We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, making it super convenient to enjoy the sand and surf whenever I wanted. The vibe of the place is also amazing—relaxed yet lively, with a friendly atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and everything felt easy and comfortable. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a great place to stay near the beach!

Cleanliness: first access room terrible of musty smell, but staff quickly used spray in room. Location : if you drive I think avoid rush hrs at front of terminal 21 traffic always jams. Service : quiet good just some of staff take same elevator, when access they said nothing. Restaurant, Chinese head chef kind he ask heat up dim sum for me, restaurant reception also friendly. Amenities: everything great except no paper sleeper only white sandals which it quite dirty, when check in front lady told us, if go to swimming pool must wear it, The condition need to be cleaned. Toilet weird design, you will see shower area then toilet bowl inside, when someone shower, the floor wet, this is dangerous for slippery. Must say hotel doing great for breakfast, you should not skip breakfast.

Reception: Slow service and unclear information. The fact that they hung up before you finished speaking must have been really frustrating. Maid: While the cleaning service was slow, they did a good job with quick and thorough cleaning. Technician: The Wi-Fi signal was unstable, and there was no update on improvements made, which is definitely a downside. TV & Air-con: Some in-room equipment had issues, like the TV needing to be unplugged and plugged back in to work, and the air conditioner not being easy to control and fluctuating in temperature. Cleanliness & Toilet: The floor was dusty, and you'd need to wear slippers to walk around. Plus, there was a leak in the toilet's water spray nozzle. Food: The ramen was bland, and the food at the Garden Café wasn't great either, with the pizza dough being too hard. Facilities: The pool could be improved with a larger one and more comfortable seating. Location: On the bright side, the location was good, with proximity to the beach and a convenience store nearby, which is definitely a plus.

The moment you step in Air conditioner turns on.  5. Tops daily was right in front of the hotel.  6. Beach is in walkable distance.  Negatives. 1. It took me a while to figure out where the reception is. The moment you enter inside you see swimming pool in your front and on left there’s a restaurant like outlet with a cashier and billing counter. That’s the hotel reception with no signs of hotel or check-in. 2. Towels not so clean 3. Water not draining in the shower (723 room)  4. Same liquid for shampoo, soap and hand wash.  5. Bidet (butt shower) water pressure is not at all sufficient.  6. Can’t find any switches to turn off lights, actually there are no switches except the plug points. So lights stay on but you can dim bedside lights though.

Stayed there for our anniversary, in the sky pool room. staff were extremely nice throughout the check in process until we checked out. Hotel sits on the beach so you’ll have beach access. Food and coffee in the hotel restaurant “under the sun” was good. The rooftop bar over the moon was also nice. We went there after 6, will have less people.

It is conveniently located in South Pattaya where you can just easily walk to many well-known attractions like Walking Street, Ripley's, beach road and etc. It's a newly renovated hotel with proper & basic amenities such as swimming pool, pool bar, restaurant and so on. Rooms are not too small with good bathrooms and comfy bedding. Highly recommended if you like the accommodation like the Ibis type. Prices may be slightly high on the weekend, but overall, it's affordable and worthwhile in comparison to the same category of hotels.

breakfast is fine, places are ok, this is my third time visit of the hotel. however, its not suitable for swimming during x'mas which is a big holiday. it is preferable to include some hot spring facilities or hot pool for the kids so that it will not be too freezing when enter the water during these seasons. also, the kids room can be renovated, as it is all the same from the first time visit three years back until now. and there were a lot of other nationalities which were quite smelly. there's no discrimination at all, i just would like to point out to improve the ventilation systems. the welcoming birthday gift is great!

The room is very spacious, giving everyone in the family plenty of space to relax. Unfortunately, the bedroom balcony was unusable due to bird droppings. The kids loved the bunk bed! The water park is medium-sized but still lots of fun. The resort is lush with big trees. I spotted some insects and a large wasp nest near the pool seating area, but the staff removed it the next day. Really enjoyed my stay here!

Great hotel. Staying here since 2012. It is one of the best resort hotels overall. Beach, sand, pools, etc Only 2 things are bad: walls between rooms are paper thin, so you hear your neighbors. And bathroom door jams must have rubber lines around the frame so when you shut the doors it doesn't bang so loud that the whole floor wakes up. Otherwise, it's a wonderful place

The hotel itself is good and the cleaning is excellent, making the room every day if you wish.I liked the style of the rooms with the appearance of concrete finish style. Is.a good decoration. Also, the room is very well illuminated with the balcony. Excelent Air conditioning. Good car park if you're renting a car or motorbike. The staff is ok, but they should be more polite with the customers. Just one lady,the manager, I think, was the only one who said Hi or Good Morning. The other ones really don't care about you. The location is what really was the downside for me. It's about 20 to 25 minutes away , and almost where everything happens. So,you need to have permanent transport to go up and down. I rented a motorbike which I used during the day but I prefer to take a motor taxi to go out at night for dinner and drinks. Nevertheless, if you're a windsurfing lover, this is your place. There's a nice beach for surfing just a walk distance. But not really for chill out as is too windy for that. You can find shops renting surfing and wind surfing equipment. Another good thing is ,just that in front of the hotel, there's a lady who has a street food shop and sells delicious food very cheaply. Also, you can find a coffee shop not far from the hotel. It is a nice place at the proper price. Breakfast is okay and suitable for this price.  If I have my business around this place I will book this hotel again for sure.

We picked this hotel because it looked super beautiful and aesthetic, however we were slightly disappointed in person. First off, the room was modern, chic and stylish, however I can’t help feeling that the room utilization made it feel a little smaller than it is. The toilet and bathroom are partitioned, which is great, but there are no towel hangers in the shower, only in the toilet, which makes it kind of weird as you’ll have to make the floor wet just to retrieve a towel after showering. The room is also not spotless clean, as in we had to use the hotel slippers to walk around, otherwise we kept getting specks and dust stuck to our feet walking inside the room. The outdoor bathtub was huge and deep, which we enjoyed. Maybe an improvement could be having an anti-slip mat as it was slippery in the tub. Otherwise, the room was great, albeit feeling a little small. The breakfast was superb. Each person can have up to 3 choices from an a-la-carte menu, which was the highlight of the meal — super delicious. There is also a buffet with limited extra options to supplement your main courses/desserts made to order. The rooftop pools do give a pretty decent view however it was a little small and overcrowded. Overall I’d give it 4/5.

Perfect accommodation experience, the front desk staff has a good service attitude, speaks good English, and patiently helps us solve problems. The hotel is very close to the beach, and it takes only a short walk to the beach. The hotel is also very close to the Ambassador town market, where there are many restaurants and horse racing. You can take the hotel or the next door hotel's car to and from.

busy Christmas season has made it a difficult task to manage such a big resort. housekeeping manager Oscar has done his very best to resolve issues and provided hospitality beyond expectations that ensured our family had a good stay.  Food at the resort is at a notably higher level than standard, which is worth mentioning.  Facilities at this resort is also considered to be excellent.

The hotel is situated at the outskirt of Pattaya by the sea, perfect for those looking for a getaway from the bustling city. The infinity pool is spectacular with great seaview. Breakfast is also fantastic, with loads of variety. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
