Very good hotel. The location is just a five-minute walk from the White House. You can see all the main attractions in Washington along Pennsylvania Avenue Citywalk, including the monument, the Grand Plaza, the Space Museum, and the Capitol. The front desk was very enthusiastic. I arrived at the hotel at 11 o'clock in the morning and was charged an early check-in fee. The black girl said that you can waive it if you join our Accor members, haha... I have been here for the past few years. It was only interrupted during the mask period, plus plus, haha. Breakfast is expensive, parking is paid, and there is free coffee in the lobby, which is delicious. The room is spacious, clean and tidy, with Bose audio, which meets the five-star standard. There are two very popular restaurants within five minutes, one is good for steak and the other is good for seafood. There are a lot of people, remember to make an appointment in advance.
Large room for the price, which was nice. Hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. Great location for walking. The amenities were just ok -- the curtains didn't quite block out all the light and the AC was fairly noisy and weak -- turning the temperature down or the fan level higher didn't seem to make much of a difference, and the unit was blowing just slightly cool air as opposed to cold air. Granted, we didn't ask to move since it was only hot the last couple nights of our stay and we just slept without the sheets on.

Room was clean, housekeeping was daily. Room was small, but nicely themed for DC. Located with a street view of the Capitol and the Union Station metro within 5 mins walking distance. The Holodomor Memorial is also nearby, which is a hidden gem. Front desk staff were courteous. Shower amenities were good. Did not take advantage of the free coffee bar, as I'm not a java drinker.
We chose the Hilton because of its location at DuPont Circle and proximity to the metro. It was perfect. Very clean and excellent service. We had a corner room with large windows and a nice view. We weren’t able to check in early and still have our chosen room but we left our luggage with the bell captain, parked and went off to explore on foot for awhile, taking the advice from a helpful front desk clerk for a nice place for lunch close by. Everything was close by. It worked out perfectly. The price of the hotel was excellent too which offset the cost of parking ($56/day) in the garage below where the car stayed for the whole trip. It was very easy to park and get back inside. The restaurants looked lovely but we didn’t eat there. There were just too many local choices and we were out walking most of the day. The bell captain was helpful in getting us a cab one cold evening when my Uber app was be working well. He went outside in the cold until he was able to hail one for us (comparable in price to the Uber we would’ve taken) Lovely stay. Highly recommend.
Location was so convenient to eating places and attractions like the WA monument, congress House. Staff were friendly. Husband and I came down from Las Vegas to our daughter and her family in Chester, VA. We drove to WA DC for New Year and it was so much fun. The hotel also has children’s play corner and our grand daughter had so much fun!

What an amazing property!!!! The moment we pulled up to the property the stellar service and red carpet was rolled out! The door man Mohamed a true veteran and class act! He shared all of my options as a guest in reference to my parking and ultimately provided us with a reserved parking spot right in front of the building bravo bravo sir!!! The check in process was just as stellar with our friend Frank Poku he is all a guest service agent needs to be professional, courteous, with so much knowledge of the area and the property itself!!! The room was fantastic, clean, spacious, and a perfect location on a high floor. This will be our property of choice for every DC trip moving forward!!! tProfessional,
The location is really wonderful! It’s close to the most famous places like the White House and DuPont Circle. you only need to take a bus to go to Georgetown. It’s about 10 minutes. The room is clean and I really recommend the restaurant on the ground floor! Overall this is a nice place to stay at when traveling in dc!
The room was very big, the air conditioner vent was a little noisy, the bed was very comfortable, I just loved it. I didn't expect to have a microwave in the room, and there was a supermarket downstairs so I could buy heated food to eat in the hotel. The address was okay, about 13 minutes walk from Union Station (the first screenshot was my navigation that night). It was safe for me to walk there at 10 pm alone. The hotel was not far from Congress. I took an Uber on the first day (about $16) and figured out the way when I returned to the hotel at night. I walked there on the second day. It was not far, passing Union Station, and it took about 15 minutes to get there. There is also a subway next to the hotel, which is a two-minute walk away. Overall, it was okay.
The hotel is comfortable and spacious, with the elegance of an old-fashioned hotel. The breakfast is freshly made and delicious. Go to the central grassland, the core attraction, and the White House can be reached on foot. Two blocks away is Chinatown, which is convenient for eating. Macy's and various famous stores are not far away. One stop for all requirements.
The only downside is that there is a humming in the ventilation duct that is facing, it must be replaced.

It was simply GREAT! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Pleasant atmosphere. Everything was also very neat. We had booked a room with a king size bed and the room was very spacious, very handy if you travel with large luggage, the bed was also fantastic. Good mattress and pillows. We also ate in the hotel restaurant, personally I thought it was a bit too expensive and there were no other people there which made the atmosphere a bit strange. The parking of the hotel itself was also a bit on the pricey side.

GGuest UserIt's 20 mins walk to Union Station and 15 mins walk to Union Market. Bus station & few convenience stores nearby. However, there are plenty of homeless asking for money where I have to circle around to avoid them following me into the building. Apartment is spacious but the door banging sound is loud. Homeless yelling downstairs is also annoying. Nice to have washer, dryer with washing tablets and drying paper. Dish washing tablets are also provided. Complete utensils (I think cos I did not use them) and 2 bottles of water. I like the dripping coffee. Receptionists were all poker face and told me there is no bottle water when I called to check. Open door for me when the door access machine is not working but she complaint a bit. Overall satisfied and recommend to stay here.

GGuest UserI liked hotel's location & cleanliness. Some nearby free 'on street' parking was available. Walls are a bit thin so conversations from neighboring units will be heard. Room was well equipped & larger than average. Only real issue was with electronic door locks. I paid for early check in but couldn't get in at designated time due to hotel-wide issue with doing locks. I got in relatively quickly but other guests were locked out for hours. Based on other reviews, there are a lot of issues with their door lock system. Regardless, I'd consider staying here again.
BBadzzz LeeRoom size are big, they have washer but no dryer in the room. The location is close to the metro and there are bus stops nearby that basically takes you to the Capitol Hill area etc. White House is just around 2 blocks away. Downside is there is no grocery nearby, the closest one is about 15 mins walk at least. There are plenty of decent restaurants in walking distance.
GGuest User#Praise# for lighting, toiletries, safety, close to the store, convenient transportation, satisfactory price/performance ratio; Nice apartment hotel, the room is clean and tidy, laundry and cooking are very convenient, there are bicycles when you go out, it is very convenient to ride to the national park and supermarket, there is a shopping mall in 3 minutes walk, and the wifi is also very fast.
DDEMISODAIt is good to be close to the subway! (about 2 minutes walk)
It is an apartment type that is jointly with residents. I think it is good for long-term residents because everything you need for life is available.
The person in charge is stationed at the reception, so it is good to be able to keep your luggage as well as a normal hotel.
The receptionist, Micky, was a bright person, remembered his name immediately and called him by name when he entered and exited. It felt like I came to America.
