I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities like the pool and fitness center were excellent. Great location too, close to all the main attractions. Overall, a wonderful hotel experience that I would absolutely recommend to others.

The room was clean and the facilities were good, but the condition was not good, so I put the temperature of the air conditioner up and fell asleep, but someone forced into the room in the middle of the night. The intruders were staff and they said they came to check because the room temperature was strange. But I know that the customer is in the room, but I was very embarrassed and scared because I broke in without any call or knock. The staff were friendly but there was no consideration for the guests at all. Hotel that I don't want to go again twice. It was less service than a 30,000 won room in Southeast Asia.

I have been around three Times at this hotel. Each time we had another issue. This time Wi-Fi wasn’t working in the morning but t my room 508 was quiet. Last time I stayed at 102 which was exactly above the aircon s. The staff was friendly and welcoming every time. It’s located in a central position of reforma avenue. I walked to the Hidalgo surroundings as well as to Chapultepec park although it’s pretty far . I liked the beauty of the architecture and the old style. The entrance of this hotel is in a very remote place, and you need to climb a very high slope. Every time I call an Uber, the local driver can't find the hotel entrance after going around and around, and I have to follow the navigation for several circles, which is very troublesome. Really nice hotel with people that are really friendly. Clean, smells really, and serviced really well. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Rocío cleaned and looked after my room really well! Thanks Rocio. The Spa and gym was amazing - especially the staff who were really helpful and kind. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis! The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul!
