We stayed for the firework on NYE and this hotel delivered!! (Although I did go to the pier to enjoy it with the crowd). This hotel is located above Cross Gate which is a 3-4 level mall mainly of restaurants. I missed the info that they have a car park right under the building so I parked for an hour outside but that's fine. I wish it was multiple entries though. Car park is definitely challenging for bigger cars but manageable. Back to the hotel, it's typical Japanese size or even smaller if it's a two bed room. Breakfast was proper buffet style and I mean the room can fit maybe 30-40 tables if not more so you can imagine their offering is superb in both western and Japanese style. My only regret is I was too tired to walk and try each plate they offer!! Room is tiny but it can be excused by the view. Although I saw some constructions starting so the view might be blocked next time I come :( The only concern I had is that some lifts can connect to the mall bypassing the reception. So literally anyone could arrive to your door, which caught me by surprise a little.

Very convenient place for any access in transportation. Plus the amenities they have gym and coffee/ tea bar area you can get as long as you want. And most specially when you go down to the hotel, it's right there the Seven Eleven convenience store 🤗

Hotel is the Prince Pepe mall, so it is very convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is also a 7-11 in the lobby which is good. The rooms are a little small and the restroom is quite small too. There is no air-purifier at the room, which is a minus for me. Overall, I think it is okay for a short stay.

My son and I book this hotel because we went for a nearby concert at the K ARENA, it's only a good 10 mins walk from where we were, there are alot of 7 Eleven around , starbucks and the Queens 1 & 2 is a 30 mins walk to find more restaurants and Mark Is Mall. The hotel is lovely , we had a great place to rest before we could check in strictly at 3pm . Friendly service and we enjoyed the morning breakfast . The rooms are spacious and I love the toiletries. I would highly recommend this place with breakfast .

My son and I enjoyed our stay at Far East Village Yokohama, the room has enough space , clean and well maintained. We stroll out a good 15-20 mins to find food and restaurants . And find the air cabin interesting in the evening. We crossover we see Hard Rock Cafe & Shake Shack Burgers! The hotel is easy to locate and train station sakuragicho is nearby 5 mins walk. I love that there is complimentary coffee, teas and some evenings biscuits . Though we didnt manage to try the breakfast out but I heard the laksa noodle is good!! Great service and helpful front desk .

Was great staying in Yokohama. Staffs was very kind and the place was nice. Definitely want to stay again if i visit Yokohama again.

Walking distance from the Shin-yokohama Station. Accessible to the Ramen museum and many other eateries like restaurants, cafes and pubs in the area. Nissan Car Rental company is round the corner too.

The Hotel offers an excellent experience with its prime location near Tokyo Bay and Haneda Airport, it shows a beautiful scenery for me! Guests can enjoy the views from each floor! Although the Hotel is not situated near the subway station but it provides a complimentary shuttle bus service between Haneda Airport and JR Kawasaki Station! But you need to be mindful of the schedule of the shuttle because it only operating once an hour. The Hotel has a nice restaurant and they always ensure clean and tidy room for you! That’s a great choice for your stay!

Wonderful stay! Staffs were great, there’s a lounge where you can grab free coffee or just chill and relax. Rooms were clean and spacious, we got a free upgrade with the Bay view! Hotel is conveniently located just above a metro station! Definitely will return! Only thing missing is if they could have a nice little Onsen! It will be more than Perfect!

During my recent trip to Tokyo, I stayed three nights at the Mitsui Garden Hotel Yokohama Minatomirai Premier, and it was fantastic! The sea view was breathtaking, and the attention to detail made my stay incredibly comfortable. My room had floor-to-ceiling windows that brought in stunning views—whether it was the ocean by day or the city lights at night, I could never get enough! The hotel’s amenities were a delight. I loved the rooftop pool and the indoor gym, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The Italian restaurant and bar offered delicious food, and I highly recommend the breakfast. The location was also convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The modern design, inspired by Yokohama’s cruise culture, added a unique touch to my stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I felt I truly got my money's worth!

Hotel staff is as always very friendly and staff recognized us once we check in. As this is a memorial trip for my mom who visited this hotel in Nov. We stayed in the same room. The caring arrangement from hotel is always the reason we come again and again.

I stayed in this hotel with my wife during one night. Though the location was not so good due to the distance that was a little too far to walk to the closest subway's station, the facility was so clean and the service was excellent, so I strongly recommended to you if your priority is ”staying in excellent hotel to mitigate your stress and another reasons, but if not, you had better choose different hotel in the case of enjoying sightseeing or business.

Very welcoming from lobby staff and spacious room with very nice shower and toilet. Although the location is not the most central but Yokohama is a small area and metro is about 10mins walk. Good thing that there’s a Lawson just across the road. Cons: can’t seems to operate the tv. Can’t watch YouTube (maybe we don’t know how to use). Wish there’s English instructions. It’s a shame there’s no coin laundry nearby. It will be nice.

One of the best hotels I had visited in Japan, with excellent location and views, staff there are very nice and helpful, will visit this hotel again in the future.

Best hotel we’ve ever been to - the room, amenities, service and friendly employees were all top notch. Icing on the cake was a beautiful view of Mount Fuji from our 49th floor window. Well done Oakwood Suites Yokohama!!!

The hotel is close to the station, the interior was lovely and smelled nice, the rooms were spacious and had cute designs everywhere, it was great. The service from the staff was also first class. This time my stay was short due to my schedule, but I would like to come back and stay for a longer stay. Thank you.

During this trip to Japan, we stayed at the New Grand Hotel with a deep sense of history for three nights. The hotel was simple, solemn, elegant and warm. Opposite the hotel is Yamashita Park, which has pleasant scenery, and behind it is Chinatown, which is very lively. The room was clean and tidy, the room key was unique, the staff was gentle, and some of them could speak Chinese, and they spoke it very standardly. The hotel has high-end dining and convenient shopping. During my stay, I saw someone holding a wedding in the hotel.

The hotel is new and all the facilities are great. The service staff's English level is very high and there is no communication barrier at all. They also gave us a set of Japanese sake, which was very happy. I thought I was going to smoke cigars on the street this trip, but it turned out that the hotel also had a quite large smoking room, which was very pleasant. When the weather is good, you can see Mount Fuji. In summary, the hotel is cost-effective and you can stay here again.

Ten-yu at Hakone Kowakien is a luxurious escape nestled in nature. The private onsen in every room, featuring Shigaraki-yaki bathtubs, is pure bliss. The infinity onsen on the 6th floor offers breathtaking views, especially at sunset. We loved the teppanyaki dinner at the historic Guest House, a true culinary experience. The serene valley garden is perfect for a relaxing stroll. The staff was attentive and the overall atmosphere was incredibly tranquil. Highly recommend for a rejuvenating getaway! Don't miss the delicious sashimi and crab for breakfast!

I love this hotel! From the moment we were ushered in from the shuttle coming via Odawara stn, the hotel felt very welcoming. Reception was a large open table that is not your typical hotel reception that feel too formal. we were first brought to the lower bar seating area where it’s comfy sofa seating. Check in took awhile as many guests were received from the hotel shuttle bus (25-30 seater). Staff always check in with us on the progress while we waited. Room came with private onsen though I hope it could have been the natural spring water instead of tap. Love the huge room size thats great for little kids to run around, met my standard of cleanliness as well. Breakfast adequate but not a huge spread which I find pricey at 3900 yen. Some bread, fried jap style fish, somen, cold appetisers, veg dips, fruits, around 6-8 hot dishes including omelette and poached eggs. Yet a lot of drink choices fr milk, soy, juices, teas, etc. we had the set dinner 18000 yen and 15000 yen as both of us had diff menus. Was a 3-4 course dinner, nothing out of this world and we didnt want the hassle of walking out to find food. This was one hotel we found many singaporeans (we are one too) as breakfast and dinnertime in resto is when we started noticing the accents. Nearby is a 7-11 nearby around 300m by foot if you feel peckish in middle of the night. Very pleasant stay, like that they provide mpv service to and fro gora station that would be most main boarding point to other attractions, mind that it runs till 6pm so any later you can take the Hakone Tozan bus which brings you to the pizza resto just a short 50m walk from hotel main road.

The hotel is small but exquisite, and all aspects are good. It's a pity that Ctrip didn't book a room on the first floor facing the outside, otherwise the view would be better. The service is warm, especially the young lady Gao Ye Zaoji, who seriously learned Chinese to communicate with us, and the children especially liked it!!!

Staying in this hotel gave me an unexpected surprise. Everything was perfect. Yongsang, who checked me in at the front desk, had studied in China. He was not only proficient in Japanese, English and Chinese, but also spoke fluent Shanghainese. The hotel consists of more than 10 villas, with a special cafe, a wine and beverage activity hall, a Western restaurant and a Japanese restaurant. The high grade of the cafe and the Western restaurant was unexpected. However, it takes a while to walk from the villa to the cafe and the Western restaurant, but it is not long. Everything is good in terms of hotel facilities, especially in terms of food, but the toilet and hot spring bathroom share a space, which is a bit hot. The surrounding environment is great. It is a bit chilly to wear short sleeves when it rains in summer. It's great. I will come again.

There were two staff members who could speak Chinese. The whole check-in process was perfect. We booked two meals. The dinner was exquisite and acceptable. We ordered a cup of coffee for after-meal drinks. The beans were too bad. I hope this can be improved. Breakfast was a bit careless. The French dinner rolls were bad. The desserts were placed for too long after the meal. The simple products should be completed about 5 minutes in advance. Bad reviews. There was no menu for breakfast. The ordering was too monotonous. I was forced to eat a few prepared dishes. There was no small range of choices. It was careless and seriously bad reviews. From breakfast to check-out, the whole process felt that there was no care. It was seriously mismatched for a gold diamond hotel.

Meals are served in the central restaurant, will need to book meal timing for both breakfast and dinner as they serve over two rounds. Chose kaiseki dinner which felt like fine dining too. The rooms are modern, with the private onsen on rustic balcony facing the forest. The hot onsen water runs continuously into the pool, which made me think it’s really from the mountains. Do note the hotel is on the middle of a hill, so if driving, be prepared to drive along small windy roads to reach. When leaving, the hotel staff will even help to look out for oncoming cars and direct you to safely drive out of the hotel property onto the main road.
