Very good stay exceeded my expectations. Very close to geneva airport and 15 mins to city center with the tram. Will stay here again if i ever visit geneva again!
I chose this airport hotel because I had a flight the next day. They have a shuttle bus that gets you to the airport in 5 minutes. The triple room consisted of two connecting rooms that were opened up, so it was quite spacious and had air conditioning. The bathroom was decent. Overall, it's a hotel with good value for money.
The room was well-appointed and spotlessly clean, the overall environment was pleasant, and the service was excellent! The hotel reception is conveniently located above a COOP supermarket. Guests can take the elevator directly from the underground parking garage to the lobby on the 0th floor, which is extremely convenient. The only minor drawback was that the room felt a bit small. While two 28-inch suitcases on the floor would certainly obstruct movement, we found that placing them on the bay window freed up a lot of space and made the room much more comfortable.
Super great location, right next to the train station and it’s the centre of Geneva. Helpful staff and the cafe there is super nice. The only thing is I have already requested a room facing inward but still the noise from the traffic is loud since early morning.
I knew what standard this hotel would be, it’s on the safe side of economical in Geneva. Can’t help but be disappointed with some of the inappropriate clientele in the lobby, especially as this is a business hotel. Room was fine, tv difficult to work, sheets a bit scratchy, water pressure low, hard to reach and operate hair dryer. If I were on a business trip I would not be comfortable with this choice.
I'm very disappointed with the way the bill was handled:
1. I now have to settle two invoices with the company, one for the reservation and one for the city tax. The reception was unable to issue a single invoice, which resulted in additional costs for me.
2. I had to pay a deposit of CHF 100, even though I didn't have a minibar in the room. Apparently, if they were to charge this to the room, it would have been for food at the bar.
We traveled from Geneva Airport, there is free shuttle service provided. Just wait outside the arrival exit, u can catch the shuttle bus.
It is very near to the airport yet not fair from the city centre. The hotel provides City pass to its guests who pay city tax, with the pass, we can take tram/bus/train within the Geneva City.
Our visit to Geneva this time is mainly to attend the Watches and Wonders even 2025, which the bus stop of the shuttle bus to Palexpo is just around the corner.
The hotel is new and clean, same as most of the Switzerland hotel, they don't provide slippers as shower cap, but shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.
We bought the breakfast, it is not much variety but taste good, simple be nice.
Right next to Geneva train station, the location is unbeatable! It only takes 5 minutes to get to the platform to catch a train. Buses and trams are all around, making it super convenient to go anywhere. There's a Burger King right across the street, and McDonald's is just a quick walk across the road on the pedestrian street. They sent an email in advance for check-in info, but it seems they didn't send the Geneva City Card beforehand; you have to ask for it upon arrival. However, it didn't matter since I had a Swiss Travel Pass. The room was quite spacious and had a bathtub. It seemed to have central air conditioning, as it didn't feel hot at all even staying in the middle of summer in June. Overall, great value for money!
The room is clean and service of staff is very good. Food for breakfast is fresh but limited choice of hot dishes, and if you stay in this hotel for more than 3 days, you may get bored with the repeated food. Suggest can plan to have breakfast in other place if possible.
The location is ok, around 30 mins walk to the Lake and 15 mins walk to the Broken Chair.
The counter service is good. However, the room is too small. My husband and I have a 26inch and 24inch luggage bag and there’s no space to open both our luggage tgt. I would nt recommend here if you have a big luggage along cause not so convenient

KKFManThe Ruby Claire Hotel is situated in central Geneva, very convenient to getting around especially for first time visitors. Staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful. Rafael, the staff who checked us in, recommended us a number of places of interest worth visiting, showed us the best way (transportation) to get around the city, and public transportation was free as offered by the hotel. Knowing that we’d be staying for three nights, he recommended us to take the “daily make up room service”, rather than the welcome drinks. Good advice! Self service coffee and teas were available for free from the “library” situated on each floor, 24/7. Highly recommended!
EEmmanuel HemmerléI was going to arrive late in the evening last night so I wrote the hotel to enquire about transportation from the airport to the hotel. They told me very diligent it and precisely about their shuttle service. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk person, a Swiss gentleman, was extremely hospitable, friendly, authentic, detailed in a good sense, helpful and professional. He also helped me book a taxi for the next day. What a great way to welcome a guest. Really best practice. Lots of desk employees around the world should learn from him!
The room was very nice, all fine. Large enough, and having all amenities.
Excellent lunch at the hotel: very good cuisine.
I needed to leave my luggage at the concierge: they did it all very well.
The only point for improvement: when I left, I asked a lady at the reception, apparently Swiss, to help me get my luggage back and book a taxi for me. She did it but in a cold and distant way. She should go find another job in a different industry. One where she can continue being unfriendly.

GGuest UserExcellent location for the Geneva stadium with a shopping mall next to the hotel with restaurants, supermarket and cinema/bowling alley. Great transport links to airport directly by bus within 35-40 min and into the centre.
Staff- friendly and efficient.
Toiletries provided but no lotion available.
Rooms clean and large enough.
Beds and pillows comfortable. Universal plug sockets and usb charging available in the room.
NnarcissashiThe room is considered big in Switzerland. The hotel also sent an email in advance reminding me that I can get the Geneva transportation card for free, which is very considerate.
Ffunn****The hotel boasts an excellent location. It's just a few minutes' flat walk from the train station, and the lake is also easily reachable within about 10 minutes on foot.
There are two 4-star Manotel hotels side-by-side. One appears more contemporary. I booked this one, expecting a more traditional or classic feel. To my surprise, only the lobby had a classic European style; the rooms were very modern, likely recently renovated.
Despite being a hotel, the kitchen facilities are surprisingly comprehensive and impeccably clean.
We booked a triple room, which was a good size, featuring a large bed and a sofa bed. The duvet provided for the sofa bed was rather thin, but the main bed was incredibly comfortable. The room came with a good selection of amenities, including slippers, shower caps, cotton swabs, toiletries, and coffee capsules.
The bathroom heating was on, but we couldn't manage to turn off the air conditioning in the room. As we arrived past 11 PM and had an early departure the next morning, we decided to just make do and get some sleep.
Breakfast was quite impressive, offering a generous spread including smoked salmon, a variety of hot and cold meats, and golden kiwi fruit.
The lobby also features a piano for guests' use.

GGuest UserThe hotel and room were very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Only little minus, it's right in the red light district but, it's very central in Geneva and very convenient for the train station with a five minutes walk. All in all, a great experience and a recommendation. I would stay there again if visiting Geneva. The check in staff was very helpful and efficient.
