There must have been a receptionist conference happening because when I checked in there were seven ladies behind a counter designed for two. I had arrived before 2pm check in time but they took care of my baggage whilst I went out to get something to eat. I think it is inappropriate to put pressure on hotel staff to try and get an early check in, like I have read in reviews on TA. My room was spacious, clean, modern looking and everything worked just fine. Plenty of hanging space and shelving for clothes. Unlike others who find the most trivial things to complain about I think you would be hard pressed to complain about anything here. A personal negative was that all the cable TV stations were in Thai but that's not unusual throughout rural Thailand. No bid deal. There are also no restaurants nearby but there is a food market and Greenway Night Market nearby. Asean Night Bazaar is also within walking distance. Special thanks to the reception staff for their friendly and helpful demeanour. They sorted my tuk tuk for me so that I could visit specific attractions that I had researched as well as my taxi to the airport, both at reasonable prices. Taxis and tuk tuks do not have a very good reputation in Hat Yai.

Clean and spacious. The hotel is far from Lee Garden's old markets and bus terminal. Going by tuk tuk takes about 20 baht per person. This place is closer to night bazaars. Will recommend for young people. Older travellers may prefer to stay nearer to Lee Gardens for market eats.

Good location, not far from Samila Beach. But the room is very narrow. The bed is king size but the actual size of the bed is as small as 5 feet. In the photo it is very exaggerated. The room size and bed size do not match the cover. Booked through Trip. In the details it says the room is on the 1st floor, but when checking in The staff told me the room was on the 3rd floor, there was no elevator. The staff informed me that the room on the 1st floor was a family room, but the staff were friendly and cute.

All about service & room is good and satisfied. It just feel uncomfortable looking for 1 mini house for worshipping just in front of the lobby door. Also 2 more in the waiting room. Which both space are very close/near. Unproffesional having all 3 in the lobby. while we wait in the waiting room 2 staff eating at the table with a lot of towel & cover mattress all around.

Location is within walking distance to Lee Garden, very near to 7-11, near to some eateries places, there is self service laundry opposite. Personally, I will come back to stay again but there is no lift for any elderly person that has knee issues. Room is spacious.for our booking. There is a fan as well.

Our family of four spent an unforgettable time here during the outbreak of the domestic epidemic. We almost fell in love with living here. ที่พักคุณภาพดี ราคาสบายกระเป๋า เหมาะสำหรับคนที่มาพักทำธุระแถว มอ. หรือใกล้ๆ ที่จองไว้เป็นห้องพักแบบ standard ห้องพักตกแต่งในโทนสีขาว สะอาด ห้องไม่เล็กไม่ใหญ่มาก อุปกรณ์ในห้องครบตามที่ต้องการใช้งาน มีพร้อมบริการอาหารเช้า ชา กาแฟ ขนมปังให้บริการสำหรับแขกที่มาพักโดยไม่คิดเงินเพิ่มอีกด้วย พนักงานที่ front ตอนเช็คอินพูดจาดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส แต่ติดตรงที่เจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัยตอนกลางคืนจะค่อนข้างไม่สุภาพ เราออกไปหาอะไรกินตอนกลางคืน เดินกลับเข้ามาแต่ยืนคุยกันอยู่ตรงใต้ตึกกับเพื่อนอีกคนว่าจะกินโรตีต่อไหม ยามตะโกนมาดังมากว่า “คุณมาทำอะไรครับ” แต่ตอนนั้นมีคนขับมอเตอร์ไซค์เข้ามาพอดี เราก็คิดว่าเขาถามคนขับรถมอเตอร์ไซค์เข้ามา แต่สรุปแล้วเขาถามเรา โดยการตะโกนว่า “คุณนั้นและ มาทำไร” ซึ่งทำให้รู้สึกไม่ดีเอามากๆ แทนที่คุณจะเดินมาถามดีๆ ไม่ต้องตะโกนก็ได้ แต่คุณดันเลือกที่จะตะโกน แถมน้ำเสียงยังไม่น่าฟังอีกด้วย หลังจากนั้นเราก็บอกว่าเราพักที่นี้ ทีนี้เขาก็ยังไม่เชื่อแถมถามว่าเราพักห้องเบอร์อะไรอีก เราจึงตอบเขาไป หลังจากนั้นเขาก็ไม่มีการขอโทษสักคำ เรากับเพื่อนอีกคนยืนงงอยู่ ว่าทำอะไรผิด ต้องดุขนาดนี้เลยเหรอ ทำให้ประสบการณ์การพักครั้งนี้แย่มากๆ ทั้งๆที่ส่วนอื่นดีหมด ฝากปรับปรุงค่ะ
