Very close to the train station- a 10 minute walk. The room was very clean and spacious, with all amenities including a hair dryer. The aesthetics of the restaurant/breakfast area was very beautiful and a wide variety of choices for breakfast.

An affordable, at prime location and tidy clean hotel in Zurich, Switzerland. Very near to main railway station. Breakfast is also available. I recommend to stay here and enjoy the beauty of Zurich with low budget specially for youth 😀😀😀😀

Zurich is expensive for food, hotel, and transportation, The reason for choosing this hotel due to Holiday Inn big Brand. The results to live in certifying that except some system breakdown when we check in, and that takes us more than 20minutes to wait until the system recover, Finally, It doesn't work. But room and facility both super.

Good location, only 20 minutes walking from the main train station and 9 minutes in public transport with several options to travel around the city. They allow you to use their microwave and kitchenware if you bring your own food. Breakfast does not worth for the price you paid. Highly recommended if you are coming to Zurich for few days.

Room was clean and surroundings have plenty of food and shops. Supermarket is also a stone’s throw away. We got a nice view of the river. Only thing was we had to wait an hour before we could check in as the room wasn’t ready, but the staff compensated us with late check out the next day. No complaints other than that!

Fortunately, we were allowed to move in earlier. The room is big enough, but if you have big suitcases it'll be a bit tight. The staff is courteous and helpful, and try to accommodate if they can. The breakfast selection isn't too wide, but it's well arranged and has most of what you'd expect. There's a proper gym (exceedingly rare) with enough equipment to satisfy all but the pros. However, it does get a bit busy at times. They also have a decent swimming pool. There's a workstation with a printer next to the reception that guests can use for free - perfect if you need to print out tickets. They were happy to hold our baggage after we moved out until our flight in the evening - much appreciated. We paid about 125CHF a night for a standard room for two including breakfast, which is a good deal in Zurich. All things considered, there's very little to complain about. We had an excellent stay, and would love to stay there again.

We arrived slightly earlier than the check in time. The staff at the front counter were really nice and able to check us in though we were early. The room was extremely clean and I enjoyed my stay there. Some things to take note would be that they do not provide toothbrushes and toothpaste. Also, if using public transport, the hotel is about a 10 minute walk away from the train station. There is no shelter from the train station to the hotel. This is something to note if you have quite a bit of luggages and you are going to be taking the train. It was a great one night stay for us as we needed somewhere near to Zurich airport before our flight. Great to note that it is only about 15 minutes away from the city centre by train.

Coop, Migros and eateries are within walking distance. Hotel is stone throw away fom Limmat River. Pathway along river great for avid runners, Reasonablely priced and a fuss free hotel for short business trip.

Go to this hotel apartment in Zurich, Switzerland: the room is very clean; the facilities are also complete; there are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby; the transportation is very convenient, making it an ideal place to live on vacation. Disadvantages: Some parts of the bed board are broken (turned against the bed); the power socket is Swiss only. It is recommended to prepare a European universal conversion socket.

The hostel is located a short walk away from the train station. I overpaid for my train ticket at the airport, you can get a simple 60min ticket which will get you to the hostel. The hostel and room was clean and has nice showers etc. Lockers are in the rooms, a 2 CHF coin is needed but that can be obtained from reception. Beds in the room are adequate, room does get hot at night but the window was left open to regulate that. Staff at the hostel are friendly, I bought my airport return ticket from the reception desk, costs less than buying it at the train station. Breakfast was nice, a decent selection buffet style was provided with juices, coffees and teas. There is a Migro’s supermarket outside the hostel less than a minute walk, and has restaurants nearby too. A good budget stay if you want to spend more on your activities outside.

I recently stayed at Ruby Mimi Hotel in Zurich for three days and two nights, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, being very near Zurich HB and within walking distance of numerous shops. I was particularly pleased to receive a room upgrade upon arrival, which added a nice touch to my stay. The room was kept impeccably clean every day, which I greatly appreciated. The hotel also offers a galley where guests can make tea, refill hot water, or iron clothes—a thoughtful and practical feature. Ruby Mimi's interesting concept and excellent amenities make it a must-stay hotel in Zurich for anyone seeking convenience and comfort. Highly recommended!

1km away from airport and one could chose to walk or take a bus from airport terminal to the hotel. Room is of reasonable size and well renovated with all supplies and amenities adequately supplied. Buffet breakfast is decent with good varieties of cold and hot dishes. Recommended for those who arrived late or planning for an early flight

The hotel is just a short walk from the station✨ It was clean and comfortable🙆♂️😊 At first I was a little worried about checking in and out at the unmanned front desk, but I was able to complete the procedure without any problems! There were many USB ports, which was very helpful🥹🙏 The room was also air-conditioned and functional, making it very comfortable! It's a shame that we only stayed there for a short time before our flight on the last day of our trip😢 Next time I come to Switzerland, I'd love to enjoy a meal included! Thank you very much!

I am a big fan of Radisson Blu hôtels. Despite renovation works in the lobby the hotel functions well and staff is super attentive and professional. The room was awesome and the breakfast buffet is quality.

Our family of six stayed a the Capsule Hotel - Alpine Garden Zurich Airport to have a few hours to sleep comfortably between two connecting flight with an overnight layover. The Capsule Hotel is right at the airport in Zurich, easy to find, to access, to check in and out even at late or very early hours - everything is automated, so no personal contact is needed. When booking I could add that I would like the capsules to be adjacent to each other and received an email that that will be taken care of. So it was. The capsules were super clean, quite spacious (our cabin luggage fit in conveniently) and nicely set up, lighting was warm and for my taste perfect. It said that the air in the cabin is being exchanged 22 times a day, so the feel should be like the window in a room is always open. I had a quite good night. My husband and one of my kids felt like there was not enough oxygen in the capsule despite the air exchange. Obviously, we could hear the guest of the other capsules (altogether 26 in that room) come and go even though everyone tried to be as quiet as possible, but that was acceptable, given the fact that the capsule hotel concept includes coming and going whenever the respective flights arrive/depart. If you get an upper capsule you'll have to do a bit of an exercise to get up and down, but that's not so bad after all. 😉 Access to the capsules is via code that will be sent to you after check-in and is also access to the room where your block of capsules are in. There is a women and men bathroom, each set up nicely, with separate shower and changing cabins, a pile of floor mats to use, toilets, basins, mirrors - all was clean and looked very natural with a lot of wood being used for decorating/building. Altogether, I great concept, a convenient stay, I'm very glad that we could try it out! The next morning, we were at our check-in in no time - seriously cool!

Conveniently located with bus stops within walking distance. Buses to the airport are plenty and frequent. Very near Migros, Coop, Denner. The studio that we stayed in was clean, had a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. Check in was easy but make sure you fill out the email that was sent to you to get the code for self check in. The check in machine is just outside the apartment block. Key in the code to get room code and room number. Stayed 2x at this apartment.

Everything is fine except limited food/restaurant available. Another complaint is no availability of shuttle bus to the airport, which is very important in our booking consideration. Also there are two Hyatt hotels next each other and confused us. Rental/Taxi are not accessible to Hyatt Place directly, need to walk minutes to the next Hyatt Regency to access, which is not that convenience when you have heavy luggage through an uneven path.

Excellent experience. The hotel is located 2 minutes from Kloten station, which is 20 min by S7 to the city center and 5 min by bus to Kloten airport. Rooms are quiet despite the airport nearby.

It is 5 minutes away from the airport. It has all the splendor that a Hyatt should have. The rooms are large and the facilities are very new. There is no disposable toothpaste or toothbrush. There is also a mouthwash cup and lip marks from the previous guest that have not been cleaned. There is also a toilet door. There are little stains that have not been wiped clean. The front desk staff is kind and friendly, and the processing speed is fast. The lobby is huge!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Zurich Airport and has free and frequent shuttle service to the departures area at the airport that goes every 20 minutes. The beds are comfy and the room is well stocked with free bottled water, tea/coffee station with a few options and a mini fridge. The shower was nice with good pressure but has the combined hair/body wash gel in a dispenser so you may want to consider bringing your own bath products. The linens were clean and soft but there were some crumbs left on the chair that made us feel it wasn't as clean as we thought it should be at the hotel. They did provide one small chocolate for the two of us in a small Swiss flag package but we feel they should have two. The rooms at this hotel run a bit warm even in November and with the window open and it wasn't as restful a sleep as we would like to get before a flight. The lighting in the room is all provided by lamps and we felt it was odd that the left side of the bed had a switch to control the lamp outlet on the right side of the bed. We felt the lamp should have its own control near it and I did unplug it before I went to bed because we didn't discover the wall switch until the next morning and simply unplugged it. That plug in is also difficult to access and I had difficulty getting lights on in the room in the morning because I also unplugged the desk lamp for the tea kettle and did not know where the floor lamp switch was. Check in went quite smooth and the front desk staff were friendly - They offered to set up an Accor membership account and offered two free welcome drinks to us. The hotel has a bar in the lobby area, offers breakfast for an additional fee and has a small convenience store behind the front desk where you can get snacks or Movenpick ice cream. Check out was quick as well and we were able to get on to the free shuttle bus easily but it is first come first serve so it might be worth going a bit early if you're in a hurry. We got to the airport a little late to return our car rental and it was a bit tricky getting to the hotel. We went to the hotel shuttle area and could not find the shuttle that went to the Movenpick despite asking a few drivers. It is about a 10 minute drive from the airport itself so we asked a taxi driver and they offered to do the ride for 30 CHF which was insane considering Uber can do it for 15 CHF. The tram was the best option and took us from Banhof to Banhof Balsberg station for 2.8 CHF each and it was a short walk to the hotel entrance.

Check-in was S L O W despite being the only one in line smh. Fully paid for the hotel and receptionist lady sighed and said hotel wasn’t paid. Showed her my paid trip.com voucher and she scrambled to find it in the system. Strange lady indeed. Certainly live up to its B U D G E T name by having hotel guests boil their eggs in an ancient looking machine. I suspect this is to prevent hotel guests from consuming any of the hotel eggs. This only implies no scrambled eggs for hotel guests who are craving for it. Limited food selection for breakfast smh. WC light is sensor based. If you’re in it for your big business too long it’ll go dark smh. Something you might want to consider if you’re traveling with younger children or elderly. Separate shower area with see through glass door. Glass door appears tinted but because it is a B U D G E T hotel you can see the silhouette and parts of the body of the person showering smh. Something to consider if you’re traveling with friends. The 2 saving graces are the close proximity to Zurich airport and 2 train station stops away there’s decent halal restaurant and Elif Halal Market you can find there.

The parking is extremely hard to find if you are driving. When you see the building on your right, after passing by the building, turn right and just stop along the road where it says for pick-up and drop off. The Front office is just right there, check-in, get your key, pay for parking and you can access the parking which is right in between 2 buildings. It’s super misleading and you need your room key. Just be aware as there is a road slightly further down with red “labels” on the ground, you cannot drive on those!! I learnt it the hard way.  Anyway breakfast is very good and well worth it! Rooms are also good.

hello! I loved the accommodation in everything, perfect. really very big and spacious room exactly as in the photos. nearby bus and train station 160m away, making it practical for taking the main tours. Out of 10 for the service provided by the guy at reception, very friendly, polite, fun and speaks several languages. I recommend this place!

Good thing first - the breakfast is fine. Worst sleeping couch I experienced ever - every single spring in the mattress was stabbing me;( - why not a foam mattress? Ironically they promote ”Beds with a whole new level of comfort”, lol. Some mold in the bathroom. Finally the parking lot damaged my car by an idiotically placed larger concrete brick. Placed there by purpose according to a janitor to protect a pillar from damage. Thus at least one other car was scratched during our one night stay. We will sue the hotel that denies any responsibility.

There is a free airport shuttle (half hour) which is very friendly. The hotel facilities are okay and the service is very good. It is very close to the airport and there is noise from planes taking off and landing, but there are not many planes at night. When you go out of the hotel, turn left and there is a very cheap supermarket 400 meters away. It seems to be called Dennes, which is very convenient.
