The environment is good. It's very close to the airport, about 20 minutes' drive away. There is a swimming pool, but there is a little too much bleaching powder. The cleanliness of the room is mainly due to the stains on the quilt and sheets. The cleanliness is not good enough. The restaurant is good, the food is not expensive, and the service staff are very nice.

This trip is a business trip, the hotel room quite nice for business short trip. It is a new hotel, I didn't take breakfast because I took early flight. The overall the cleaning and the facilities is new and nice place for stay.

One of the great hotels located in downtown Palu. Friendly bf kind staffers, and provide a good selection of breakfast. The hotel manager will come to each table and have a little chit chat with the costumer. The room is spacious and clean. The pool is nice and close to the gym on the 3rd floor. You can see the things around the hotel from the pool. From this hotel you can go anywhere around downtown Palu. The only drawback is the internet. There are times when the internet is down for like 15 minutes. However, I don’t mind staying in this hotel again in the future.

It seems that because of New Year's Eve and full occupancy, the hotel is overwhelmed with serving guests. At breakfast at 9 o'clock, most of the menus were finished and not refilled, even though it seemed that there were still many guests arriving for breakfast. The egg station is also empty due to waiting for eggs that are out of stock.
