The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from Tenjin Station. The facilities are also very new and modern, and there's a dedicated lounge perfect for dining or catching up on work, with complimentary coffee available. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Fukuoka.

I was given a room which had smoking odour. The bed smell like a bar. I requested to change the room after staying in for 2 hours and could not stand it. The staff assisted to change my room. The room is really small. We can't open two luggage at the same time. It is not really worth it to stay in this hotel at the price per night other than it's excellent location. They provide free sake for hotel guest for their welcome drink, see picture.

The hotel offers comprehensive facilities, and the room was equipped with an air purifier. It was quite clean and surprisingly spacious. The location is excellent, being close to Watanabedori Subway Station and popular attractions such as Tenjin Underground Shopping Center and Canal City Hakata. There's a 7-Eleven and a sizable supermarket right outside, which makes buying breakfast and fruits very convenient. The hotel lobby is on the 3rd floor and is quite spacious. When I accidentally scalded my hand with hot water, the front desk staff immediately provided an ice pack for prompt treatment. I really appreciated their quick assistance.

The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the subway station. It's also just a short walk to the canal-side night market, which was a great bonus. We even happened to catch the annual Yamakasa Festival, making the whole area incredibly lively and vibrant! The only minor drawback was that the room felt a bit damp. However, the buffet breakfast was quite good. Overall, a positive stay!

A taxi ride from Fukuoka Airport to the hotel takes about 15 minutes and costs around 2200 JPY, which is quite convenient. When checking out for your return trip to the airport, you can ask the front desk to arrange a taxi. They'll write the license plate number on a card for you, and the taxi will be waiting downstairs by the time you head down. While it's a bit of a walk from Hakata Station (about 10 minutes), luckily we didn't encounter any rainy weather. However, walking that distance in the summer heat felt quite tiring. The popular cafe 'Bread, Espresso &...' located downstairs has long queues in the morning, but you won't need to queue at all in the afternoon or evening. Canal City and Kushida Shrine are both within walking distance (you'll pass by the Full Full bakery on the way). Regarding the tatami room, the tatami area is quite substantial and takes up a large portion of the space, but consequently, the bathroom and shower are quite small. It's highly recommended if you're traveling with children. However, if you don't have kids, I personally found the deluxe twin room I stayed in previously to be quieter and more spacious. The hotel doesn't offer full room cleaning every day; on the second and third days of our stay, they only replaced toiletries and emptied the trash bins. This was acceptable to me, as the overall cleanliness remained good. If you require daily full cleaning, you can always inform the front desk.

The room was clean and tidy, with excellent hygiene standards that made me feel at ease. The hotel’s location is extremely convenient—close to subway stations, restaurants, and convenience stores—making it ideal for independent travelers. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and both check-in and check-out went smoothly. They were also happy to assist with any questions. The room came equipped with a washing machine and microwave, which is especially useful for longer stays or travelers who need to do laundry. The Wi-Fi was stable, suitable for both work and entertainment. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, with well-rounded facilities and attentive service. It’s a solid choice for solo travelers or business trips.

Check-in was at 3 PM. We registered, dropped off our bags, and went out to explore. When we returned, we simply collected our room key, as our suitcases had already been delivered to our room. The hotel was very clean, and the hot spring bath was wonderfully relaxing. There are ice machines and drink vending machines available on three floors within the building. A great example of their excellent service was when I accidentally left my sunglasses after checking out; the hotel staff kept them safe until I could retrieve them. The hotel's location is fantastic. It's surrounded by affordable restaurants like Kura Sushi (conveyor belt sushi), Matsuya, and Matsunoya. Popular ramen spots like Ichiran are also just a short walk away. The airport line subway station is incredibly convenient, only about 100 meters from the hotel – it's just four stops to the airport and two stops to Hakata. Tenjin, with restaurants like Shin-Shin ramen and a Uniqlo store, is also just a ten-minute walk away.

My experience from check-in to check-out was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located, about a 7-8 minute walk from the JR station. The walk there is pleasant, with coffee shops, bakeries, and a FamilyMart along the way. It truly is a peaceful oasis despite its central location. There's a small public space right outside the entrance, and two more coffee shops/bakeries just downstairs. The mattress was very comfortable, but the pillows were a bit too flat, offering no bounce or support. Getting here from Fukuoka Airport was quick, about a 10-minute taxi ride. Complimentary facial cleanser and lotion samples were available for self-service at the front desk. I had informed them in advance via email that it was my birthday on the check-in day, and the front desk staff were wonderful and upgraded my room. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation. Overall, a fantastic hotel!

The views from the high-floor lobby balcony are absolutely stunning, especially when a typhoon passes by Southern Kyushu. The clouds over Northern Kyushu are also beautiful, and you can even watch planes take off and land. This is a new hotel, and both the ambiance and facilities are excellent. For a 4-star establishment, it's virtually faultless. The location is superb, with direct access to the Tenjin Underground Shopping Street. Canal City, Nakasu, and other attractions are all within easy walking distance. It's only two subway stops to Hakata Station and four stops to the airport. Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine is also conveniently accessible by train, taking about half an hour. The only thing to consider is the price at the time of booking.

With a limited supply of triple-bed rooms in town, this hotel became our go-to choice for a total of six nights, including two room transfers due to our booking arrangements. It turned out to be a wise decision. To highlight some experiences: first, the room transfers went smoothly. We needed to switch rooms twice due to our itinerary. We simply left our luggage with the front desk at checkout, and when we returned, our belongings were already in our new room. Secondly, one day I accidentally dropped my room key at a nearby shop. While I was searching through my bag for it, a staff member at the front desk approached me and asked if I was looking for a key. After verifying my room information, she informed me that the shop had called the hotel to return the key. Otherwise, I would have had to pay 100 yen for the lost card, which would have felt quite careless. One downside was the welcome drink—honestly, it wasn’t worth the time. Overall, though, the staff’s friendliness made a positive impression.
