Aston Inn is a household name in Mataram and its location is very convenient. The service of the staff is very good and their attitude is very good. The hotel often hosts various events, so it can be a bit noisy at times. The bed and bedding were very comfortable, allowing me to sleep very well. I usually wear earplugs, so even if there was noise, it was difficult to wake me up. However, some local residents would bring their children to the swimming pool without wearing any swimsuits.

One of the best hotel options that you can choose in Senggigi. The hotel is spacious and lovely, the hotel staff are super friendly and helpful, the check-in process also fast. The hotel has the amenities and facilities which you may need during your stay. The view is directly to the beach so it is very suitable for those who come to enjoy holidays alone, or with family or friends!

It's my first time on Lombok Island, so I stayed only for one night. It has a very calm atmosphere and you can have the best vacation. The hotel was quite quiet and calm as there were not too many hotel rooms. The pick-up service to Kuta city is also very convenient. The facilities were great, especially the pool and private beach. Not only the facilities but also the service was particularly good and kind. Especially the service of Mr. MAYA was nice. Thank you.

Perfect location, nearby the port and many shops. If you took the private speedboat, they just drop off you infront of the hotel. Room was okay, clean and modern design but there’s some smell from the sewage and unfortunately our sink was clogged. But they helped to solve it. There are also a live music at night just downstairs the hotel. Overall experience was okay just because the location was perfect for me.

We checked in late and nobody helped us to carry the bags from our vehicle to the lobby. Breakfast is terrible please do something about it.

Hotel room was clean and comfy, the hotel food was excellent especially the Indian menu as well as Aston burger which was a winner with kids. The service was amazing! Special thanks to Hadi who made our stay pleasant he even took the time to explore the island with my son! The management of the hotel regarding service is the best by far! Excellent breakfast(changing daily and better than pricier hotels in the area), basic amenities but rooms are clean and calm. Functional AC and decent wifi. Excellent location with convenient stores and supermarket facing the hotel. Will definitely book again there!

Before writing this review, I thought for too long about whether I should write this or not. I wish people didn't know how friendly and warm the staff at this hotel is. I wish other people didn't know how happy it is to eat a delicious breakfast while listening to the sound of birds and carriages and the sea breeze. I wish people didn't know how enjoyable it is to walk back to room with a clean and beautifully maintained garden. Above all, I hope the others don't know how fantastic it is to sit on the beach in front of the hotel and drink beer while watching the sunset. I hope that when I travel here again, people will notice what this place is good and it won't be so full that I won't be able to stay here. I was planning to stay on the Gili for two days, but stayed for two more. Although I had to give up southern Bali tour, I was able to have a happier time thanks to it. I don't want to go home. I don't want to go to work.

We stayed here 15th-22nd July 2023 Although the hotel is located on a beach, it's not really a swimming beach, as there are a lot of rocks, visible at low tide, although surfing lessons were being conducted during the day. The breakfasts were a little disappointing, not due to quality but to it being menu choice only - we missed the usual Bali, Thailand buffet, with plenty of fresh fruit. The pool area is excellent and the spa was very good. The room and bathroom amenities were good, apart from the ever-present Nescafé coffee sachets. However, the BEST PART about the hotel was the staff! Professional and GENUINELY friendly - think Bali 30 years ago. Oh! And no one tried to rip us off! We would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND the hotel for couples, although based on our observations, probably not the best place for families.

Took a 2 hr 20 mins direct Scoot flight from Singapore and then a 1.5 hr car ride to the resort. Booked a car directly from resort and driver was waiting outside after exiting the airport with resort name. We booked the family suite which was the premier suite and the premier room combined, it had a connecting door. Room was huge but no bathtub in either rooms. Separate shower and toilet. There’s also a outdoor shower but I think it’s only for the ground floor units. Comes with safe deposit, kettle and fridge. No ironing board. Their laundry is rather reasonable price. Beds were very comfortable and their air conditioning is cold. We had a few power shut downs but it was resumed very quickly in less than 20 secs. Nice beach but not suitable for swimming as the waves were huge. They have nice pools and sun decks. They have 2 restaurants serving Italian, western and Indonesia food. The Italian restaurant ‘Kliff’ is a must try. Superb food and quality at reasonable prices. Book a table to watch the sunset with Bali island in view. Beautiful sunset. The resort have a spa and gym as well. Tried the spa, prices were very reasonable and cheaper than Bali. Booked their snorkelling trips to the Gili islands and it was awesome! Gili Nanggu was our fav. Will definitely come again, Lombok is more laid back and without the Bali crowds. Things were cheaper too. If you want a nice, relaxing, quiet and good prices, come to Lombok. If you prefer pubs, shopping and crowds, then go to Bali. There’s also public ferries connection between Bali and Lombok. It takes approx 2 hours. Most of them understand simple English and remembers our preference for coffee and how we like our eggs done.

We were guests of Sudamala Lombok for a week as part of our trip to Indonesia. We are fascinated by the complex, by the villa we stayed in, but most of all by the people who work there! They all made our stay unforgettable! Always smiling, always their presence is what sets Sudamala apart from all the other places we've been to. We especially want to thank the manager Mayo, who organizes unforgettable Chinese New Year dinners and presents the island's traditional cuisine. The waiters became skilled artists performing a fire dance! The restaurant also deserves a special mention of the complex, which in our opinion is one of the best in Lombok. Excellent breakfast, many and interesting options for dinner, as well as a good wine list. Undoubtedly Sudamala will be our choice again on our next trip to Lombok

We had the best experience thanks to that special attention. Additionally, the laundry service was incredibly fast. Our laundry was washed and folded in only 7 hours, thanks to the amazing hotel staff member, Juulie. We would also like to thank Andy at the restaurant, who made us laugh every time we went for breakfast. I highly recommend this premium hotel with its high-quality service. Location was absolutely fabulous. Having breakfast with the beautiful ocean in the background was the best. Rooms very spacious and clean. Staff absolutely fantastic. Only suggestion I have is put some stairs in back pool so you can get in and out more easily! Great stay!

We arrived before sunset and we were sat outside we had awesome cocktails during happy hour then beautiful small plates to share. Location was superb service was excellent and food really tasty. The sunset delivered and the beach club and pool downstairs seemed to be doing a good business. You need to pay entry and then it gets taken off the bill but it was worth it.

the environment is very nice and clean just next to the beach, pool villa uniy just infront of connected swimming pool, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast option is huge from indonesia to japanese food ( if you are late then the less option left)

Hands down the best stay of our honeymoon trip in lombok. The view and vibes here are astonishing. With the mix of hills and ocean view, a perfect spot for sunset seekers. The staff here is super friendly and very helpful. The bed was big and soft to the skin which led us to sleep peacefully. Bathroom was the main focus for me, experience the joy of soaking yourself and spouse in the large bathtub with a great view of the beautiful lombok. 10/10 would stay again.

Lombok foi um dos locais escolhidos por nós para passarmos 5 dias, durante a nossa recente viagem pela Indonésia. O Sheraton Senggigi foi o resort onde ficámos. É uma propriedade que se localiza junto à praia, no meio de vegetação luxuriante. Apesar das infra-estruturas do resort estarem muito usadas e com decoração antiga, o enquadramento cénico é único e, nem que seja só por isso, vale a pena conhecê-lo. O resort fica a 1 hora, de táxi, do aeroporto e como tivémos problemas com uma das malas que não apareceu (deficiente serviço da Super Air Jet), fizémos um check in tardio. Vínhamos com fome, mas percebemos que a cozinha da propriedade encerra às 22:30 e a partir dessa hora não há possibilidade de ter aqui uma refeição. A alternativa foi pedir comida de um restaurante de fora do hotel, através da App Grab. O check in foi feito com simpatia, o nosso estatuto Titanium foi reconhecido, fomos acompanhados ao quarto e foi-nos feito um upgrade para uma suite (#5348). Esta era bastante antiga, embora espaçosa, com quarto separado da sala. Infelizmente, começou a chover bastante e começou a haver água a cair do teto da casa de banho. Assim, no dia seguinte mudaram-nos para outra suite (#6152). Esta estava renovada, com algum cheiro a mofo, mas como havia um ambientador perfumante, o cheiro tornava-se menos desagradável. Tinha também sala e quarto separados, vários sofás para podermos relaxar, uma pequena mesa e duas televisões. A cama King era confortável, o AC funcionou adequadamente e havia café e água gratuitos, repostos diariamente. A casa de banho era ampla com um lavabo, banheira e duche separados. A housekeeping, incluindo serviço de turndown, fez um trabalho eficiente. Tomámos o pequeno-almoço buffet, incluído na tarifa, diariamente, e este disponibilizou uma variedade regular de opções. Também fizemos as principais refeições no resort e a comida servida foi de boa qualidade. A lista dos vinhos era limitada e mesmo dos que constavam, a maioria estava esgotada. De notar que os membros Elite tinham 20% de desconto nas despesas de restauração. O staff do hotel foi acolhedor, simpático e solícito. Mas, na realidade, o que nos surpreendeu foi a beleza e o envolvimento do local onde está implantado o resort: vegetação luxuriante, jardins extremamente bem cuidados, decorado com inúmeras estatuetas, algo místicas, piscina também com decoração a condizer, contribuindo para o misticismo do lugar. A praia de areia preta, vulcânica, é banhada por mar calmo e tépido, embora a cor da água seja escura e não das mais atrativas. Sem dúvida, que o grande trunfo da propriedade são os seus exteriores que, embora antigos, lhe impregnam um ar misterioso, de santuário perdido no meio da selva. É verdade que o resort necessita de obras de renovação urgentes nalguns locais, mas esperamos que os proprietários, quando as fizerem, preservem os exteriores tal como estão. Really nothing but praise for this gem on Lombok island. The hotel is brand new, but I honestly think this will be the number 1 resort in the coming years. No matter its a family vacation, or a romantic getaway for couples, this place has it all. From the unparalleled service, to the amazing food… to some of the most breathtaking sea views on planet earth, this place has it all. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, your stay here will be an unforgettable experience. Truly a highly recommended hotel for anyone heading to Lombok.

The staff at Kayana were all very polite, courteous and helpful. Each and everyone never fail to greet you when they see you. Service was tip top. Pool has some dust/sand particles and insects sometimes but it’s near a beach so maybe that’s why. Location is near the harbour and has direct access to beach which can also be accessed by the public. Good if you are planning to travel to Gili Islands. However outside the villa there is nothing much, will have to drive to go to nearest restaurant and not easy to get taxi. We had a driver who brought us everywhere. The Blues Restaurant in the villa was sufficient for us - served good food, very affordable too and overlooks beautiful view especially at sunset. The inclusive breakfast was also worth it. Have to mention that the villa is very near a mosque and the calls to prayer starts as early as 5am. We did not mind it at all though. Overall Kayana made our stay in Lombok an amazing one!

It is worthy of being a five-star hotel. The staff are friendly and the service is attentive. The hotel provides various free activities, which is very suitable for family travel. Breakfast is served a la carte, so don't be scared by the price on the menu. As long as your room rate includes breakfast, you can eat as much as you want without paying extra. My three daughters live in another room, they are 15, 18 and 20 years old respectively. In the end, the hotel did not charge any more including breakfast. This alone is better than any hotel in Bali or even Lombok. , which is also the reason why I will choose Oberoi again next time. The only drawback is that the hotel is in a remote location, with a 40-minute walk from the nearest convenience store.

We stayed in this resort for 3 nights and had a pleasant stay. It is a modern resort with a great location next to the beach. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and each room has their own garden with private pool. We had some problems with the electricity, and got offered another room. In both rooms the AC was not the best, even when putting it on 16 degrees it was not super cool in the room, but it was sufficient. The breakfast was good. Overall a nice resort to stay at in Gili Air!

The staff was incredibly attentive, with 24-hour butler service ensuring every need was met effortlessly. Whether relaxing by the infinity pool or exploring the lush surroundings, every moment was pure bliss. Truly a hidden gem in Lombok!

To accompany his wife to the Longmu test diving certificate, the coach asked to live in the resort where the dive shop is located. From this logical point of view, it was forced to choose at first. Service a little long... they got the wrong room for me which I paid more for, but the hotel is well located and it has the best swimming pool on the island in my opinion 😉
