Everything is super good! Hotel is well decorated in typical angkor style. clean and beautiful. The room was cleaned every day, free amenities and water were supplied on the daily basis. Staff is helpful and polite with good attitude. Buffet breakfast is OK. Restaurant offering dishes in hotel was also good. Honestly, we were impressed very much. Very good experience of staying in Cambodia with this hotel.

This was maybe the best hostel I've ever stayed in. I got a private room and it was really clean and spacious. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Thanks to Socheata and Shay for making this a great stay! When I come back to Siem Reap I will definitely stay here again

Older hotel but has spacious rooms, large selection for breakfast, staff were very nice. Pool was huge and the highlight of my stay. It’s along the main road to Angkor Wat. I chose this for part of the trip for the ease of access to Angkor.

Although it is a little far from the city center, it was a very good hotel. Breakfast included bread, coffee (or tea), which was very appreciated. The hotel staff were kind and very friendly, so I was very satisfied. Also, when I told them that my room key had broken, they immediately replaced my room, so their service was very satisfactory. I got a stay that was worth more than the price.

The hotel really looks nice. The lobby is very hip. There’s a restaurant and pool deck and we had our lunch there. The food was great. The room is very spacious and new with a Smart TV. However, there’s an issue in the shower room wherein the drainage is not functioning properly that resulted to water going inside the room. Also, it could’ve been better if there’s a toiletries holder in the shower room.

I recently stayed at the Memoire Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, making check-in smooth and easy. The room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

The location is not central. But there’s Tuk Tuk drivers by the entrance and it’s easily booked on apps too. The cleaning service could been improved. Very dusty. The staff is friendly, there’s breakfast from 6h30, it’s 5$, I don’t think it’s worth the money to be honest. The food at the hotel is so so.

I recommend this hotel. I've stayed in lots of Siem reap hotels so I feel I know good value. The rooms are really beautiful, big, great mattress and pillows. Quiet air con with a fan and high ceilings. Everything is made of a lovely dark wood. The rooms are quiet, I stayed almost three weeks and never heard my neighbours although I know the rooms were full. Tv has fashion tv and sports channels, international channels. There are power points next to the bed and a dimming light above the bed for night time. Blackout curtains and hot water in the shower and sink for shaving. Also the staff are very friendly and I felt very comfortable, not intrusive but always very positive and I felt good everytime I walk in and out past reception and into the hotel, which is really important to me. Also fridge and the kettle had zero mold, 100% clean!, first hotel I've stayed in where the kettles were clean, like brand new!. So thanks to the reception and cleaning staff for being so friendly. The whole place is really lovely and I'd definitely come back again. Also there's a pool and restaurant upstairs which has amazing views over Siem reap. Thanks for the stay, Kind regards, Matthew.

I travelled to Siem Reap alone and as a solo female traveller, I cannot stress enough how safe and wonderful my experience was staying at this hotel. Here's some info to consider if you decide to stay here: 1. Service: The best ever! Although, I would say this for absolutely every local I met, such beautiful people. Mr. Key and team certainly deserve 5 stars, very attentive, polite, friendly and hands-on...you made my stay worth every penny. Thank you for your kind hospitality 🙏🏻 2. Facilities: The hotel is beautiful and elegant and has such a peaceful energy as you walk in. The room I stayed in was incredible, squeaky clean, tidy, spacious, harmonious and the bed/pillows felt like a cloud after a long day, it has a mini bar and I don't think I've ever cared much about the robes...but I gotta say, the softest robes ever! Not to mention that I do appreciate that the bed linen, towels and robe smell good and clean. The pool is very clean and surrounded by a well kept garden. There's a gym and the spa service is not to be missed, the masseuse is very skilled, strong yet gentle, I came out of the session feeling refreshed and my skin was so silky, do get the scrub! 3. Breakfast: There's a little cozy restaurant that offers a variety of food. Breakfast is buffet style with a delicious western and local menu to choose from. They also prepare fresh omelettes, yum. The staff in the restaurant are very courteous and friendly, I personally enjoyed talking to Sa and Sokhim. 4. Location/transportation: The hotel is located at about 10mins from the city centre and places of interest like Pub Street and the Markets, and about 20mins from Angkor Wat. They offer free tuk tuk rides and can arrange airport transportation from/to the airport. My only complaint is that I didn't stay long enough...but that's on me 😁 Oh and because the atmosphere of the hotel is all natural, do expect to see some friendly lizards and other garden pets while walking around the facilities🦎 So, be careful not to hurt them. This is now my go-to place to stay in Siem Reap!

Hotel is very conveniently located. close enough to walk to Pub street and the night market, yet far away enough to not have your sleep disrupted by the noise and crowds of prople. surrounded by local and international restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, we needed a wheelchair and they arranged everything for us. Breakfast had a good variety of local and western food with even an omelette station. Only 15 min away from Angkor Wat complex by tuktuk. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Good location, clean rooms, amazing pool and the best part, extremely nice staff, especially Rose who even memorised our names and made our experience even better. The hotel is well located, only a 10 minute walk from the river side. The hotel staff did their best to make us comfortable and the restaurant had amazing food, both local and western. We spent three nights and wouldn’t mind having stayed more.

This was the best hotel that I ever stay everyone so kind and happy, the food was amazing, the massage also amazing I can't wait to go back the girls from reception such a sweet heart Tipy and Sok Lin also Tola the driver everyone was so nice I really appreciate y’all

Our stay at Grand Yard was pleasant, the venue is about 1.3km from the Old Market, you can either take Tuktuk or by foot. The hotel provides complimentary one-way tuktuk service to Pub Street from 5.30pm to 8.30pm. Chan and Justin can speak English well, and they assisted in arranging their in-house tuktuk driver, Lonchum, to bring us to Angkor Wat. He is very patient and will plan the route based on your 1 or 3 or 7 day pass. He is always on the lookout for you when you are heading out (cos there are more than 50 tuktuk drivers waiting). There is a laundry shop beside the hotel and they can do 3 hours express where you can get freshly pressed clothes to wear. I would recommend the hotel stay if you prefer somewhere quiet from the night market yet convenient.

This was very nice. Everything was new very clean and very luxury. we traveled with a big group of friends and had a great stay. The pool on the inside of the hotel is the centerpiece and a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing or just chilling in the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and provided very good service. The location was a little bit outside of the city center, but therefore it was very quiet and also no problem to get a tutktuk. I highly recommend to go here to siem reap.

The hotel has beautiful premises inside and outside. It's very clean, and the staff is exceptional. We enjoyed the breakfast very much and especially the noodle soup station where they make everything to your liking; also a variety of delicious bread. It's a good location, about 16 -18 minutes walk to the Pub street or you can take a tuk tuk as there are plenty of them. We preferred walking. We had dinner one night and lunch in the hotel's restaurant and the food was tasty. On arrival we asked to change our room to the one overlooking the garden and pool as the view in the front of the building overlooking the road wasn't that great. We had of course to pay the difference but it was much nicer. It's a shame that the hotel wasn't very full during our stay. We enjoyed staying 4 nights there and definitely would recommend this hotel.

The riverside suite tent is not recommended, there is no special scenery by the smelly ditch. This room is very gloomy. I booked three apartment types in two days. This room is four thousand a night. Apart from sleeping, I really don't want to stay in it, the most worthless room. Breakfast is ok, with fruit, vegetable salad, and freshly squeezed juice, which is very thick. I absolutely regret it after the dinner, it's unpalatable, and it's very expensive. A bowl of spaghetti is more than 20 dollars, and I can’t eat it after a few bites. I ordered four dishes. Hey, it's better to have instant noodles. Japanese management, but there is a fat-faced woman at the front desk. I want to swear. The only satisfaction is that after Ctrip communicates with the hotel, there is a free hotel pick-up and drop-off on the day of check-in and check-out. It's okay to experience it for one night

Beautiful place in the middle of nature. Fine cabins and beautiful decoration. Also swimming pool and the environment wonderful. The only minus was the drumming from the near neighbor at 6 a.m. that ended only at 8 a.m. apparently some religious ritual. Otherwise we were very well. Leena

It's still under construction. It feels like a country B&B. Everyone is very welcoming and the room is very comfortable.
