Check-in was a breeze. We were given room above the trees and had a great view of the beach. Clean rooms and sufficient toiletries. Breakfast was great with the choice of local and international food. Liked the fresh breads, cakes and juices too. Staff hospitality were nice and left something to remenber. The pool size is great. Booking a transport to Kuta was easy and the service is punctual. Security at the entrance and the beach gives us the confidence. Liked the tips given to us about wild animals outside the hotel and which area to avoid. Close proximity to Mandalika Circuit is a plus and the direct highway route to the airport means we do not need to rush for our flight. Had a nice stay and would be great to return.

Clean room with comfy bed! Decent breakfast spread! Many cafes and restaurants nearby plus Mataram mall! Friendly and hospitable staff!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, especially for travellers, as it's close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service to and from the airport, making it super easy to catch flights or get back to the hotel. The price is quite affordable for the quality you get. The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long journey. The staff were also a standout—they were polite, friendly, and eager to help, which added to the overall positive experience. The only downside to mention is that the room is a bit small, but it wasn’t a big issue for a short stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone needing a convenient, comfortable, and budget-friendly option near the airport.

Even though it is located in the west side of island, I could stay peacefully. Breakfast is 150K per person. I recommend to include it when you book. No need to move and find sunset place since just in front of resort was fantastic spot for sunset. Strong recommend.

We were looking for a nice stay for 3 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The beach is black sand with a lot of rock at the low tide line so that is a consideration if you want to go in the water. I waded a bit at high tide, and there is a fair bit surf action, but most of my time was spent at poolside. It is in the middle of nowhere so if you want to go to town, it will require a taxi or some form of transport as Mataram is 30 minutes by car. I was not interested in renting a motorbike so taxi it was. The food and staff were excellent and most staff were very good in English. Overall, 5 star rating from me

Services are good : ali, nopi, borhan, weda, nader and guard sumadi, pool is nice, areaa are well kept and clean. Breakfast less choices but still acceptable. Only thing there is no netflix because I have stayed in the other hotel next to the resort that provided netflix. Overall good and definately will come back again soon.

Super comfortable bed and waking up to the sound of the waves lapping on the beach each morning truly had us in relaxed holiday mode every day. If you are after a relaxing, quiet location with excellent amenities, this is the place for you. If you are after some local food, head 5mins south down the beach to Warung K or Verve Beach Club.

Perfect location, 1 minute walk from the harbour. Everything you need is on your doorstep. The room was perfect for one person and the staff are incredibly friendly and will attend to anything without any delay. I’m glad I chose to stay here.

An exquisite resort with beautiful views and rooms. If you are looking for luxury and quiet, it is definitely worth a visit. They offer 3 restaurants with different menus, all the food and service were fantastic. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at this resort for 2 nights and it was a nice experience. The Olah Olah restaurant had beach-front tables and we also had the Sambal tasting menu, which was reasonably priced (and a lot of food for just 2 people)! Having breakfast is recommended and was one of the best breakfasts we've had. Unfortunately, one evening, we found lots of small bugs on our bed (the staff said this was likely because of the incoming storm/humidity) but when we reported this, they moved us immediately to another room. A small inconvenience but at least the air conditioning was stronger than our first room. The staff were very helpful and friendly, as you would expect from the excellent hospitality seen across Indonesia. The resort's surroundings and decoration was nicely done. I would totally recommend this resort to anyone staying in Lombok, especially if there intend to use the Bangsal Port to go to the Gili Islands or Bali (the resort is relatively nearby).

We just loved the Merumatta. It is a massive property fronting onto a beach. Rooms well appointed and lovely . Good location. 1 min to Poppies restaurant, bar hostel. 5 min walk to sport bar and other restaurants. Breakfast not to my liking unless you like eggs everyday or cereal. More local cuisine. Sunset bar beautiful for cocktails with a happy hour. And nice menu. Now beds 😴 Probably one of the worst beds I have ever slept on. To the point I had to get medication for my back.. Staff exceptional in helping with this. Thank you

Old historical hotel with very nice outdoor pool and beaches.. Rooms still old fashion and breakfast is 75% Asian traditional food.. Staff is very kind and ready to help and content clients requests..

We went there around the Mid-Autumn Festival. The facilities were very good, the sun was very bright, and the pool and bath water were all fresh water. When the sun was shining during the day, everything was especially beautiful. When night fell at night, it was a windy day, and it felt like a whirring sound, the windows were blowing loudly, and the grass and trees were dense. The shower and bathtub were outdoors, and I didn't dare to take a shower for fear of catching a cold. The pool water was very cold at 3 pm during the day, so I could only take pictures. In addition, I encountered mosquitoes in this hotel one night, and I didn't encounter them anywhere else on the island during the entire 8 nights. This hotel is on the same street as Quincy, Karan xx, and Holiday. After checking out of the hotel, the luggage cart directly sent us to Holiday. The hotel checked in at 2 pm and checked in directly

Really nothing but praise for this gem on Lombok island. The hotel is brand new, but I honestly think this will be the number 1 resort in the coming years. No matter its a family vacation, or a romantic getaway for couples, this place has it all. From the unparalleled service, to the amazing food… to some of the most breathtaking sea views on planet earth, this place has it all. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, your stay here will be an unforgettable experience. Truly a highly recommended hotel for anyone heading to Lombok.

The staff at Kayana were all very polite, courteous and helpful. Each and everyone never fail to greet you when they see you. Service was tip top. Pool has some dust/sand particles and insects sometimes but it’s near a beach so maybe that’s why. Location is near the harbour and has direct access to beach which can also be accessed by the public. Good if you are planning to travel to Gili Islands. However outside the villa there is nothing much, will have to drive to go to nearest restaurant and not easy to get taxi. We had a driver who brought us everywhere. The Blues Restaurant in the villa was sufficient for us - served good food, very affordable too and overlooks beautiful view especially at sunset. The inclusive breakfast was also worth it. Have to mention that the villa is very near a mosque and the calls to prayer starts as early as 5am. We did not mind it at all though. Overall Kayana made our stay in Lombok an amazing one!

To accompany his wife to the Longmu test diving certificate, the coach asked to live in the resort where the dive shop is located. From this logical point of view, it was forced to choose at first. It has not been examined and the evaluation is very small, so there is no hope. Недалеко в Сингиги множество хороших ресторанов. День рождения моего мужа.. я заранее уточнила при бронировании отеля, что мы сможем организовать в этот день. Мне ответили, кусочек торта или торт за доплату. Мы заказали ужин на берегу океана. Это были красиво накрытые столы, их было несколько, мы посмеялись, подумав, что нам пригласили гостей. Но нет, это был обычный ужин как и каждый день. Те праздника особого не было. Все как обычно. Но у нас шикарное настроение и мы вдвоем в прекрасном месте.. все прошло отлично! Напомню, что отель был пустой, заехало позже еще две-три пары. На завтраки нам стали забывать приносить фрукты или не предлагать что то ищ меню, как было первые дни. Те сервис тут к сожалению не внимателен при таком маленьком количестве гостей. И вот 14 февраля, нам принесли купоны на праздник. По ним можно забронировать ужин со скидкой, спа или выбрать экскурсию (все есть во вложении) Мы решили дать отелю реабилитироваться и заказали романтический ужин (хотела бы уточнить, ужинали в отеле мы редко это первый день проживания, день рождения мужа и вот 14.02.). И что же мы видим, те же столы обычно накрытые, как и каждый вечер, чужие мимо проходящие рядом сидящие люди, ну бонусом роза от отеля. Те ничего нового, кроме какого то особенного меню, после которого мой муж остался голодным, тк ему было все не вкусно. Но нас это не смущало до того, как мы увидели у другой пары по настоящему романтичный ужин. Я спросила, почему у них цветы, красивая палатка и шикарная романтика во в дворе отеля. А нам это даже не предложили. Нам ответили, что это другой пакет. А ведь я спрашивала, что можно организовать моему мужу на день рождения, мне предложили только тортик, мы заказали романтик и вот. Я в номере прочла все предложения от отеля, там не было подобного предложения, как я увидела у ребят. Это было очень красиво. Кстати цены везде разные, на сайте одни, в меню другие на одни и те же предложения. При таком маленьком количестве гостей, как такое могло произойти. Я была крайне разочарована. Мужу это не показала. Позже я увидела в брошюре в отеле что стоимость романтического ужина такая же в обычный день, как нам предложили по купону, якобы со скидкой. Вообщем мы обожаем Мальдивы и вот я пожалела немного, что выбрала не их. По цене вышло тоже самое. Я сильно разочаровалась в отеле. Я не стала выяснять, ругаться или говорить о своем недовольстве. Мы продолжали отдыхать, развлекаться и путешествовать по острову, кушая прекрасные блюда намного дешевле в соседних отелях и ресторанах. И да, в последний день проживания к нам даже не пришли с уборкой. Забыли. Она была два раза в день, пришли лишь вечером. Все что писали в отзывах соответствует действительности. Те не нужно возлагать больших ожиданий. Сотрудники хорошие, но не профессионалы к сожалению. Проживали мы в отеле 7 дней. Надеюсь отель прочтет отзыв и будет радовать других постояльцев более комфортным и внимательным сервисом. И уберите эти не вкусные дорогие блюда из меню. Они портят репутацию вашему отелю. The villa was very beautiful and you had its privacy. The service was very friendly and premature. Hani and her team were super and total child love. We loved it to enjoy the fantastic breakfast on the beach. It was a great time in Ama Lurra and can recommend the accommodation very much.

It is worthy of being a five-star hotel. The staff are friendly and the service is attentive. The hotel provides various free activities, which is very suitable for family travel. Breakfast is served a la carte, so don't be scared by the price on the menu. As long as your room rate includes breakfast, you can eat as much as you want without paying extra. My three daughters live in another room, they are 15, 18 and 20 years old respectively. In the end, the hotel did not charge any more including breakfast. This alone is better than any hotel in Bali or even Lombok. , which is also the reason why I will choose Oberoi again next time. The only drawback is that the hotel is in a remote location, with a 40-minute walk from the nearest convenience store.

I found out why it was said to be the best accommodation in Gili. First of all, I really liked it from the moment I first entered the accommodation because it felt like an eco-friendly accommodation with a distinct Balinese feel. The staff were also very friendly. I took off my clothes, threw them away, went out for a while, and came back around evening. They drew curtains on all four sides of the bed to create a nice atmosphere, and neatly folded the clothes I threw away. I was impressed by the delicate details. The road from the entrance to the reception was not close, so it was difficult to carry my luggage, but the staff carried it for me. They even brought me a cool wet towel and a welcome drink! In other places, the welcome drink is usually sugar cane..? ginger..? They gave me a drink that felt like it, Is this the dragon and banana smoothie? He gave me a! I think it was the most delicious drink I had when I came to Bali! In addition to drinks, we also prepared two types of healthy snacks. There are two swimming pools in the resort. It was great that you could rent bicycles for free :) I travel abroad very often. The Pondok Santi accommodation was so amazing. First of all, the bathroom, including the shower, was outside! I was surprised because it felt like I was really in nature. If you call the reception to reserve a massage, you can receive it at the outdoor pavilion or in your own room during that time. If you say you want to have it in your room, they bring a massage bed and other things and give you a massage! The best part of all was breakfast! Unlike other places, you select the breakfast menu when checking in and decide where to eat by choosing one of three places: bar/ocean/room. The menu was generally delicious. It's different from other ocean view breakfasts because it's not just a simple ocean view, it's just eating on the beach. Attach photos If you visit Gili, I highly recommend you go!
