Amazing hotel and wonderful garden. All very well. Just a very bad encounter with the front desk receptionist Gomez. The lock in my room was not working and I checked with the front desk on this. Mr Gomez reply was 'do you not feel safe'? For a paying customer safety is of the utmost importance and this was not taken seriously at all. He then just went on to serve another guest without acknowledgment to our conversation. I called the front desk to ask them to come and have a look. The phone was answered by Mr Gomez, who said he would be there right away, but did not show up at all. This is pathetic and unacceptable behaviour towards a guest who is concerned about their safety in a renowned hotel like yours. I trust this will be looked into with some level of seriousness

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Brussels City and had a fantastic experience. The rooms are incredibly spacious, providing ample space to relax and unwind. The location is unbeatable, situated near Place Rogier and overlooking the Botanical Gardens, making it extremely convenient for both sightseeing and attending events. The hotel’s blend of modern comfort and historic charm adds a unique touch to the stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, which I greatly appreciated. However, I did find the pricing to be on the higher side. While the amenities and services are top-notch, the value for money could be improved. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brussels.

I booked it last minutes after my meeting ended very late. I was tired and decided to book nearby hotel. I surprised on the place because it was neat. I didn't try the breakfast. The location and cleanliness is superb. The only thing minus is the gym. Its not the hotel fault but the odor left from people there was not nice. Probably an airfreshner can be provided.

One stone away from Grand Place. A lot of eateries and very center and Was able to Visit what I wanted to see in Brussels. The hotel itself screams history and art. The very detail of every corner of the entire hotel tells a story. We even met the very humble and nice owner. All staff was also nice and gives us a welcoming vibe. Will definitely come back again. Having to change my travel plans last minute was a challenge but I'm glad to have had the opportunity to stay at the Warwick in Brussels. The check in was seamless and the concierge staff was welcoming with the whole check in process. The only thing that was off was the entertainment system that wasn't plugged in and setup in the room so I had to trouble shoot the tv

I booked this hotel at the last minute for a short trip to Brussels for an event.I arrived at night time so it took a while to get my bearings from De Bruckere metro station. I arrived tired and hungry so once I checked in,I got a quick shower to freshen up. Booked a single room (bed was slightly bigger than a single). Okay size for the time I was there. It had a patio door so could go outside if you smoke. Bathroom small but for what I needed perfect. There was even a hairdryer which was needed as my trousers had been washed before ai left home and were a bit damp and also for drying hair on the Sunday morning. A safe was in the room and a colour TV with a desk and chair. Foodwise,the information in the hotel booklet in the room needs to be updated as it stated breakfast was on the 7th floor. It wasn't it was on the ground floor then you had to go down a couple of lots of stairs so bear this in mind if wanting to eat breakfast in the hotel especially if disabled or you have mobility issues.Breakfast was scrambled egg,bacon,mushrooms,baked beans if you wanted a hot option. There was also a waffle machine,toast,cereals,yogurt,fruit and pastries with water,fruit juice and two hot drinks makers for tea,coggee and hot chocolate. Food was ok for setting me up for the rest of the day. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby selling a variety of different cuisines however the friterie a few doors up seemed to always be busy. Location wise about 6 minutes walk to the Grand Place and about 8-10 minutes to the Mannequin Pis. In the other direction about the same to the Place de Monnaie which has lots of shops like Uniqlo,Foot Locket,Primark,Decathlon etc. There is a Dunkin Donuts however there is only seating on the upstairs level and there is no lift. Found using the Beurs metro either no 4 or 10 useful for if getting the Eurostar from Brussels. Staff helpful as was able to leave my bags in the left luggage room whilst sightseeing on last day and helped with directions to get to South-Midi station. Only complaints if you can call them that are,lack of kettle in room for making a tea or coffee (much needed after a long journey),decoration in room needs a refresh as paint work chipped and looks like it has seen better days same with corridors away from hotel lobby.

Let’s start with breakfast: for €25 per person, one might expect a royal feast. Instead, we were treated to a continental breakfast that seemed to have misplaced half of its hot items. And charging extra for a pancake? That’s just flipping outrageous! The room itself was a mixed bouquet. While the design was unique, the noise levels were more suited to a lively greenhouse than a restful retreat. Conversations from neighboring rooms were as clear as a bell, making sleep as elusive as a rare orchid. On the bright side, the hotel’s location is prime—perfect for exploring the city center and conveniently close to the north train station.  In summary, Hotel Indigo Brussels offers a unique design and great location, but at a price point that leaves you feeling like you’ve paid for a rose and received a daisy.

Insanely accessible and convenient, literally 1min away from Brussels Central station. Nearest Metro/Tram is a 2-3min walk away. Grand Place, Museum of Original Figurines & St Hubert Gallerie are right behind the hotel. Carrefour express and Relay are nearby if you need to get basic necessities. St Michael & St Gudula Cathedral is a 10min walk away. The room and bathroom is spacious and clean, with good soundproofing. The TV connects to youtube so that's a plus. Loved that there's an extendable clothesline that stretches above the bathtub. Staff were polite and helpful when I had enquiries. Didn't have an ironing board in the room but it was delivered soon after I approached the front desk for it. (Side note: The security deposit took more than 2weeks after my stay to be refunded back to my card)

I highly recommended the hotel as the staff are very friendly & welcoming. The location is accessible. We’ll definitely book here again.

Hotel location is right beside midi train station, lobby looks nice and well-furnished, but the bedroom and toilet furnishing looks old and run. Luggage storage is coin-operated, not free for staying guest.

Went for tomorrowland weekend 2 and booked a hotel in brussels to re energise for a night. When i entered the hotel, i was so shocked that it was a Tomorrowland themed hotel. Prior to arriving at the hotel, when i was saying goodbye to my friends from all around the world, i was crying because i knew that it would be another year till i see them again. The moment i arrived, our concierge gave us a post card to write about tomorrowland and hang it in the middle of the lobby. I wrote down all my friends name from all different countries and it was really a core memory. I took a picture and sent it to them to let them know, they will always be in my heart and mind and our friendship is forever

A lovely hotel with great facilities and hospitality. Our room was comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent too. We had cocktails in the bar and found bar and restaurant prices to be reasonable.

Really nice Hotel with very professional staff. The only staff which did from my point of view not fulfill the 5 star requirements were the people standing in the lobby to carry your luggage. When we walked past and saying something like good morning or good evening we barely got a reply. We particularly enjoyed the outstanding breakfast which was the best we had since covid.

The room is located next to the Grand Place in Brussels, very central and with convenient transportation. If you drive, the hotel doorman will help you park for free, of course if there is a parking space. The hotel is very clean, the service is warm, and they will help you take your luggage to the room. The hotel slippers are very comfortable 😌 If there is a little regret, it is that the bath water is not so friendly to girls with long hair. The shower is in a relatively low position, the wall spray 🚿 is a bit scattered, the water is not concentrated enough, but the water volume is large, and there is a heated towel rack... The room design is marble and other clean and retro, a bit Royal. There is also a night bed service, which I personally recommend.

The guy at the front desk enthusiastically arranged drinks and welcome packages, showed him different rooms, and chose the most suitable one. Very good lighting, a large connecting room, and the interior is very contemporary Overall very good

It’s a very nice hotel. Close to restaurants and about 10 minute walk to the nearest MRT. The staff are very nice and friendly. Good service! 👏They assisted us well during our stay. The room is big enough and so neat. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Would recommend this place.

Located in the city center, the location is excellent, 5-6 minutes walk to the palace. The interior decoration is exquisite, and there are many Chinese elements. The service is particularly good. The line suddenly short-circuited in the early morning, and the repair was very fast. I personally think that the breakfast variety is not large, but the ingredients are fresh, and you can make waffles by yourself.

Stayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.

I recommend the hotel, the staff is at your disposal. The hotel is located next to the metro a few minutes from the train station and the bus station. The restaurant is very luxurious and this is within your price. At the room level, it is very clean and there is no noise when you sleep. A little negative point on the Roomservice which offers only 3 types of dishes. But despite this I recommend the hotel for people looking for a luxurious hotel at a reasonable price.

The hotel is easy to find, it's on a higher floor, the hotel is warmly decorated, the family room is great, the view is good, the bathroom is spacious, the shower water pressure is strong and the temperature is stable. The room is not included in the booking, you have to order breakfast yourself, there are breakfast sets priced at 10-19 euros, the taste is good. It's a 15-minute walk from the square, you can pass the comic museum and the cathedral, but the bridge hole you pass by has a urine smell, which is not good. It's a 5-minute walk from Brussels North Station, which is still convenient. The only drawback is that the towels are very bad. When I dried my hair, I wiped a towel crumb, it should be changed.

ALL GOOD with excellent reception staff support. Fortunately, they advised me NOT to park my park in the streets around the corner of the hotel because foreigners's car happened to have their windows smashed. So I parked in the Hotel parking to secure my car. Looks like this neighborghood is not safe...

We had a great stay. I enjoyed the location the clean modern look and the staff really stood out. They were friendly and accommodating. I couldn’t ask for much more.

The hotel is located in a quiet place in the downtown area. It is 7-8 minutes walk from North Station. It is very convenient. The next day, I went to Brussels Airport. I took the airport express to North Station for 10.8 euros and arrived in 22 minutes. It is very convenient. It is very close to the center of Brussels and can be reached on foot. It is very good

If you're looking for a no-frills, budget-friendly stay in Brussels, Hotel Siru is your go-to! Nestled right next to the Rogier subway station, the location is a dream for both avid explorers and lazy travelers alike. Seriously, if it were any closer to the subway, it would be on the tracks! The rooms are clean and cozy, nothing fancy, but hey, who needs a chandelier when you're just there to crash after a day of waffles and chocolate? The service? Top-notch. The staff are so attentive and friendly, you'd think they mistook you for royalty. They even helped us with directions, dining recommendations, and were quick with extra towels—no need to resort to using the hand towels like makeshift bath sheets. Now, Brussels has a bit of a reputation for being... let's say, 'adventurous.' But don't fret! Despite the city's somewhat sketchy safety stats, we managed to dodge danger like pros. We weren't mugged or robbed—hooray for small victories! We did have a close encounter with a pickpocket, though. Some overly enthusiastic Maghrebi immigrant tried their luck on our first day, but they must have been new at the game. We walked away with all our belongings intact and a story to tell. In conclusion, Hotel Siru is your knight in slightly faded armor, offering a safe, clean, and friendly haven amidst the bustling streets of Brussels. Book your stay, and may your pockets remain as full as your stomach after sampling Brussels' finest treats!

Location is good close to the center and watever all the places you need by walking distance and the metro as well. The service just so sorry but I will recommend this hotel

The location is debatable. Very close to the tram and Train Station. But as a neighborhood, it is a bad, scary and unsafe neighborhood. The neighborhood where Noord Station is located is just awful, but it can be nice if you get over the trauma and return to the hotel before late at night. The remaining opportunities in the hotel's ga*** were ideal and the night could be spent comfortably.

Location was a bit grim outside - lots of building work going on down the entire street, and the general area around Bruxelles Midi is a bit sketchy with homeless people. But we didn't have any problems, although we were super on guard the whole time. It is extremely convenient to get to the station though. The hotel itself was amazing, and the spa area was great. After a long day out, the sauna and jacuzzi and steam room all hit the spot.

Price: I booked it for more than 700, including breakfast. The price is quite affordable. The conditions are pretty good in all aspects. Location: In fact, the location is a little far, and it is still far from the Manneken Pis. It is about 2.5 kilometers, and it takes half an hour to walk. The room was small but adequate for a solo traveler for a couple days. It was quite clean and taken care of daily. No kettle, refrigerator, or safe in the rooms. Comfortable bed, very hot water, and clean towels daily. Great location very close to the train station, but still walking distance to the center.

A small hotel right next to the station, I would say its a perfect choice for a short-term stay, since the hotel's interior design is pretty simple n convenience for travelers. They provide lockers at the lobby for customers, which is very thoughtful.

It is a hotel across the street from the train station Brussels midi which is the main train station for fast trains. The hotel is newly renovated. The room is quite clean. However, the room cleaning is not provided every day unless it is requested. So the sign needs to put ok the door to get the room cleaned. Clean towels can be requested at the front desk.
