The room is really nice. The whole hotel is very good. Someone will show you the hotel facilities before checking in. The toiletries are all from BV. The most valuable place to take pictures and check in is the swimming pool. The constant temperature is 27 degrees. Don’t worry! The waiters are very nice! A taxi from Goreme costs 320 lira

The location is central and very good. Easy to reach. The rooms are spacious and clean enough. The pool is small, it looks bigger in the pictures. The breakfast is sufficient. You can have dinner at its own restaurant, the view is beautiful. A good accommodation choice in terms of price performance.

My only complaint was that the concierge service at the reception hasn’t quite settled yet. It’s a new hotel, its facilities, rooms, etc. are in good condition. But we couldn’t get any help from the reception for renting a car, or a restaurant recommendation for dinner. They even had a hard time transferring the phone to room service… even if it wasn’t a problem, it was an amateurish, unpleasant moment. I think the staff had just arrived from out of town and there wasn’t a concierge infrastructure yet. I liked the location of the hotel. If you’re going for the “Cappadocia experience”, Ortahisar is a bit far from the other attractions in the city. And transportation is only possible with the village shuttles that don’t know when they’ll pass, or with your own vehicle. But as the name suggests, it’s actually a logical choice as it’s in the middle of everything and away from the chaos. * My only complaint was that the concierge service at the reception hasn’t quite settled yet. If you're coming for the “Cappadocia experience,” Ortahisar is a bit away from the city's main attractions. The only way to get around is either by car or with local shuttle buses that don't really run on a clear schedule. But then again, as the name suggests, it's actually in the middle of everything—and staying away from the crowds can be a plus. So overall, it's a reasonable choice.

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel’s location is convenient for traveling, shopping and restaurants, the breakfast was amazing, great quality food and service. We liked the swimming pool , gym and sauna too. The room was comfortable and clean. We’ve got some help from the reception when needed a taxi to go to the museum and also we had late check out at 2 pm, it was very nice. Highly recommend this hotel!

La vie cappadocia cave hotel is very nice and beautiful hotel. The room is very comfortable, clean, peaceful, safe and convenient. The location is not in the busy area so you can sleep peacefully. The room is warm in winter. I can be naked in my room when the temperature is below zero outside. The bathroom is clean. Warm water is hot enough. The owner “Fatih” is very friendly, nice and service minded. The staff are willing to help all kind you need. He will always be there for you. The terrace of the hotel has very nice view. You can see the balloons from the hotel. Breakfast is nice too. A lot of nice restaurants, bar, antique think you buy around the hotel. You can walk safely. I am a woman alone here. And everything is ok. Highly recommended

Very good hotel, the entrance is not conspicuous, but there is a different world inside. Although it is a cave hotel, it is not humid at all, because the room heating is geothermal. In the small town of Goreme in this season, it is such a happy experience to live in a cave hotel that is warm and full of wood fragrance😊

We checked in super late because our plane from Istanbul got delayed heavily, they let us stay till 15:00 because we didn't have any sleep. And our balloon trip was at 04:30. We came back 08:00 and had breakfast at 9. The best breakfast I ever had in a hotel. The facilities are amazing. Free water, nice shower, free flip-flops, very cool balcony with amazing view. They made it very romantic for our sister in law and hrr husband. Bed was really comfy. Good AC. VERY BIG room. It was a very romantic night my fiancé loved the balcony and nostalgic shower after such a long trip. :) tessekurler. Definitely gonna come back. Sweetest aunt who made breakfast. Nice architecture. Very cool new and affordable hotel.
