One of the better hotels in Ternate. It was very clean, quite rare in Ternate. Blankets are duvets with covers on. Hot shower that works, toilet seats you'll be happy to sit on. Good sized bedrooms, good lighting, have windows. But the window of the single room we stayed in faces the hallway for maintenance/staff access, so privacy is a little compromised. The sheer curtain helps a little. Smoke free room. Breakfast is good with snacks and rice/noodles, vegetable stir fry, chicken dish and two choices of fruit, fresh tea and coffee. Staff are friendly and offered help with luggage. Prices for room service are reasonable. Good location for the airport and local amenities.

King bed room on the 5th floor. The room is quite small. The window of the room faces the back of the hotel, and there is a smelly ditch behind it. Facilities: The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is very good. You can order food at any time at noon and evening.

Elle a été d’une aide précieuse durant toute la durée de notre séjour, nous aidant à régler les moindres détails, comme la réservation de nos billets retour par ferry. Le Resort peut sembler loin de tout, mais c’est l’endroit idéal pour se reposer au calme et profiter d’un cadre extraordinaire. Avec mon ami Sébastien nous sommes sentis chez nous et le jour du départ nous avons eu le sentiment de quitter des amis. Merci Santi, Mumun et tout le reste de l’équipe ! The staff is extremely kind and Santi will try to fulfill your every wish. The Resort may seem far from everything, but it is the ideal place to relax in peace and enjoy an extraordinary spot.
