good hotel, affordable price and excellent location (very near to the souvenir street, train station and 5 mins walk to a local supermarket). Free drinks and large variety of alcohol (even habu) , free noodles every night (tho the taste is not perfect)

This is one of the best stays I had when I was in Ryukyu. The bed is the greatest feature I love about as it is so soft and comfy. The sound insulation is great either. As  I have my own car, the hotel provides private parking bay for their guests which is a bonus. The only rooms for improvement that I would like to comment is cleanliness. During our stay we spotted a jeans which was left by the previous guests below the chair.

Nice big hotel 10 minutes by foot from bus terminal and monoail station. Not very far from clean main city beach. Nice indoor pool with mineral water and jacuzzi. Nice thermal area with hot water. Shallow outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Very tasty breakfast.

If I had the chance to choose again, I would definitely not select LEQU. The reason is that I experienced unfriendly treatment during check-in on December 20. While the female staff member at the front desk was very beautiful, her attitude was truly disappointing. 1️⃣ Our car was parked outside, so I asked if we could unload our luggage first. However, she firmly insisted that I complete the check-in process beforehand. 2️⃣ Regarding the parking lot, although it was located right next to the hotel, she handed us a confusing map. Since I couldn’t understand it, I asked her again for verbal directions. Her reluctant and unclear explanation only left me more confused. Wouldn’t it have been simpler to just say, “The parking lot is next door”? 3️⃣ Throughout the entire interaction, she maintained a sour expression. Did I do something wrong to deserve such an attitude? A bit of professionalism would have gone a long way. I have visited Okinawa many times, but this was the first time I encountered such unkind and unpleasant service. I always thought Japanese people were incredibly friendly, so this experience was genuinely shocking. I am also very disappointed in this hotel overall. It’s evident that staff training is severely lacking. Update: When we were checking out and about to leave with our car, we were informed that we needed to pay ¥10,000 for parking. We returned the car to the parking lot and went back to the hotel to clarify, only to find out that we didn’t need to pay at all. Why didn’t the front desk staff inform us of this during check-in? This oversight caused us unnecessary trouble, as we had to go back to the parking lot to deactivate the card. The entire experience was truly frustrating and disappointing.

This is a hotel with very high cost performance. The location is in the middle of Kokusai-dori, a 2-minute walk from Don Quixote. You can find the famous Mazemen Mahoroba and Ramen Danbo within 1 minutes of walking. There is paid parking. Although the space in the room is not spacious, the good sound insulation and excellent facilities allow you to have a good rest.

A new hotel under Vessel Hotels, you have access to the public baths at the other two Vessel Hotels at American Village. I would recommend everyone to take breakfast as it serves Blue Seal ice cream, and lots of local delicacy. The rooftop swimming pool was closed, but it's a very small pool anyway. Outdoor free parking for hotel guests, laundromat next to public baths on 2/F.

Nice hotel with plenty enough facilities. Love the amenity zone in hotel that provides various little items for hotel guests during their stay. Super thoughtful. Nice view from room too especially we got upgraded to a higher floor. A enjoyable stay with the hotel and will recommend to friends should they visit Okinawa in future!

Conveniently situated just a minute's walk from the monorail station, this location offers easy access to a variety of excellent dining options nearby. It's a great base for exploring Naha. However, please note that there is only a shower available, with no bathtub in the double bed room

This is my 2nd time to stay in Alacooju! Room size is big and the ocean view of the rooms always my favourite choice! Size of toilet and shower room also awesome! Location is very nice and close to Parco City, around 10 mins to drive.

Repeated booking with Tokyu Stay Hotels, and this time for our Okinawa stay. Room is modern looking and clean, and perfect for our family of 3, with a 11yo kid. Room size is perfect even with 1 large, 1 medium and 1 cabin sized luggages – no issue opening all for packing. Love and appreciate the washer + dryer, they do provide laundry detergent as well. Room also has a dehumidifier machine which helped with drying some of the clothes that aren’t suitable for machine dryer. Breakfast restaurant (with the river view) and its spread is good too, but do go earlier. Location is not too bad, parking is available below the hotel (payable at extra cost), and there is also a Donki within same building. Overall we enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommend!

The location couldn’t be better—right on Kokusai-dori, the heart of the city! While the hotel has limited parking, they made it easy for us by providing coupons for a nearby car park, ensuring we could park conveniently and enjoy our stay without a hitch. The bathroom offered a generous amount of space, providing a comforting contrast to the often cramped bathrooms found in many Japanese hotels.

We checked into the hotel that opened on May 1st. There were no comments on any platform or the internet, it was like drawing a blind box. But fortunately, the experience was really, really good and it's a 5-10 minute walk from the Beauty Bridge. There are convenience stores and yakiniku restaurants nearby, and it is also very convenient to take a taxi. The main thing is that it is very cost-effective, only five hundred a night! The front desk is on the 17th floor. There is a terrace where you can enjoy the night view at night. The staff can speak English. The room is well soundproofed, and you can open one large and one small suitcase inside. The shower head has a large amount of water, so it's very comfortable to take a shower. The hotel provides self-service storage and self-service check-out with TV in the room. Just put the room card in the elevator box. In short, I am very satisfied. I will give it to you as a reference and recommend it to everyone.

Good location, within walking distance to the international street. Front desk was efficiency and there is a very nice yakiniku buffet joint just next to the hotel. Must eat there!

Hotel service is great which match the airline JAL. Location is also conveniently located. Breakfast spread is great too with Okinawa local food and international food to choose from.

We love Maihana wellness resort especially the onsen in the resort. After a day out the onsen make us recharge and refresh. Clean and cozy stay 30/1/24-2/2/24. Free parking available and there are many places to eat around the resort.The room are spacious and have partial seaview .We will be back here if we are in okinawa again

We went during off peak season so the outdoor pool facilities were not open. Nonetheless we had a really nice time at the hotel, my daughters really enjoyed the beach and the art&craft activities. Breakfast options were great too. We def want to return again in summer to experience it in full! Lots of dining options within walking distance from the hotel as well. There’s also a nice playground 2 min drive away. Very good base for the mid/ north part of Okinawa travel.

Staff was too slow on everything check-in baggage check out and turns out nothing after waiting for 1/2hrs, not suitable for travellers with small children because. They can make it better with superb location but they didnt.

The deluxe room is very big and the sea view is wonderful. The bathroom and toilet are separate which is convenient for families of 4 like us. My kids have great fun playing at the bath tub with the rubber duck that was provided. Recomended to stay there.

I booked a room with a city view and I was very impressed with the spaciousness and the cleanliness of the room. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern, and the view was amazing. The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and fast. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, the fitness center, and the free Wi-Fi. The only minor issue I had was that the coffee maker in the room was not working, but the staff quickly replaced it with a new one. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Okinawa

Very good experience. Very good hotel. Convenient to the aquarium. The beach is just outside. There are many choices of hotels and restaurants. The beer coupons are free and you can have a beer for free. The service attitude is good. The bed is very comfortable. My parents are very satisfied

We had a great stay. We stayed 3 nights the first time and came back for another 3 nights. Hotel is close to Kadena AB. We were stationed there back in the late 80s and early 90s. Excellent breakfast. Attentive staff. We enjoyed the complimentary performance of Okinawan dance. We also hung out at the izakaya to listen to music. Hotel is beautiful. Loved it!

Resort was fully equipped with many facilities though several comes at an additional cost. Room is spacious with a balcony and offers a great ocean view. Only downside is side is limited food options in the area in the evening so most opt to dine in the hotel’s restaurant.

The hotel is very conveniently located, with good parking services. Behind the hotel is the PGA Chongshen Golf Course! I didn't bring my golf clubs this time, so I'll stay here to play golf next time. The hotel has many delicious food options, and there are 3 breakfast restaurants to choose from, including Western food, buffet, and Japanese food. The sea view room has a very good view, and you can enjoy the sea view while taking a bath in the room. The room has a microwave oven, a washing machine, and an ice machine and a beverage purchasing machine in the elevator. There are many delicious restaurants around the hotel.

Staying at the Hilton Okinawa Sesoko Resort was an absolute delight. We checked in on a Saturday and were immediately greeted by the breathtaking sea view. Our room was spacious and clean, providing a perfect retreat. Dinner at SeMare Italian Restaurant was a highlight, with delicious Italian food that exceeded our expectations. To top it all off, we enjoyed a spectacular firework offer by hotel that made our stay even more memorable. The only regret was that we didn’t catch the sunset due to the cloudy weather Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable trip.

The location is very good. It's in American Village, and there's a beach right in front of it. The building next door is AEON Mall, so it's convenient to shop for sashimi and alcohol. Breakfast is very good, and there are a variety of menus from Wagyu steak to tuna sashimi. But it's a shame that parking is a fee.

Large hotel with spacious rooms, though a bit dated but clean and well maintained. Nice beach and great sea views from the rooms. But there are many limitations, especially for foreign tourists and those without a car. First of all, this place is rather remote, though not very far from Naha city but getting there will take about 2 hours on the Airport Hotel limousine bus , fare is ¥1430 per person, and there are not many services per day, if you miss the bus, you have to walk 30 minutes to Yomitan village to take the public bus, which takes more than 2 hours to Naha, or pay through your nose with taxi which costs more than ¥12,000. Almost none of the staff are able to converse in English effectively, reception staff will need to translate with an I pad and show the translation to customers. Being a large international resort hotel , they are extremely strict with the check in time, our limo bus arrived at about 1.30pm , when we asked to be checked in ,the reception staff said ok, but she told me ”early in 3000”, which I couldn't understand initially, she later showed me on her I pad , which displayed ” early check in fee ¥3000 for 1 hour”, there is no way to get a check in on arrival without paying a fee if you arrive early, even when the rooms are ready- which is unthinkable for anywhere else in the world ! It appeared that all guests arriving early decided to wait in the lobby till 3pm. Guests were not even offered any welcome drink, which was unthinkable for a resort hotel. Each room here cost more than ¥30,000 per night . Many other cons , which are rather unacceptable for foreign tourists- All the TV channels are in Japanese. Rather far away from any eating places , and not many choices. In rooms - the aircond cannot be set lower than 22 degree C , there is no shower cap and spoon provided.

I love the ambiance, i think i might be able to get more higher than as i availed the room because 2nd floor was a bit close to parking area they were looking at our room i was confused when i get to relax in the balcony, and one more thing hope more services also the foodstuffs to be enjoy the hotel , amenities was good ..

Very enjoyable stay during the colder month in Okinawa although we could not really make use of the swimming facility outside the hotel due to this season. But the overall experience was very pleasant with the free mini bar my kid enjoyed every evening. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many choices. We stayed on an upper floor which was quiet. The extra money is well spent. The room had enough space for 3 beds. I may come in Autumn again and will definitely consider booking this hotel again.

The hotel is on a mountain, so it is suitable for self-driving guests. Stayed for three nights including breakfast and dinner on one of the nights. The theme of the entire hotel is natural and organic life, so although there are not many choices in restaurant food, it feels very healthy. The highlight of the hotel is that there is free laundry and drying, and the bathhouse is also very good. Will stay again next time if I have a chance

The room is big n clean. The view n staff is good. Location is good.there is a bike shop across the road had a wonderful n easy bike ride . ( very short though- 5 mins to left n right end ,left to the beach, right to the restaurant along the coast )

A family of five checked in. There were just two rooms. I saw many comments saying that checking in took a lot of time. I sent an email in advance to get the QR code so it was relatively smooth. It is located in Chatan, Okinawa, 1.2 kilometers away from the American Village. There is a sunset market and a food hall (this one is larger) around it to meet daily grocery shopping needs. There is also a drugstore ten minutes walk behind. The sound of airplanes will be clearer, especially military aircraft. The floor sound insulation is average. During the stay, the tenant upstairs walked and dragged things frequently all night, and the noise clearly affected the rest at night. The sofa is very ordinary in comfort, and there are only four dining chairs. The check-in stated that there are five people, because there is no front desk and no waiter, so you have to overcome it yourself. In addition, for short-term tenants, there is no daily cleaning service, and there is no need to purchase condiments by yourself, for reference.

Highly recommended, the service is enthusiastic, you can speak English, and the scenery is unparalleled, you can have an unparalleled view of the sea from the first row. Needless to say more about good restaurants, I can only recommend them! ! !
