I was mentally prepared before arriving at the room every time, but in fact, every time it was a little bit beyond my expectations. Like the one I booked in Rotorua this time, the room was clean and tidy, the bedding and mattress were very comfortable, and there was an extra bed in the room. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen has an oven, the bathroom has a washing machine, and it's very close to the busiest streets. Because the itinerary is very tight, I arrive at the hotel very late every time and leave very early, so the above conditions are considered satisfactory for self-driving travel👍👍

Location was great. Easy walk to The Mount and the beach. Lots of shops, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Bed was super comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Could have been more generous with toilet paper, bin liners, and soap provided in the room, but I guess if we asked management for more it would have been provided. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

The accommodation was spacious, recently renovated with gorgeous decor and a beautiful place to stay across from the beach and right under the mountain. Checkin was simple and staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

[Location] The location of the hotel is north of the city of Tauranga, but it is not far away, which is about 800m. [Service] The service is okay, because I arrived early, I ordered coffee in the lobby and waited for a while. After that, the front desk got the room card to find you and said the room was Ready. [Health] Overall good [Facilities] The hotel does not have sound insulation at all. The super noisy facilities are too old, but it does not break. The hotel does not provide toothbrushes and slippers. It only provides shampoo conditioner and soap. If necessary, you can ask at the front desk. (I bring my own toiletries and slippers) The air conditioner has a serious noise. The position of the plug is not provided on the bed. It is too inconvenient to go to the charging bathroom under the TV. The design of the washstand in the bathroom is particularly shallow and old-fashioned. Trouble hotel free parking underground and outdoor but underground needs to find unreserved parking spaces or it will be towed away After the follow-up check-out complained, the hotel sent two breakfasts, but the breakfast type was too small ... you know, but after all, do n’t want the money.
