The Hotel offers everything. - breakfast was very good (no western cuisine) - the food in the lounge was delicious - the gym is outstanding - the service amazing - rooms new I absolutely can recommend this hotel. Would stay here again

The room was fine. Breakfast was decent. Room service food was average. Padang is not particularly interesting for travellers, so I would not return. Go to Bukittinggi instead!

Location good, bed comfortable. The room is pretty much run down, mold and moisture on the wall in the room, and in the bathroom. AC very loud. The furniture and seats are stained and filthy. Rooms are not soundproof so you hear everything from the corridor including the hotel music running almost 24 hours.

The hotel is nice and looks new. Bedding is very comfortable and clean. Staff is great and helpful. The only setback is its location; a bit far away from the city and within walking distance to the sea, but the area is very dirty and messy.

Good location and helpful concierge staffs. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t attentive enough to facilitate our request of double bed for all 4 rooms booked about a month prior to our arrival. 3 out of 4 rooms were without hot shower which annoyed us a lot. The room I stayed (#552) shares the same balcony with the next room and surprisingly the balcony door can’t be locked. Very loud music from the rooftop bar was also very annoying. Breakfast was not impressive and staff not attentive enough to replenish drinking glass for the fruit juices. Will choose other hotel whenever I visit Padang on the future.

Not as I expected as 5star hotel n resort. My room has big fungi spot at d wall really not nice to see. There were not sleepers, laundry bag, floor towel,hand towels, I have to call the hotel than they delivered it to me. There were no stationary too. Breakfast just fine with small choices and there were no napkins. They only provide small square n sharing tissue box at the buffet table. Not comfort for me with toddler to go repeatedly to take tissues. The atmosphere was nice and separated with d new building

The location was very strategic as you may find convenience stores nearby and quite a lot of restaurants like Pondok Ikan Bakar Khatib (really recommend their ikan bakar, the price is reasonable and the taste are so good!) and Restaurant Sate Minang (recommended too!). You may also find Masjid Raya which is around 1km from the hotel. Free free the take the Grab but i’d prefer to walk to the Masjid which take around 15-20mins only. Oh 3 stars for the cleanliness because the toilet was quite dirty.
