station, Tennoji Station, and other areas on the Midosuji Line, as well as easy access to Kyoto. I took a limousine from Umeda to Itami Airport, but Shinkansen is also convenient since it's easy to get to Shin-Osaka. Stayed in a premium theater room. You can do laundry, there's a kitchen, and there's a bath. Super convenient♪ I like high-end luxury hotels, but this is the best hotel where you can stay as if you were living there! It's very convenient to be able to do laundry in your room, and even if you get back to the hotel late, there's a kitchen so it's easy to make dinner. I like staying at hotels that have washing machines because I can wash my clothes at the hotel and then go home, so it's not that hard to do laundry, and I don't have to carry dirty clothes in my suitcase. Completely contactless check-in and check-out. A password will be sent to your email address, and you can easily check in using a QR code, and check out for the latest check-in and check-out methods.

My son, a student, stayed here with his friends to go to the TWICE concert at Yanmar Stadium. It was my first time to book a self-check-in hotel, so I was nervous about whether we would be able to check in on the day. We stayed with 5 people. When I checked the reviews, I saw that there was a mistake on Trip.com and they had trouble with the futons not being prepared for the reservation, so I was a bit worried. It seems that the outside around the hotel was smelly. It's in a lively downtown area and convenient, so I think it was a good deal. The information at the hotel entrance was in 4 languages and colorful and flashy. It's just as shown in the photo. There was also a poster with something that looked like a religious solicitation, so I wondered if it was really okay to stay at this hotel? They were suspicious and contacted me from the local area. In the end, that was just before we entered the room, and the inside was clean and well-equipped, so they seemed very satisfied. Futons were properly prepared for 5 people. It seems that there were sheets and other bedding on the first floor in case there were not enough sheets. (At first, it seemed like they thought they had to bring this into their room and prepare it themselves.) There was a balcony so we could go outside and hang out the laundry, which was very comfortable. We were able to stay for a low price, and were very satisfied with the value for money. We would like to use it again if we have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

Within walking distance to shin osaka station. Delicious food eatery nearby. The room lighting is a bit dark, laundry room has no light at all. There is no service personnel so if you don't need any human interaction it works fine, there is no luggage storage in the lobby unlike other Minn locations (Yamato is around the corner to ship your luggages to), use the lockers in train station. The wash basin is very low like kids height, for adults you will strain your back brushing teeth or washing face.

We were family of 6, 4 adults and 2 kids. We had a one bedroom suite and one studio, and stayed for 6 nights. Everything was fine except the 2 rooms were floors apart, reception lady said she could not put the 2 rooms in the same floor. We have breakfasts for the whole trip, and really enjoy the stay.

Osaka Station/Umeda/Yodoyabashi/Hommachi
This is a great hotel and room, the only exception being the pillows which seemed really hard. The room is in a great location, right next to an undercover shopping ***** which runs for a long way. Store close by, and about a 5-10 minute walk to a couple of stations. The room is really well appointed, best yet in Japan. Good size, smallish bed, table and bench to eat at. Cooker, grill, microwave and fridge/freezer. Staff were friendly, English not good, but with a translator device no problem. When I’m back in Osaka I’d use this hotel again.

Room is smaller than we expected but it's very functional as it is very well designed. Clean. Very new and modern. No moudly oldours like many of the other Airbnb's we've been to. Convenient location, short walks to the shin imamiya station, spa world, shin sekai. Easy to find with bright orange sign. Clear instructions. Self check in. There is a washing machine but apart from a few clothes hangers, there is no place to hang out clothes to dry. we used our own cloth hanging ropes and tied these to our luggage to dry clothes. There is a laundromat very close by with dryers. Wifi, stove, simple cutlery, toilet, shower/bath. We are very happy with it and would love to come back again.
