We really enjoyed our stay here in novotel suites. Rooms are spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast is good. Staff were courteous and helpful. Kids are very enjoy in the swimming pool and kid corner. They even gave us. complimentary slice of cake for my baby girl graduation😊 Definitely we will book again here. Thanks novotel suites

This place is UNICORN in Manila. My wife and I started our honeymoon at Gordon's place. It was very chic and nicely decorated. We both felt very much relaxed and luxurious and in awe of the location and amenities.The apartment is neat and clean with smart tech gadgets.The swimming pool is superb with sunset ocean view in 5th floor. The Okada casino just few steps away from this place, and there are lots of restaurants, bars, fountain shows. I heard there are more casinos and malls around but we might explore next time. We would highly recommend staying here and we would like to stay again on our next adventure in Manila. It was just what we both wanted from a place to stay, a good mix of home and away. We really loved the art and style that created a very relaxed and positive atmosphere. Gordon and his assistant Marie was very helpful and detailed with the process of checking in and making sure we were comfortable.

Upon arriving at the hotel, the doorman or the person stationed outside was not very proactive. When our car arrived, he simply stood and watched, waiting for my husband to open the trunk before approaching to help with our bags. There were no smiles or greetings; instead, he plainly asked, ”Have luggage, sir?” At the reception, however, the agents were polite, and Ian made the check-in process smooth and efficient. Entering our room, we found it to be decent but slightly outdated. The bathroom was okay, but we noticed hair on the bed, and the headboard emitted a faint odor that became noticeable while lying down. The air in the room felt somewhat enclosed, which raised doubts about the cleanliness. The next morning at breakfast, the staff were very friendly, but the food left much to be desired. The pancakes appeared greasy, misshapen, and unappealing, as though prepared by someone inexperienced. While the other food options were alright, the limited variety made the experience less enjoyable, and we ended up eating very little—a shame given the cost. Overall, while the service helped salvage our stay, the hotel clearly has room for improvement in several areas.

Girls from the front desk are always smiling. :) Room service was very fast. Security guards are very welcoming and always keen for safety. Poolside staff are very welcoming and is always helping with our orders. Room and amenities are the best! Thank you to the staff and crew for a wonderful stay!

We had a very pleasant 2-night stay at this conveniently located hotel facing Ongpin Street, right across from the historic Binondo Church, and next to the famous store, Eng Bee Tin. We occupied two Deluxe rooms on the 14th floor that are quiet, spacious and comfortable. All hotel staff are helpful, pleasant, and have excellent customer service skills. To be commended are 2 able room assistants, Shella and Jessel. The breakfast selections are more than adequate, and led by its very friendly manager, Marvin Mento. Be reminded that a daily 2k but refundable security deposit is required. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for its wonderful staff and central location.

It was my first time booking a room at Ibis Styles and I could say our stay was incredibly pleasant. Located at Gateway 2 inside the Araneta City, it was quite easy to find good food as restaurants are a plenty. Amenities and service were delightful. The staff were courteous and went above and beyond. Christopher was just great as he was able to let us check-in early without a hitch. Our conversation was quick and the check-in process was efficient. Meanwhile, we were fortunate to have talked to Lucky who helped us get the security deposit back even when we haven’t checked-out yet. I’ll definitely book a room again when I come home from overseas.

nice hotel connevted to a mall. Parking a luttle bit confusing. They should have assigned parkings for the hotel guest exclusively.

We’ve been staying at this hotel every time we arrive from abroad, but this time was quite disappointing. The hotel is old and doesn't seem to keep up with the newer options around. While the room size is fine, it feels outdated. The shower drips continuously, even after it's turned off, and the bathtub’s paint is peeling. It’s a shame because we’ve had positive experiences here before, but it’s clear the hotel needs some maintenance and updates to compete with newer properties.

The hotel looks great for the price, and the pool and roof deck areas have amazing views of the city. The hallways and elevators do not have aircon and are super hot. The rooms are a great size and they have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The internet is not great and they come around to clean the room at 5pm at night.

We booked this hotel at the recommendation of our business partner and it was definitely the best choice we made. Hilton's location, amenities, service are all top-notch. This beautiful room is super spacious and the added bonus is the huge open closet. Likewise, the bathroom is just as spacious, and the shower gel and shampoo smell so good. The bed and bedding were soft and smooth, so good we didnt want to get out of the bed. Despite being located near the airport, there is Resorts World Manila and shopping malls, we have no issues finding food. Check in and check out was a breeze.
