I stayed there two nights and I liked it! The staff was helpful and friendly. We could leave our bags in the lobby for some time after the check out. The lobby area is comfortable to have rest there. The hotel is located not far from the main attractions, massage places and restaurants. My room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable enough. I can recommend this hotel for your stay in Chiang Rai.

The B2 Night Bazar Chiang Rai is very easy to reach from AH1. Since the hotel has no seat, we decided to have a room on the 1st floor with Twin bed, since the double beds were already forgiven on arrival day (sunday). The room and bathroom are small. It has a mirror, small TV with bad signal, water cooker, soluble coffee, 2 bottles of water, refrigerator, small pump with hocker, bath tools, air conditioning and clothing. The storage areas for 2 people with baggage are insufficient for Us. The WiFi signal is good. The room is held in grey (visual concrete), the transferred electronic wires are painted without pleasure with grey color. The staff was friendly at the check-in, the meeting with the cleaner was friendly. The bed lakes were changed, unfortunately, you should consider to be new, since there were visible places. The cleanliness in the room solara. The night of Sunday is 640. - Monday 610. - THB plus deposit 500. - THB for the keycard. Unfortunately nothing for us.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. Overall, I highly recommend kokotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay. I can’t wait to return.

New room, good size, but the wall is a bit thin, can hear the next room. There is a free coffee machine with many menus to choose from. You can leave your bags. In the future, there will be a small Big C, but on the opposite side there is a 7-11, and further on there is a gas station, a swimming pool, and a fitness center.

the hotel is close to the central Chiangrai (shopping centre). Not a far walk from the hotel, 5 -10 min walk. clean hotel, staff is excellent assisted with the TV. No swimming pool. Lot of restaurants and coffee shops near by. Not close to night bazaar need to get taxi/tuktuk or motorbike. Clean place, fridge but TV small wish it was a larger size TV.

Excellent location, quiet and yet a short walk from everything: bars, restaurants and massage shops surround the hotel and the night market, Saturday market, clock tower and bus station are all very near. The breakfast buffet was decent for a hotel in this price range. The hotel itself is like stepping back in time. It would have been very classy 35 years ago, but now the elegance has aged. The control panel next to the bed no longer turns on music and you have to work out what the other controls do. (e.g. the switch marked ”TV” operates the bedside light.) Rooms are large with a decent bathroom with a proper bath. I stayed there twice, in a Superior room (the lowest level) and then a Deluxe. While the Deluxe had a few tiny improvements in fittings, the main advantage was having a decent number of power points. The Superior had no spare power points whatsoever in the bedroom, just one in the bathroom. Fortunately, the maid was able to give me a power board. (She didn't know much English, so I showed her a picture of one on my phone and she raced off and got one.) Then I was able to plug in everything via the socket the TV uses. The pool is strange, cold and stark, surrounded by concrete walls and situated on the ground floor. It's not even obvious how to get to it! There's one entrance through the restaurant and another from the second floor down a big flight of stairs. The only real negative is the wifi. It's atrocious and extremely weird. I had multiple devices connect to the same access point, yet get directed by DHCP to different routers! My phone always connected to one that worked (slowly), but my other devices would mostly get connected to one that didn't do anything. Of course, the front desk staff had no clue what was going on. Broadband on your phone in Thailand is cheap (150 baht/month for AIS 4G) so it's not the big deal it once would have been.

　It is located on the north side of the old airport site, a little farther from the center of the city, but the price is reasonable, one of my regular lodgings, and I use it for long stays. There is a bathtub depending on the room category, but if you don't book early, you will be sold out. The pool is large and there are children and is popular in the local area. There are also some types of breakfast. 　

Stayed here for the second time after my first stay at the beginning of the year. Overall everything is still good. The receptionist is helpful. The bed room is a bit hard but can sleep with no back pain. Come this time, change the new shower, the water flows strongly, very satisfying, I like it very much. So I deducted 1 point because the air conditioner is very slow and cut frequently, but not serious because only staying for one night, if the hotel can improve the air conditioner, it would be better. And disturb the receptionist to help inform customers which bottle of drinking water in the room is free, which bottle is charged because it may confuse customers when checking out The hotel has a lot of parking. Don't worry about parking

When going to Chiang Rai, I will always stay here. Very impressed, clean rooms, safe, complete facilities. Adequate parking Morning tea / coffee is served. The staff are very friendly. Provides information for restaurants or tourists as well as being a host.

Everything is fine. Also they have coffee and toasts with butter and jam for free in the morning. Recommend

Mae Khong Delta Hotel On the road to Mae Sai, there is a parking lot, good service staff, beautiful lobby, there is an elevator, WiFi, good signal, cool air, clean rooms, but in the bathroom there are broken equipment such as shower and the water is not strong. But overall it is considered ok

I am very satisfied with the environment of the large deluxe room. However, the WiFi cannot be connected at all. Except for the Internet in the lobby on the first floor, I have complained to the customer service in the lobby, but still cannot connect to the Internet.

Hotel has very good location and nice decoration .It is full of spirit of Lanna if you come to travel at Maesai do not forget to take you relax here.The staffs here will help you as much as they can .Come to share your greatest memory with them now.

Hotel in the countryside with easy access and a large parking. Composite room in small independent apartments. Thai style with a beautiful swimming pool and a fine room available. The rooms are simple and well equipped. The hotel is warm and the hotel is very clean. The wooden litter is perfect and the rooms are comfortable. The price quality ratio is excellent. A breakfast is available from 7:00 and the service is right.

Good location in Mae Sai in the commercial area, there is a cafe to sit and chill open in the afternoon 15:00-22:00 in front of the hotel, helpful staff, wide area parking, swimming pool, no elevator, no key deposit, clean room, comfortable bed, very spacious room, just right, the air conditioner in the room is not cold. Unfortunately an underwhelming experience. Beautiful location, comfortable rooms and friendly staff, but very little to enjoy in the hotel (the pool is not ‘gigantic’ as they describe, it is extremely small for a hotel pool). The biggest let down is the restaurant and food. An extremely limited choice on the menu. There was a bigger menu on day 2, which we were told had something to do with kitchen staffing, but this really shouldn’t be the case for a hotel at this price point. Breakfast was very skimpy and of poor quality. Being that the hotel is cut off from a city, this was a big disappointment as we were literally stuck for eating options. They don’t serve a single wine option by the glass either. During our lunch on day one they also carried produce including a bag of fresh chicken through the front of the restaurant which I’m sure is a health code violation. I hope the hotel ups it’s game, I was hoping for much more for the price we paid. There’s so much more this hotel can offer!

Overall, it's good. I like it a lot. The breakfast is delicious, but you have to call to order. If you order on the website that they have, it seems like it won't pop up. 555 Overall, it's good. The staff is cute. They don't get angry at all. You can bring the food to your room. The staff will deliver it to your room. It's good. I like it. I will definitely go again.

Accommodation, cleanliness, three stars, the hotel is quite old, service provides three, convenient parking, close to the market, no need to walk far, moderate price, considered worth the price.

Room is clean .But some ants run around the room :( .

The rooms towards to highway are thanks to mearly a thin glass window between you and the constant traffic noise uninhabitable and shouldnt be rented out. The shower knows only extremely hot or cold water as only half of the showerhead holes are working the water flow in the heater is so limited that on lowest level you have boiling hot water on your skin or you chose to turn water at full and get skinned alive. Internet non existing in the rooms. That was my night awake.

We stayed here in 2017 also: quality has decreased significantly. Our luxurious room 305 was very spacious (30m2) with a good and broad bed (1.80m broad) and flat floor. Good air conditioning, medium-sized flat screen TV, wifi, coffee and tea. The spacious bathroom with indoor rain shower and separate bathroom is very comfortable with bath jackets and pantyhose. Room facilities are perfect. Good dark curtains. Balcony with 2 seats and table and most beautiful views of the Mekong and Laos. But don't forget: cheaper superior rooms on the back of the hotel have no view of Mekong. The breakfast buffet in the quite cale restaurant was enough with a separate egg station. Sometimes evening restaurant sometimes not, so unreliable. No bar is free coffee and water in the lobby. The outdoor terrace is extremely hot, really regrettable because with a little money and difficulty an architect can do wonders here. Great infinity pool with view of the Mekong River and with clean water but a lot of shortages , only three wooden seats. Some free bikes to use.

A family run hotel overlooking the Mekong river which has been recently extended and modernised without losing its charm or friendliness. Lucky and staff are very welcoming and attentive. The rooms are comfortable, very clean with all you need for a short stay. Good bathroom and shower with fridge and tea/coffee in the room and also available in the breakfast room. Breakfast was good with 3 set options, Thai style, Northern Thai and European. Location is good to walk along the river and about 15 mins to the market and central area. Would highly recommend this hotel for an inexpensive but comfortable stay.

The hotel has 2 buildings on each side of the road. Accommodation is a small building, self-service, no porter. The door opens with a card. The hotel parking lot is broken, 3 floor building, there is a container and the name of the Siam triangle hotel is confusing. At first, I couldn't find the hotel, only the name has to call to ask at the hotel for the clean room, no mechanical. Good cool air conditioner, good flowing water, impressed with the service of the staff in the breakfast room. Good care and service Beautiful river view, good taste food

The hotel environment is still, the price is OK, the overall equipment is still OK. Mainly close to the city, there are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Next time I come, I will choose this one
