Stayed for 5 nights with young daughter to enjoy couple of relaxed days. Hotel is located in downtown Naha, it however still provides kind of resort feeling with their beautiful garden incl. outdoor pool & onsen: all really nicely arranged & great facilities ! Rooms are rather basic, more like Japanese business-hotel, but overall sufficient and with modern & fresh decor. Breakfast could actually be of bit higher quality & possibly more food options, also plastic plates give sort of cheap feeling, sorry. (Suggestion: change into „real“ plates inside and rather provide „plastic“ glasses & mugs for outdoor area which will also help to avoid broken glass issue at pool...). Other than breakfast, no further F&B offering, but can enjoy free drinks (incl. beer) and ice cream all-day ! Mostly impressive and really appreciated is their kind & attentive staff from various countries ! All interaction with them (prior to arrival via phone, personal during check-in / -out, front desk for questions & inquiries) was always pleasant, professional & supportive ! To name a few: Mr. Henry, Ms. Okabe, nice lady from Philippines (all front desk) and also nice ********* lady serving ramen at night: thank you & please keep up the positive spirit & motivation ! Overall nice new hotel option in Naha and will surely consider to return for both business & private stays !

I was very satisfied with the large facilities and the swimming pool at this hotel. The room was spacious, and both the indoor and outdoor pools, along with the hot springs, were very clean, making it a place I want to visit again. Although the breakfast area was a bit small, the food was absolutely delicious. I’d like to especially thank Ms. Jisun Kim, the Korean staff member, for her repeated assistance. However, during check-in, I was quite uncomfortable with the front desk staff member, HIGA, who repeatedly used the phrase ”as I said” while explaining things like the hotel parking. I hope this feedback helps with the hotel's future operations.

I must say I am really impressed with the breakfast buffet. It is a must try. Adult 2000yen and child 1000yen. There are Udon station, kids station, champuru, Taco station, make your own kaisay don of course not forgetting the desserts and blue seal ice cream. Room is big and clean. I have 2 double bed, bed is big and face the sea.

The room is very clean and tidy, except there are sounds coming out from the fridge and the walls. The front desk won’t tell you anything about laundry, luggage lockers and other self-help services provide by the hotel if you don’t ask them.

Arrived before 15:00 by accommodation during Golden Week. There was only one group of guests at the reception and I was able to check in immediately. The accommodation fee was prepaid. The room was on the 7th floor and I could see the sea from the window, but I could see the forest in front of me better than the wind that spreads all over. It may feel a bit old, but it was clean and cozy. The pool was planted and lined with beach chairs, and the atmosphere of the resort hotel in the South was good, and it was spacious and satisfied. I booked dinner at check-in and used the dinner buffet from 19:00. There was no high-class menu, but all the rich menus such as color 々 Okinawa cuisine were delicious. There were a lot of home cooking menu, so is it worth the amount of 5,000 yen? The part seems to have an impression of 々 and 々, but I was very satisfied and ate too much. I settled it locally after the meal. Breakfast was lined up shortly before 6:30 at the start. There was plenty of room at the time of opening, and even if everyone entered the store, there were still vacant seats, but it seems that they were full and waiting around 7:00. Breakfast was a completely different menu from the dinner buffet, but there were plenty of menus and there was also a menu of Okinawa cuisine. I also enjoyed it and ate too much. The staff only saw the friendly and pleasant ones. Even ministers like luxury hotels were not as if they were dealing with each other, but for me, I didn't stretch my shoulders, so I could relax with this kind of customer service. If you are looking for a customer service like a luxury hotel, you may have a different impression from me. I also carry my luggage to my room. I think the amount is a little cheaper than that of a luxury hotel, so I was very satisfied with it.

This hotel was actually a nice little surprise in our trip. If you are stopping by American Village / Chatan area and are able to stay at a location a little bit off the main area, we highly recommend this hotel. The building is fairly new, rooms are spacious, ample parking w a convenience store right next to the building, located only 10mins from American Village. Best of all is the price which is way reasonable than 99% of the hotels we searched and considered.

The location couldn’t be better—right on Kokusai-dori, the heart of the city! While the hotel has limited parking, they made it easy for us by providing coupons for a nearby car park, ensuring we could park conveniently and enjoy our stay without a hitch. The bathroom offered a generous amount of space, providing a comforting contrast to the often cramped bathrooms found in many Japanese hotels.

Japanese style room is very good choice for my family. Especially my child was satisfied dadami space and indoor-pool. And It was very nice because Churaumi was close and there were many restaurants available nearby. But, It was a shame that many baby-cars in were not prepared and old-facilities. Overall, I was satisfied and if I will visit northern of Okinawa, I will reserve again to this resort.

If I had the chance to choose again, I would definitely not select LEQU. The reason is that I experienced unfriendly treatment during check-in on December 20. While the female staff member at the front desk was very beautiful, her attitude was truly disappointing. 1️⃣ Our car was parked outside, so I asked if we could unload our luggage first. However, she firmly insisted that I complete the check-in process beforehand. 2️⃣ Regarding the parking lot, although it was located right next to the hotel, she handed us a confusing map. Since I couldn’t understand it, I asked her again for verbal directions. Her reluctant and unclear explanation only left me more confused. Wouldn’t it have been simpler to just say, “The parking lot is next door”? 3️⃣ Throughout the entire interaction, she maintained a sour expression. Did I do something wrong to deserve such an attitude? A bit of professionalism would have gone a long way. I have visited Okinawa many times, but this was the first time I encountered such unkind and unpleasant service. I always thought Japanese people were incredibly friendly, so this experience was genuinely shocking. I am also very disappointed in this hotel overall. It’s evident that staff training is severely lacking. Update: When we were checking out and about to leave with our car, we were informed that we needed to pay ¥10,000 for parking. We returned the car to the parking lot and went back to the hotel to clarify, only to find out that we didn’t need to pay at all. Why didn’t the front desk staff inform us of this during check-in? This oversight caused us unnecessary trouble, as we had to go back to the parking lot to deactivate the card. The entire experience was truly frustrating and disappointing.

The contrast between the sea and the expressway on the window is the symbolic Naha's best high-sense hotel The front desk will be greeted by the art work on the wall. Location is the main reason I chose this hotel online, however, when I really stayed in the hotel, it was beyond my expectation. It was truly one minute walk from the railway, and I love the vibe in the hotel lobby. The room was comfortably nice, clean, and the music made u so relaxed. It was also near the main shopping center and food court. All in all, I will definitely go back and recommend anyone who is planning going Okinawa to travel to stay in this hotel.

After researching thoroughly for our anniversary/babymoon, we were happy this hotel was close to the bus terminal as well as downtown area with all the restaurants (roughly 15-20 mins). Hotel also came with detergent (for a fee) to use in their washer/dryer. Now the downside - this hotel can't possibly be a 4 star hotel, DO NOT fall for it. The hotel lobby is dated as is the room. We booked a double room/suite that's supposed to come with a double bed and view. Instead, we got a room with sofa and 2 twin beds facing a hotel with a smiley face and the sea somewhere in the back. So for the first night since it was late, we squeezed into 1 bed. On the second day, I went to the front and told them what we had booked and asked if they can change our room because I had paid a higher rate. What ended up happening is they pushed the 2 beds together and Voila! Now we get a ”double bed” with a crack in the middle. Luckily we only had 2 nights of this left, my poor husband slept in the crack of this hard AF bed. The bed was old and excruciatingly painful. My husband couldn't believe how hard the bed was! We contemplated sleeping on the floor if it wasn't so dirty and we had thicker blankets. Imagine being 25 weeks pregnant and having to sleep on your side on such a hard bed - my back, hips and shoulders were sore for days after leaving Okinawa. I thought the pain was from being pregnant until it resolved as we continued our trip and ended up in a different hotel. I have never slept on such a hard bed - and I've slept in hostels, shared beds with multiple friends, and had slept on cracks numerous times during my travel. By far, this has been THE WORST experience. I've also been more comfortable on a motel 6 bed. So do yourself a favor. Don't stay here unless it's cheaper than any 1 star hotel you see around. It'll likely be a more comfortable stay for much cheaper.

Clean hotel, city view. There is a shopping mall nearby, the location is good. Overall, it wasn't bad. However, the front desk's response was a bit uncomfortable. I went to the front to request more towels, but the male staff asked me too much about my request , even at the end, I was able to receive towers after being kind of warned not to use it outside.. I have no reason to carry a heavy towel outside. I don't know if it's because I requested an extra tower than the number of guests in my room , but I guess asking for just an extra towel isn’t such a serious request. I understand the strict response, but also hope to consider the comfort of guests. Anyway, I was uncomfortable with this, but the rest was generally fine.

I took three consecutive holidays of paid leave on Friday while I was in Thailand and came offshore with an airline award ticket via Hakata. Good access from the airport. It's far from the main downtown area of Kokusei-dori, but there are quite a few local bars. The hot springs are also good. The breakfast buffet is Okinawa cuisine, and the awamori ３ seeds are also swallowed, and the morning swallowed is the best! !! When I return from Thailand, I will stop again.

Really perfect for family!! Although it is very expensive in summer, you will not regret booking! Very nice and fun swimming pools, my kid can spend whole day in the swimming pool. We also joined snorkeling and banana boat at the hotel marine center. Strongly recommend staying for at least 3 days or else you won’t have enough time to use all hotel facilities.

Hyatt Regency Okinawa Seragaki Location - 8/10: The hotel is located approximately 1 hour's drive from Naha Airport, and there aren't many restaurants or shops in the immediate vicinity. Service standard - 8.5/10: The front office staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. However, there might be room for improvement in the breakfast service, as it seems they may be understaffed. Enhancing the service level or hiring more staff would be beneficial. Room - 10/10: The rooms are spacious and appear to be new. It seems that all the rooms offer a fantastic sea view. Parking - 10/10: The parking area is available for a reasonable fee of 1000 yen per day. It is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away from the hotel and has ample parking spaces. Additionally, the hotel provides frequent transport service between the hotel and the parking area. Environment - 10/10: The surroundings are well-maintained, and the facilities are clean and in good condition. Kid-friendly - 10/10: The hotel is exceptionally child-friendly. Upon check-in, the front office staff provided my son with a kid pack, and the facilities are thoughtfully designed to cater to children's needs. We used a 4-bed room to stay with friends and family in early February. Location is convenient, close to bus stop and convenient store. Nearby hotels at walking distances. Hotel is a little bit old, dark, and has a musty smell in the corridor. Services are welcoming and facilities are very adequate but some facilities requires additional fee. Food options are great and breakfast buffet had a lot of different cuisine options.

The aqua sense next door was very good, so I stayed at the hotel building of Kafu Resort this time. Unlike general hotels, the lobby has a separate sofa with curtains, so I think it's comfortable. You can also make taco rice and bagel sandwiches. There are also many toppings. The staff here are very friendly. There was a deli on the ２ floor of the hotel building. Unfortunately I never used it, but it looked very delicious. I will eat next time! BBQ blue is also the best. I used it for my daughter's birthday celebration, but I was delighted to have a birthday plate with incense fireworks. I have already booked ４ Moon, ５ Moon, but location, price, especially meals! I found the best hotel.

I love this hotel because it has the best cost performance in the northern part of the main island. The Japanese has their own rules regarding cleaning time and tea music in the afternoon, so if you are a foreigner, expect shocking situations such as bedding exchange time (there is a schedule for that), tea music time at 5 (which in case you get a nap for whatever reasons (i.e diving) it can make you wonder what´s going on (not just in the lobby, but in your room as well) and okinawa typical folklore music until 8 every day in the afternoon. If you have to sleep a while because of exhausting day, it could be relatively annoying. In any case, for the price it has, it is okay.

I must say I am really impressed with the breakfast buffet. It is a must try. Adult 2000yen and child 1000yen. There are Udon station, kids station, champuru, Taco station, make your own kaisay don of course not forgetting the desserts and blue seal ice cream. Room is big and clean. I have 2 double bed, bed is big and face the sea.

If I had the chance to choose again, I would definitely not select LEQU. The reason is that I experienced unfriendly treatment during check-in on December 20. While the female staff member at the front desk was very beautiful, her attitude was truly disappointing. 1️⃣ Our car was parked outside, so I asked if we could unload our luggage first. However, she firmly insisted that I complete the check-in process beforehand. 2️⃣ Regarding the parking lot, although it was located right next to the hotel, she handed us a confusing map. Since I couldn’t understand it, I asked her again for verbal directions. Her reluctant and unclear explanation only left me more confused. Wouldn’t it have been simpler to just say, “The parking lot is next door”? 3️⃣ Throughout the entire interaction, she maintained a sour expression. Did I do something wrong to deserve such an attitude? A bit of professionalism would have gone a long way. I have visited Okinawa many times, but this was the first time I encountered such unkind and unpleasant service. I always thought Japanese people were incredibly friendly, so this experience was genuinely shocking. I am also very disappointed in this hotel overall. It’s evident that staff training is severely lacking. Update: When we were checking out and about to leave with our car, we were informed that we needed to pay ¥10,000 for parking. We returned the car to the parking lot and went back to the hotel to clarify, only to find out that we didn’t need to pay at all. Why didn’t the front desk staff inform us of this during check-in? This oversight caused us unnecessary trouble, as we had to go back to the parking lot to deactivate the card. The entire experience was truly frustrating and disappointing.

I went there and saw Lonely Gourmet and Goro-san went here ㅋㅋㅋ It's great for playing in the ocean, the outdoor pool is nice, the rooms are very spacious, and there are 3 breakfast buffets, so it's a fun vacation resort to choose from. I'm very satisfied.

Together with my husband and daughter, we stayed 1 week in this beautiful hotel. It just opened last April 2021. Everything was perfect. We are very thankful to the owner and all the staff. They were very professional, kind and really helpful. Victor, Yumi, Olivier, Oscar and Anca were always there to make sure everything is okay during our stay. They gave us delicious croissants with coffee and drinks for breakfast even though it was not mentioned during our reservation. All the rooms come with an ocean view. The sunset from the room is spectacular and very romantic. All we want to do as soon as we wake up is to open the curtains and enjoy the sea view. The room is charming with a tatami-like floor. The bathroom is spacious. Internet is very reliable. The swimming pool on the rooftop offers a panoramic view. The hotel is in a quiet, family-friendly area and just 15mins walk from American village where you can do the shopping and find a lot of restaurants. Thank you for the wonderful experience. We will never forget our sejour and definitely will see you again soon.

First self-driving trip to Okinawa 4 days and 3 nights I chose to stay in Chatan (quadruple room) for the first two nights. Reasons for choosing this home 1. The price is very cost-effective (combined with the discount of booking a room for the first time on Trip) 2. Apartment-style hotel (we want to simply cook ingredients bought in the supermarket 3. The location is excellent (5 minutes’ drive from American Village, nearby supermarkets, convenience stores, and various restaurants. It just so happens that it’s not too far to go to Churaumi the next day, and it’s also 13 minutes to Aeon Mall. about) After check-in Check in/out There are two screens on the wall as soon as you enter the door. You can enter the information yourself (no counter service). I personally think it is quite simple to operate. On the contrary, when I unlocked the key box outside the room, I was a little confused about where the key was. It took me a while to figure it out🤣 (probably a personal problem environment/service Although I saw a medium-sized spider on the wall as soon as I entered the door, luckily my friend who was traveling with me was not afraid to drive it away. The balcony is so big that you can see the taller buildings in the American Village and a little bit of the sea. We all like it. There is a supermarket nearby that can be reached within a 5-minute walk. It is open until 23:00. It is very convenient for friends who live together to go shopping.

It was really hot when we first arrived at the hotel. Thankfully, the hotel had given us two vouchers to redeem welcome drinks. It was impressive that there is a wide range of choices regarding the drink. During the check in process, everything went pretty smooth. A big shout out to ms honoka ishiji, who is very welcoming and greeted us with a wonderful smile. She had recommended us a few restaurants around the hotel. We ended up picking the japanese-italian restaurant, which was awesome! We got a room with sea view and pool view. The view's nice and so as the room, really cozy and that made me feel like home (though the style of bedsheet and the pillocase is pretty outdated, but thats fine). Btw, the breakfast is definitely a must-try item in this hotel. Do remember to pick a window seat, so that you can enjoy your meal with the splendid sea view. All in all, that was a pretty good stay, and I think I will be visiting again very soon.

Beautiful place! Staff were friendly and accommodating. First experience with a 5 star hotel and it was amazing! Situated right beside American Village and there were many places to just walk or cycle around and explore. Staff even helped with making a taxi booking since we had an early flight. Thank you Hilton for making the last lap of our Japan trip a memorable one! Oh and breakfast buffet was good! Wished that the items changed around but not complaining since the food was of top quality!

【良かった点 ※スパ利用＆2食付きのプランの場合】 * お部屋とバルコニーが広々として解放感あり。さすがアメリカ時代にヒルトンとして建てられた建物。 * ベッドの寝心地が良い。 * スパ付きプランだと岩盤浴も含めて大浴場が使い放題！ * 食事が美味しく体に良さそう。特に夕食の「はいむるぶし御膳」は丁寧に作られていて嬉しかった。朝食のスムージーも◎！ * 食事チケットの使い方がフレキシブルで良い。朝食の代わりに昼食用にカフェで利用したり、2枚使って夕食をビュッフェに変更したりできるのはとても便利。 * お庭はあまり広くはないが手入れがされていて朝の散歩が気持ち良い。 * ミネラルウォーターくみ放題！ 【ちょっと残念な点】 * ロケーション：海から少し遠い。遠くに海は見えるが「ザ・沖縄」という感じはしない。スパの大浴場から見える景色が海だったら言うことなしだと思う。周辺にコンビニが無く、イオンの入っているショッピングセンター沖縄ライカムは徒歩25分くらい。 * 経年劣化は仕方がないが、壁紙が少し剥がれかけていたのは残念（でも掃除は行き届いていた） * 朝食ビュッフェに肉料理があまりない。（自家製ハムのみ？添加物を使った加工品はNGだから？和食メニューは充実） 総合的にとても気持ちよく滞在できたので満足度が非常に高く、機会があればまた宿泊したいホテル。平日だからかスパも空いていてゆっくりできた。公共交通機関を使って来られるのも嬉しいポイント。コミュニティバスの「グスクめぐりん」を利用して中城城跡の観光にも行け、冬の沖縄を満喫できた。ちなみにこのバスは実証実験中で今年の3月31日まで運行とのこと。その後どうなるかは不明。このバスが無い場合、高速バスの停まるライカムや喜舎場まではタクシー移動となりそう。唯一タクシー移動をした北谷のアメリカンビレッジまでは片道1700円。 夏に沖縄に来るなら、泳ぎたいしダイビングもしたいので海に近いホテルを選ぶと思いますが、海に行かず、何もせずにのんびりするなら最高におすすめのホテル。

One needs to take airport limousine to hotel Vessel Campana .With lighter luggae a walk 15 minutes to hotel .Option is to take a taxi 600 yen to the property . Limousine during day time took above 2 hours . Taxi costed Yen 5200.00 and less than an hour . Check in smooth ...most staff helpful except a guy Malay who wan of no help except to help you rent a car ! We were put on floor 2 despite booking sea facing room ours was facing parking lot directly and sea one could eye from corner of the eye ! Next day complaint to the lady brought prompt response and were moved to eight floor with excellent privacy and fantastic views .Thank you . So guys when booking seek higher floor booking .Rooms are excellent with kitchenette and towels can be taken fresh from reception .There is a washing amchine and dryer in the room that makes living pretty easy . There are in morning hours dry brekafast packet given of croissant and Danish with tea or coffee . Toiletries you can refurbish yourself from reception. . American village centre for restaurants bit pricey can be reached by 15-20 minues walk .Nearby are small eateries at sensible prices .Ask rception from right person that is .All in all perfect place to stay at reasonable prices ..There is no beach though it is a waterfront property . Go book it you will not regret it .
