Great hotel but not much around the hotel except for nightlife. Pretty much need to take Grab everywhere. Located in the middle of a long road between 2 7-11s. Great breakfast, rooms and water pressure! Would be 10/10 if the surroundings are better!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! Very clean, pool and gym were kept tidy. Quiet street, still walking distance to plenty of small restaurants. Excellent coffee and pastries at Morning Cups , delicious thin crust Pizza at Genova, small grocery store, and 7 11 all within five minutes walk. Friendly staff who were very accommodating. We discovered one of the mugs provided had a crack and leaked, it was replaced right away. When we asked for more pillows, they were there when we returned from our day out. Water and toilet paper were provided every day, regardless if you requested housekeeping or not. Highly recommend!

Sure! Here's a version tailored for a Booking.com-style review: --- I always choose to stay here when visiting alone for a short trip. The rooms are basic but spacious, with a comfortable big bed, TV, fridge, and two free bottles of water daily. There’s no kettle, but you can easily buy one nearby for around 190 baht at Lotus or Big C. The best part is you get free access to the pool and gym—others have to pay for it. There’s also a nice restaurant and an on-site laundry, which is super convenient. Great value for the price.

Nice apartment. The room was not big (kitchen with dishes, no knife), lots of storage space. Bed comfortable. The bathroom lacked hooks for towels and shelves for jars)) There was an exit to the balcony, though dusty/dirty. Unfortunately, there was no washing machine in our room, but there was a laundry room on the premises (2 washers and 2 dryers - price 40 baht (coins can be exchanged in the lobby), there was also a gym .. the pool is cool, but the water was cold. Unfortunately, there was no shop / restaurant in the department itself .. you can't buy water. The nearest shops are 5-7 minutes across the road, Big C and 7/11. Tamarind and Cicada Market are open from Thursday to Sunday. You can eat tasty and inexpensively. Tamarind burgers and Pad Thai are great. In general, staying in this place for 10 days is normal) You can come again 👍🏼

The only thing for which I lowered my rating a little is the location, quite decently from the center, but if you have a bike, there are no problems. Otherwise everything is fine. Clean, spacious room, friendly staff.

Check-in experience is very good ～ Facilities: Kitchen with refrigerator, electric kettle and simple cutlery; Hygienic: The room is large, very clean and tidy; Environment: The hotel is located in a small street, relatively quiet, but in the morning there will be birds and chickens calling ～ not far from market village and the beach, walk about 10 minutes; Service: The service attitude is very good, the English communication is no problem, the room is cleaned in time after going out, and there is a last day later.

Although we spent a little time in this place, the hotel turned out to be excellent, especially in terms of price/quality ratio. The room is large, everything is clean, everything you need is there, there is a balcony, the air conditioning worked perfectly, there is a microwave on each floor. The location is good - everything is nearby. I definitely recommend it.

Good room, good atmosphere, easy to find food, not far to walk, just a short walk to Cicada Market, but 1. Parking is not good at all. If you come with a family or Thai people with a car, I do not recommend it. Stay away because you have to park on the side of the road. If you go out to find something to eat and come back late at night, there is no parking, it is dangerous, not convenient for cars. If you come only with women, I do not recommend it. It is more suitable for foreigners to stay. 2. Room details: There should be a foot towel in the living room or kitchen corner because when your feet are wet, the room will not be dirty. And when you open the room, there is a very strong damp smell, moldy smell. Try to chase the smell from under the dishwashing area, there is a lot of mold. So you have to open the door and windows to let out the moldy smell. 3. As for the sea, you have to walk out of the accommodation, it is quite far. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk. It is not on the beach. If you want to wait for a golf cart, you can, but when you walk back, you will be out of breath. You have to walk leisurely and slowly. 4. The price we stayed at allows you to use the pool, but I recommend trying to find a more suitable price. I personally do not recommend it for Thais, but if you come as a backpacker, it should be more suitable for foreigners. For us, it is acceptable, but it definitely does not meet the needs of Thais.
