The location is great, close to the airport, surrounded by restaurants and shops. The staff at the front desk is kind, helpfull, and speaks very well English. Unfortunately, the room wasn't cleaned properly. There were lipstick stains on the cups...

The front desk can speak Chinese, communication is stress-free, and they will help to book a taxi. The room is very nice, and the sockets are equipped with conversion plugs. The bathroom has a large countertop for makeup items. It is cleaned every day, with a hair dryer, slippers, and face towels changed every day, but no bath towels and toiletries. The location is very good, about 25 yuan by taxi from the airport for two kilometers, and there is a cu convenience store 10 meters away, where you can have breakfast. There are food stores nearby, and there is a very popular spine potato soup and fried chicken across the road. All popular shopping stores are within walking distance, such as Jianbao Road, Shilla Duty Free Shop, Olive Young, Daiso, etc.

For the hotel this price, I don't really expect about the service quality, but here is below my expectation. I went there with my Chinese friends, so I'm not sure if they had any service attitude towards Chinese or not. However, the room condition is nice as well as the location. You need to take off your shoes before going to the room; it's understandable anyway. But yeah.. just about the service. Hope it can be improved.

The stay here in this hotel is very worth it! Got the cheapest price compared to all the countries and cities we’ve been to. There’s an Olive Young store just adjacent to the hotel so perfect for skin care last minute shopping. Got Pizza, burger and beer restaurant adjacent on the other side of the hotel too. Breakfast in the hotel is quite cheap too though we didn’t try. Regular price is 15,000krw for breakfast per person. We paid average of 36sgd per night for a deluxe room so not bad for a 4 star hotel. Only downside is that we got small bath towels. I’m not sure if it’s the custom in Jeju but yeah, the bath towels the hotel gave us is small and same size as a face towel or hand towel. Overall the experience is good and will definitely recommend this hotel. Newly, renovated last month!

The hotel is mainly in a great location! Walk 300 meters to the Shilla Duty Free Shop, and there is a convenience store opposite the hotel for recharging and buying food and drinks~ There are some small izakayas and barbecue restaurants around~ It is convenient to take a taxi outside the hotel, just wave your hand~ The room has shower gel and shampoo~There is wifi~and the sockets are the same as in China, so there is no need to bring a conversion head~There are slippers in the bathroom and the room, so there is no need to bring slippers! There is a small refrigerator with free water~ There is a small restaurant downstairs~The only drawback is that the water boiled in the kettle has a plastic smell~It seems that few people boil hot water for drinking, and the plastic smell is very strong! - Both nights are picked up and dropped off at the airport, and you can choose one of the two if you stay for one night! I give this service five stars! You will also be given a garbage disposal service if you stay consecutively! It is so convenient in all aspects! It is very cost-effective!

I attended a conference here and brought my family. We arrived hours before we could check into the hotel. So we had time to explore the hotel and the surroundings. We love the fact that there are so many shops, restaurants as well as casino and cinema attached to the Marriott. There are 2 theme parks also attached to the site. Guests could enjoy 3 free rides as a bonus. We got to try out quite a number of eating places including the ramen library and did quite a bit of shopping as well. One evening we ordered room service. We had the beef galbi and the ginseng chicken soup with sticky rice. That was delish! For those who want to sightsee there is Osulloc tea museum next door.

Good location and very convenient. Hotel is located in the same building as the LOTTE shopping mall. Lobby staff were very friendly and polite and helped us to press the elevator every time. Very good service. Room was clean and the facilities and amenities were good. Bed was comfortable and TV was working. Nice kettle and teas. Shampoo, shower gel, and lotion were very good and had a good smell. Toilet comes with a bidet and works well. Bedroom slippers, bathing towels, hand towels, bathrobes were provided. Room service was good and tidy. Highly recommend this hotel!

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights with our 1.5yo daughter and we had an amazing time! We stayed in the kid's wing on the 2nd floor. My daughter got her own bed and lots of welcome gifts. The room was so clean and had all of the amenities we needed. They had wonderful, thoughtful touches like kid's toiletries, robe and slippers, and a stool to access the sink/toilet. Housekeeping was very responsive and quick. We ordered room service and it was prompt and delicious. Access to the hotel's amenities was all free when we stayed there. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool was closed for construction but the garden pool was lovely. Our room included the breakfast buffet. It was mostly Western and Korean/Chinese cuisines, and the variety didn't change much from day to day, but the food was very delicious! Great selection of pastries and the coffee bar was awesome. They also have a convenience store on-site with a seating area for dining. My only recommendation is to have a car while staying here. The trek up the big hill to the hotel takes about 10 minutes and while it isn't terrible, it's tough after a long day. There are no bus stops on the hill, so you'd have to walk down to get to one. Once you're out of the grounds there are lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Overall, we had a wonderful time. The hotel is very kid-friendly and staff and guests alike are very understanding of the challenges of travelling with small children. The staff were very kind and helpful and were a huge part of why we enjoyed our stay so much. If we're ever back in Jeju I'd love to stay here again!

Pretty brand new, location is quite central. There is free parking but it’s mechanical and although they are helpful most times it’s a hassle if you forgot to take something or just want to pre load luggage before leaving. Swimming pool and shopping area inside the hotel was still under construction, no info on that was provided. Didn’t see a gym either. Overall still a good room to stay in if you just need a place to sleep. Corner suite has 1 queen and 1 king in the room
