The service at this hotel is really good and super friendly. I ca n’t speak English with my husband and talk on my phone all the time, but the service staff are patient to help solve the problem. The room is very clean.

The stay was excellent. Location was nice and good view to both sides, open view and there is no blockage of view by building. We booked for the peak time and there were rush for check-in, however the Manager assisted in between to help the check-in staff and he took initiative to add more supporting staff to control the rush. Unfortunately, I couldn't get his name. The breakfast restaurant was good and nice food. They had pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and gym The staff are good; only we found the cleaning team missed to clear the trash, which i reminded them and they did. Might be because of busy schedule due to full occupancy of the hotel. The hotel is connected to Fujairah mall, and is easy to access the outlets. Also, they have valet parking and also underground free parking. Totally we were impressed with the stay.

I really liked the hotel, 19 floors, a swimming pool on the roof, a great gym, there is a spa salon. The rooms are large and spacious, with a large bed and a hard mattress, overlooking the sea. The sea is across the road, 100 meters away, the beach is always empty. Lots of fish near the rocks and turtles, no need to go to the islands. Umbrella Beach is a 10-minute walk away, it is great for swimming and walking in the evening. Fishmarket is a 20-minute walk away, where you can cook freshly bought fish. Breakfasts are delicious, varied, milk porridge, muesli, vegetables, fruits, natural sausages, juices, they fry eggs at your request. You will not go hungry. The rooms are cleaned every day. There is a kettle. The only downside is that you need an adapter for the sockets, but they are sold in every store and are not expensive. There are several small shops around the hotel where you can buy water and other necessary things

It was a wonderful stay. The hotel is ideally located in the city centre, near to a mall. The facility is clean, staff is courteous and there were no hidden charges of any sort. Room was massive with all kitchen appliances. The only downside is hotel parking which was quite tight, however there are ample free parking spaces outside the hotel. We will definitely comeback.

The hotel, to be precise, is an apartment building. The room is big enough, but the service is problematic. The network is very poor and the call is dropped. After contacting the front desk three times, I restarted the backend from the engineer and it became usable. No one responded. I tried them all myself. No cable TV signal. Breakfast is very simple. I waited for an hour to buy the hot milk. I think I can eat it. If you just want a place to live and it's not expensive, you can live there, but don't think too much.
