I had an amazing stay at Aston Batam Hotel & Residence! The cleanliness was top-notch; the rooms and common areas were spotless. The location was very convenient, with easy access to shopping areas and restaurants. The service was excellent—staff members were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. The amenities were impressive, especially the pool and gym, which were well-maintained. Overall, a fantastic experience! However, I did notice that the towels provided were old and looked dirty, which was a bit disappointed. On a positive note, the staff were incredible friendly and accommodating, We especially appreciated the complimentary New Year's Eve dinner and countdown party, plus free mini bar items all you can eat. It was a fantastic way to ring in the new year. We enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future.

Surrounding the hotel got a lot of restaurants, shop and many many more. Necessary amenities are provided in the room and free wifi connections.

Loved our stay at this hotel, very convenient as it is situated beside the ferry terminal. rooms were clean and tidy. the mall was within walking distance, very convenient. definitely will return one day!

This hotel deserves 6/5. The interior is modern, great location, The best services especially mention to Sir Kaleb and all the staff. All the staff greeted and smiled. They allowed us to check in early 11:00 since we came early and late check out 1:00 because our trip will be at 6:35. They attended to our request. They also provide shuttle bus for both arrival and departure. There is also near cafe and a convenience store. We will surely come back here.

This is 4th time stay in Turi Beach Resort. I will always choose Turi Beach Resort because there is no other place beautiful as this place. Kind of peaceful and pleasant place to stay and enjoy the holiday. I chose Riani hills the seaview amazing

Hotel seems decent. Staffing and service is commendable. However, the cleanliness was observed to be on average with stains noticed over several areas, like towels, dishware. There is also a stench from the rooms. Perhaps can improve by placing air freshener at most areas. Massage was so good and the atmosphere for the spa area was great.

This was my second time staying here, and it was just as great as the first! Everything was excellent—the service, cleanliness, amenities, breakfast, and especially the value for the price. The only small downside was the check-in being a bit late. Overall, still a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely stay here again!

This hotel is spacious good location but has the worst internet reception . I have stay here 3 time n brought attention to ther reception but it fall on deaf years

Arrived at 230pm and was told room not ready. Waited at the lobby, checked again at 250pm, and again was told not ready. I have specifically told the front staff that I'm waiting at the sofa and please let me now when ready. However, upon checking again at 310pm with another staff and the room card was already prepared and left at the pigeon hole. Very disappointed that there is no handling over between staff knowing that a customer is waiting for a room.

We are family of 4 (2 adult & 2 kids age 11 & 12). We requested for connection room, but we were so surprised that the hotel only have 2 connection room which is at level non-smoking room and level smoking room. We stayed 4D3N and we have to separate the kids sleep with us each other's. Firstly, they sent us to level 5, the window facing building opposite the hotel look like empty and running down, so scary so i asked them to change for us, lucky they still have available room for us at level 3 facing the road. The food was ok ok for me and family. every day different kinds of food. but not much western choices. The room was spaces and have kind of smell, maybe the carpet smell. but ok still acceptable. The service was good. asking for extra pillow, rubbish plastic, clean the room change the bed sheet etc. The location walking distant to Nagoya Hill Mall. Took grab to BCC mall, Mega Mall all nearby. Grab/gojek is so fast and Easy in Batam. It a good experience for us. after all we did have fun in Batam.

The room was impressively comfortable, with a soft bed that provided an excellent sleep environment. However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. Firstly, the air conditioning in the room didn’t seem to allow temperature control, possibly due to a malfunction. While the room temperature was manageable, it would be better if the air conditioner could be fixed to allow future guests more control over their room’s climate. Secondly, the bathroom lacked a water hose, making it somewhat inconvenient to wash my feet. Adding this facility would significantly enhance the guest experience. Overall, Beverly Hotel Batam is a highly recommended place to stay. Despite a few minor issues, they don’t overshadow the overall experience. If you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel in Batam, this is a great choice. A special thanks to Cynthia for her exceptional service!

I will definitely visit again.  Everything is superb , delicious food, nice view, kind service . Strongly recommend the kelong restaurant, beautiful sunset and super tasty seafood! just hope the resort improve the wifi connection , the wifi is only working when I sit near the bathroom, if I stand near the window it’s disconnected .

The resort is conveniently located very close to the ferry terminal, making it easy to reach. Upon arrival at the terminal, a bus service is provided to bring us directly into the resort,. We were pleasantly surprised to be allowed an earlier check-in at around 12 PM, even though the official check-in time was 3 PM. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for our stay and allowed us to settle in comfortably without any delays. The service at the resort was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, prompt, and went the extra mile to ensure we felt welcomed and well-cared for. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with anything we needed truly stood out. We stayed in a glamping room that was spacious, clean, and equipped with air conditioning. Despite it being the rainy and windy monsoon season, there were no issues with leaks, and the room remained cozy. However, it’s important to note that the glamping tents are not soundproof. We could hear people talking outside and the sound of the tent shaking during strong winds. Treasure Bay Bintan offers a variety of facilities and activities, and we had an entire day to enjoy everything it had to offer.However due to the rain, we could not do all of the activities and think that visiting during the dry season might be a better option. One of the highlights of our stay was the tent-side BBQ. Unfortunately, due to the rain, we couldn’t BBQ the food ourselves, but the resort accommodated us by preparing the BBQ in the restaurant and serving it to us. The food was delicious, but the portions were quite generous—enough to serve up to three people per two sets(Do take note the minimum order has to be two sets). Overall we are very happy with the service provided to us!

Decided to book the residence bintan last minute for our anniversary celebration and weekend getaway. We booked one bedroom beach front pool villas and it was amazing!!!! WE LOVE IT. They decorated the bed and gave us the cake as a compliment. The hotel also provided the free land transportation from ferry terminals and return. Breakfasts were variety and international. The only thing is hotel location is far from the ferry terminals, it might feel a little tired if you only stay for 1 night. But overall, we would love to go back again. All the staffs were very responsive and very helpful.

Super heartwarming, friendly and professional service! Love our stay at Hotel Indigo Bintan! Each and every staff truly went the extra mile to ensure that we were very well taken care of. I appreciated the high levels of care, starting from the exclusive waiting lounge at the Bintan ferry terminal, the complimentary BYD car transfers to and fro the hotel from the ferry terminal, the sheltered buggy rides all around the resort to ensure that we will stay dry in the monsoon rainy weather, the delicious and lovingly prepared semi-buffet breakfasts with ala carte options for main courses prepared upon order, the beautifully decorated and spacious rooms, the complimentary activities everyday to keep guests entertained etc. Most of all, all service staff are always greeting us with bright smiles throughout our stay! Hope to come back to visit again soon!

Overall, the resort is acceptable. The resort is surrounded by the woods and far from amenities. Thus, if anyone likes to buy any goods, it would be quite difficult to access groceries. The resort restaurant costs around S$ 49 for 2 pax, which is inevitable as the place is pretty isolated. The fact is that nothing much choice is available in the menu. The resort is service apartment type and provided with lots of utensils for own cooking and usage. However, there is no groceries or min Mart nearby. The resort offered free time to time shuttle bus service which is good for all customers. Ferry and shuttle bus timetable us available at reception. Though we booked as a Garden view, we received car park view, bit it is okay for us since everywhere is quiet and tranquil.

Great location near the ferry station, and the hotel offers free pick-up, which is super convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was lovely. Breakfast was decent, though nothing extraordinary. Not much within walking distance, but you can easily get around with Grab or the hotel driver (though the latter is pricier). Overall, a good stay for a relaxing trip.

We had a good stay at Natra. The staffs are all very friendly and nice, and they even granted our request for anniversary decorations, and they also help us with early checkin and late checkout. The location is just beside the ferry terminal and they have a complimentary shuttle service. The breakfast buffet was also good and got variety of choices. I like our room it was nicely decorated and the hotel itself has a nice concept. However, as this is glamping style, expect that the room doesn’t have a proper wall and you will be able to hear the noise outside very clearly. Our room was near the restaurant and there was a live band at night that played really loud music until 10:30pm. Couldn’t get an early night rest. They need to improve on housekeeping to check about the towels provided, we go a towel with stains and the other one has a hole. But overall, we still had a good stay and recommend this for a quick getaway.

Room was large and comfortable for a family of 5. Private Pool is around 1.2mtr so not suitable for toddlers. Room cleanliness could do better, there were a lot of small critters maybe because of the surrounding greenery. However, there were no nearby shops. Relaxing but abit boring for long stays. Service was ok, food was so so. Beach with clear waters is 2 mins walk away.
