The room is very spacious, with corner windows overlooking the streets below. As a budget hotel, it does surpass its name, being a notch higher. With that said, as the name implies, there are some amenities that are not available in the room, such as hairdryer, safe box and hotel slippers.

The hotel exceeded expectations in all aspects. The staff provided exceptional service, the room precisely matched online advertising and imagery, and the breakfast was satisfactory. The tranquil surroundings offered a pleasant environment, particularly the sea view from the room. I was highly satisfied with my stay.

We rented a room for 1 night at the hotel. Check-in at 14:00, check-out at 12:00. After check-out, you can use the beach and toilet, take a shower outside. Very good impressions. Beautiful, well-kept territory, clean rooms. The room has good lighting, hard mattresses, good pressure in the shower. Toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, dental kit, cotton swabs, cap, 2 towels per person: small and large. Delicious breakfasts are included, they give you a paper bracelet. According to the menu in the restaurant, the prices for Thai cuisine are adequate: tom yum 150 baht, rice 25 baht, vegetable salad with cashews 120 baht. In the evening, tables are laid on the beach. Sun loungers are included in the price, beach towels can be taken at the reception by saying the room number. Not all beaches in Samet include sunbeds in the price In the evening there is a fire show at 21:00, from 21:30 to 24:00 there is a disco.

For the brand name of Hilton I expect higher standard than others. If 1 things disappointed, I am too lazy to write a feedback but there were 3 disappointments for me. 1. Ask for a shower cap, staff took almost 30 minutes to bring up (should there be one in the room but none) 2. Staff making omelet egg skip my order and let 2-3 customers passed me and did not apologize. 3. Restroom toilet seat had yellow pee on the seat. Not just 1 toilet but both toilets for the public restroom on the 24th floor. And this happen at 8:30 am. Over all I am disappointed .

-10/10 for the room, location, and cleanliness with nice city view of the city. -1/10 for Seevices. PM staff at the reception looked exhausted, and I did not feel welcomed at checking in. -5/10 for breakfast as some of the food were cold instead of keeping them warm. FB staff had 0 service skills. No communication and ignoring customers. - It is so difficult to see a smile from any staff here except the security guy. This is my second stay here, but last time was 200% better.

Accommodation next to Sai Kaew Beach, Koh Samet, very good location. The room is decorated cutely, minimal, mini-hearted. The front of the accommodation is next to the beach, very beautiful for taking pictures. There are many cute corners to take pictures. The white sand beach is clean, the water is clear, very pleasing.

It says on the website at 20:00 but closes at 17:00. The system should be fixed so that you can prepare properly. There are cats around for those who like them, so I recommend it.

Check-in is 2 hours early, but there seems to be no direct road to the hotel - a tuk tuk dropped us off at a turn and we had to drag our suitcases through another hotel - but it's not far. Although we eventually found the road - but tuk tuks don't go there for some reason. The houses are cozy but there is a slight damp smell - it goes away quickly with the air conditioner on. The bed is large, the mattress is comfortable. The child had already had a separate bed brought in and made up, for which we are grateful. The breakfasts are meager but you won't go hungry. The beach is small but cozy.

Good value and perfect adequate with no thrills. I would stay there again if I had to be in that part of town.

Midweek break with 2 friends on Koh Samet: resort location is ideal, 5 mins by foot from island's main town, on the beach, for ppl in need of a little more liveliness. Deluxe Cottage was a bit dated, good amenities but furnishings are limited, electric sockets were not stable (type C falls out), no aircon in the bathroom. Walking distance to main beach(club) is rather far (5-10 mins). Generally the whole 'Deluxe' section of resort seems to be given less attention, which the restaurant closed and the pool sparsely tended, but is also much more quiet and peaceful in mornings and evenings. The main section, on Sai Kaew beach, is better furnished and closer to the reception and restaurants. The resort is generally pleasant, well maintained with a large staff that is well trained, very friendly and helpful. Pickup service by boat and jeep taxi went well, however, staff loading luggage on the ferry are not very careful (left my suitcase with high value items stacked high on the deck with risk of falling into the water!!). Beachclub is the best on this beach and very comfortable, great food at reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and attentive, but when busy, tend to randomly forget orders (or take very long +30 mins to bring a single cola). Minor inconveniences in paradise... Overall, amazing resort, decent rooms, great service and 10/10 would return again.

Overall, not bad but a few key areas need improvement. Pros Excellent location with everything you need, including a nice beach, on your doorstep Restaurant serves decent Thai and Western food at good prices Dining right on the beach Beach is well kept and while not private never felt crowded Rooms are good sized with nice bathrooms Cons Mattress is rock hard with a very thin and almost non-existent pillow Walls, ceilings and floors very thin so be prepared to hear everything and everyone 24/7 Breakfast is very sad and not worth paying for

We had a great rest! I want to stay here on my next trip. Thanks to the hosts for a comfortable stay, the price is low, everything you need is there. The location is convenient, in the center of the beach with white sand and emerald water, a picturesque path 5 minutes from the house to the beach, there is a store, a lot of cafes and restaurants.

A very small but natural resort with only 25 bungalow type rooms. Some detached some twins. Room Interiors are modern and clean. No catering service at this venue yet restaurants are plentiful within walking distance. But the great advantage is it's privacy with direct outlet to the sea for coral snorkeling and Sunrise Beach . Walking to the famous Sai Kaew Beach is just a few minutes walk. Free Wifi coverage is thru out the entire venue including the seaside. The owner and her members are very nice and friendly. Discount coupons of some restaurants on Sai Kaew Beach are available at front desk on request. Room cleaning only available for before 11.00 am. Check out before 11.30 am. Some rooms are too far from Seaside and some are too hidden. The bests are #1 to 4, 8 to 11. We stay at #2 was excellent. To and fro the Main Pier is easy by Public Transport for just few minutes drive. If you have heavy luggage, hotel has tricycle to pick up at or deliver to Public Transport Stop.

The hotel is conveniently located, but tuk-tuks do not bring you to it, you have to walk through the courtyards from the bus stop, the first time we thought we would not find it, then we got used to it when you know the way. The location is convenient, on the 1st line, but perpendicular to the sea, so the windows overlook the backyard and the restaurant toilet. Apparently, during the low season, the restaurant staff got used to sitting there, talking, playing with the children, it was difficult to relax during the day, there was constant noise outside the window. Even when we asked them to be quieter, after some time they gathered there again and talked endlessly loudly, watched videos, played games. Then they moved to the area in front of the reception, but they talked so loudly that the noise still interfered with rest. At the same time, you will not find employees in the restaurant when you need to order food or pay, they are all relaxing there for their own pleasure. The hotel has its own sun loungers on the beach, but the restaurant staff tried to kick us out from there on the first day and insisted that we should order something in the restaurant, this spoiled the impression, of course. It is strange that the hotel has a restaurant, but no breakfast, it would be more convenient with breakfast. At 9 am, large groups of Chinese tourists are brought to the restaurant, in principle, as in other neighboring restaurants on the first line. The room is not bad, but old, the bed is comfortable, the TV only has Thai channels. The toilet in the bathroom is leaking, the faucet, apparently the same is on the floor above, because water was dripping from the ceiling and there is mold on the ceiling, and in the toilet itself there is no ventilation and a terrible smell of mold. There is no toilet paper, in front of the entrance to the toilet there is a holder with thin napkins, which is very inconvenient. We lived on the 1st floor, since among us there were people with disabilities, in front of the room there is a table and two chairs, but sitting in front of the restaurant toilet is not at all pleasant. Also, the employees in this place eat their own food and sometimes the smells are very unpleasant. The hotel is for very unpretentious visitors, but the sea is wonderful and two steps from the beach. On the main street there are many restaurants, massages, two 7-11, currency exchange. It's a couple of minutes' drive from the ferry.

The hotel has an Elephant Cafe near the pier, which can arrange speedboats and parking for 500 baht per person. After arriving at the pier, someone will help you take your luggage to the hotel. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the beach. There will be music and fireworks shows at night, and the hotel's breakfast is also great. Although the hotel has upper and lower age groups, the facilities are all OK.

This was our second stay at this hotel, as our first experience was excellent and encouraged us to return. However, we were unaware that the hotel had expanded with a new area located approximately 500 meters from the original buildings, making it inconvenient to walk between the two zones. We booked the same hotel but ended up in the wrong building. It would be helpful if the hotel clearly labeled this new area with a distinct name, such as ”New Building,” rather than ”Garden Wing,” which caused some confusion as we previously stayed in the original garden zone. The hotel is now much larger, and the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with essentials. Unfortunately, cleanliness fell short this time, as we noticed some stains on the blanket and towels. We chose not to raise the issue as we wanted a hassle-free stay. The location is not ideal for visiting nearby attractions like coffee shops but is conveniently close to a 7-11. While we appreciate certain aspects of the hotel, we might not return for a third visit and would prefer staying in the ocean zone instead.

This might be a perfect place for grandparents, located in the middle of nowhere, there are no activities, no entertainment, not even music. Was the most boring place I’ve ever been. Is very clean and the pools are nice, food is also delicious. The front desk wasn’t as nice and welcoming as other places we’ve been in Thailand, but that’s not a big issue. Oh, also didn’t like the fact we had to pay 100baht for the laundry bag. First time in my life I wasn’t allowed to take the laundry bag. Incredible haha

The accommodation is clean, the location is good, the food is delicious. I really like the fried dough sticks with custard in the breakfast. The Rayong chicken tom kha menu in the restaurant is delicious. The fried fish is also fried until crispy. The fish congee is delicious. The staff are smiling and very helpful. The only problem is that the person who fried the eggs in the breakfast room didn't really pay attention to the customers. He was the only one in the whole hotel who looked grumpy.

For a hotel directly connected to the beach, it's hard to find fault with the price. The hotel is a bit old, but the room is large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast variety is not very rich, but it can meet the needs of ordinary people. The transportation is not very convenient, but the front desk can help call a taxi or rent a motorcycle. There are still many things to do around. In contrast, the price of 999 baht is still very attractive.

We had a family holiday with a 12 year old child. The hotel was very decent, located on the first line, the view from the room was on the sea, every evening from the balcony we watched gorgeous sunsets, as well as Samet Island. The pool is very well located, literally next to the beach. The food was very decent by Thai standards. The rooms were updated, cleaning was daily. But the place itself is very quiet, there is nowhere to go except for cafes on the beach. I recommend the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and nice in Rayong. Room was Very clean and big, comfy bed and pillows. There are lot of amenities. In the room there is the poem of Phra Sunthorn Vohara (he’s a royal poet began in the reign of King Rama2). Swimming pool was nice. Service is great. Just cross the road to the beach.

It is a newly renovated hotel, not a new hotel. Many of the room's equipment has been improved. New air conditioner, new bed, new TV, 4-5 power outlets to charge your battery comfortably. Some parts of the building are not in order, such as the elevator on the 3rd floor, the floor is not smooth when opened. The hotel is by the sea, you can walk down. There are many swimming pools, but some are old and not suitable for swimming. The highlight is the building-type rooms with two 5-foot beds and a sofa bed.
