The unit is very aesthetically arranged in such a way that you will feel like you were a Princess or a royalty. That's the vibe it gives off. Very well thought of, as in everything even the toiletries, is an upscale version of the so-so tpiletries from common hotels. Like all were good and expensive brands just waiting to be used by the tenant. Al in all, ut was a very pleasant experience.

Well book again, very nice place and accessible to all like mall supermarket and everything you need. Especially very clean and very nice smell place. See you again thank u

The staff is very welcoming, the room is very large, fully equipped, in good sanitary condition, with a nice view from the balcony, good security nearby, and fast food and convenience stores.

Though A TINY BIT hard to find/accesss, the staff (including gate guards) and host went far beyond expectations to accomodate my arrival and check-in. The faciity is lovely and secluded from nearby busy streets, and the unit is charming, well appointed, and immaculately clean. Hostess Dwainne is a 5-star host. A definite re-book

The unit has a good space for families. Daily household items are complete. Our 5-day stay has been very smooth and wonderful.

About our stay, quite okay. We are just here for business, we need to stay just for a night. The Flat/room is good and clean, also a small place the only problem is the heater (at the shower) doesn’t produce heat. Smdc got a lot of punchlist at hallway (just saying) During arrival at the flat we noticed the Mirror got cracked, obviously due to the toilet door (poor interior design)

We had a great experience staying in this 1-bedroom unit. The cleanliness of the place really stood out — everything was spotless and well-maintained. They also have basic cooking materials. The location is also a huge plus — it’s conveniently close to several malls, making it easy to shop, dine, or just unwind without having to travel far. But the highlight for me was definitely the view of Makati CBD — it’s absolutely breathtaking, especially at night when the city lights come to life. Highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay in the city!

Enjoyed everything about our stay ❤️❤️❤️. From the booking procedure (they're very organized ☺️) Also, very open about what to expect upon checking in. And when we arrived, to much of my delight - we were very much assisted with parking in the basement up to our luggage handling ❤️. We chose their Junior Suite which came up with a balcony, 2 rooms, a living room, dining & kitchen with induction cooker and water heater (microwave oven is subject to availability and bring your own rice cooker) and two separate toilet & bath. In addition, what made our stay more memorable is that we got the chance to see the beautiful fireworks🎉🎉🎉 of MOA's last pyromusical event from our balcony in which you can also see the river, Diokno & Macapagal Avenues ☺️❤️ Lastly, the location - I so love it's approximity to Parqal, MOA & Ayala Mall by the Bay. There's also a nearby catholic church and areas where you can walk or jog ☺️ I also want to commend the housekeeping & utility men for assisting us during our needs ❤️ My group enjoyed a lot in their huge and clean swimming pool (they have 2 big pools) surrounded beautifully landscaped garden. They also have a gym, a basketball court and a ktv area ( to be coordinated). During the time we checked in, they're still working on their restaurant. They allow food and drinks from outside. We stayed for one night and had a great experience. The location is conveniently close to the Mall of Asia. Upon entering the room, the cool temperature and pleasant scent immediately made us feel comfortable. Everything was clean, cozy, and well-prepared. The self check-in process was smooth, with all the necessary details provided on time. Definitely booking again!

Good value for money. Nice team of on the ground staff. Great view from balcony room. Lovely pool (needs 150 peso payment and advance booking). It would be useful if the advert stated that this is mainly a student residence, and that these rooms are sold by a third party, so getting things done can take time sometimes (building reception can't help with most stuff).
