Cleanliness: 5/5. The room and linen was clean to a high standard. The only negative remark is that the fridge smelled of the previous guests food. Location: 4/5. The location was practical for what I was looking for but it is a fair walk from both beaches. You can catch the pickup bus to both from the street outside the hotel. Service: 4/5. The staff were friendly when we interacted with them. Amenities: 4/5. They provided basic amenities like shampoo, shower gel and cotton buds but not extra things like toothbrushes and toothpaste. Note: The room was not particularly soundproof and we could hear guests talking and walking past outside our room.

A wonderful room, which was made with soul and attention to detail, with very friendly and good staff. Excellent view of night Pattaya and sunrise. We really enjoyed sleeping with the windows open to the sound of the sea and the sea breeze. When there is no wind, beware of mosquitoes. On the second night of stay, I was badly bitten. Recommendation for the owner: add mosquito repellent to the room and make several breakfast options to choose from (possibly a breakfast option with salad and fruit). Originally I was planning to long stay for more than a month. But then, I had very bad experiences and staffs including the housekeeper do not really follow the Manager instruction during my stay. I decided to check out and find another hotel to stay. It was a nightmare. The Manager is very nice and professional but the staffs especially the housekeeper do not really meet the level of standard. Hotel looks very pretty, but the rooms are old and the air conditioner do not function efficiently. The air cindition blows towards my head in bed. I wonder how it is going to be in the summer time. Some blind spots are dirty and full of dust, especially the air condition. The air condition is not cold enough and sometimes, it stops without cool air out. One can smell the strong cleaning solution or chemicals and santiziers, especially inside your rooms. I have been breathing in all the chemicals they use for the hotel. It is very irritated and made me cough all time. My housekeeper coughs without wearing mask when she is cleaning my room and replacing the new bedsheets on my bed. On my last day stayed at this hotel, my housekeeper replaced all pillows which had been sprayed with air fresher. All my bedsheets and blanket covers are contaminated with their santiziers or cleaning solution. I asked the front desk to exchange me at least 2 pillows without any wired smell. In return, they gave me a pillow with blood stain to me. I was very upset and disappointed. I did not try the swimming pool, but the water looks green and not clear. But the areas around the pools is beauty. Hotel location is not in the center of city and not easy to grab the Baht bus. Wifi signal is not consistently. The new the new hotel has been building and pretty noisy during the days until late nights. There is a 7 eleven close by. Hotel breakfast buffet doesn't have too much variety, almost everyday the same. If one is not irritated by any chemicals and not require to stay close to Pattaya beach, then, you may want to try for short stay if the room price is cheap.

Warm and friendly staff, very helpful and provided insightful information. Rooms was clean and comfortable with warm shower. Location walkable to Nabann port, fair bit of eateries around the area. Tried walking to Nual beach from resort, kinda of far. Lucky to meet two kind local gals who offered us a free motor ride to Nual beach. The best beach clear water is still Tawaen beach.

Amenities:🛠️ - Ample parking space � - Free high-speed Wi-Fi 📶 - Air conditioning in every room ❄️ - Hot showers and complete bathroom amenities 🚿 Pros:👍 - Great location, easy access to shopping and dining 🍽️ - Friendly and helpful staff 🤝 - Good value for money with the provided facilities 💰 Cons: 📝 - Slight noise from the road during busy hours 🚗 Conclusion:🎯 Holiday in Sriracha is an excellent choice for both families and groups of friends 👨👩👧👦. With its convenient location and well-equipped facilities, I would definitely stay here again if I visit Sriracha in the future! 💖

Upon check-in, the front desk didn't provide information about the floor our room was on and the breakfast location. We assumed there was only one building and ended up going to the wrong floor, which was particularly inconvenient since we had an elderly person with us. Aside from that, everything else was excellent.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful and completely exceeded my expectations. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and always happy to go the extra mile. I asked the hotel if they could do anything special as I booked the trip for my boyfriend’s birthday. I was maybe expecting a slice of cake, but they upgraded our room for free and left some lovely decoration and cake on the bed. The bed was super comfy and we both slept really well. The room also gets very dark with not many switches or annoying lights keeping us awake. The shower pressure was great and they had lots of toiletries and amenities. The hotel breakfast was great with lots of choice, and the dinner at the hotel was also really tasty and reasonably priced. The location of the hotel is great with many cafes and restaurants nearby, plus it’s easy to walk to the beach. The pool is so nice to relax and unwind with a lovely view, and there is a lot of shade which is perfect when the sun is really strong. There are a few things that could be done to make the stay even better: 1. The hot breakfast items were always a bit cold, such as the bacon, eggs, potatoes and dim sum. We went at 6am when breakfast just started and it was even cold then, so it would be good to have some hot plates or heated lamps to keep it warm. 2. The shower and bathroom doors are all glass and, as far as I can tell, didn’t have a switch to make them fog up which is a little bit awkward. Make sure you’re comfortable with the person you’re with and tell each other when you’re using the toilet 😅 3. Dressing gowns are a bit small for us, would be nice if they could be bigger and comfier 4. The WiFi doesn’t stay connected and you need to keep reentering the password which is a little bit annoying 5. The room cleaning was a little bit slow. We left the room at 8am and turned the switch on asking it to be cleaned, but when we came back at 2pm it still wasn’t cleaned, even though the cleaners were just a few doors down when we left Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel. Positives: 1. Nice and peaceful location just about 1 km from terminal 21 or under 30THB on grab. 2. Room is clean and simple. 3. Got my room in 7th floor but elevators are super fast. 4. The moment you step in Air conditioner turns on.  5. Tops daily was right in front of the hotel.  6. Beach is in walkable distance.  Negatives. 1. It took me a while to figure out where the reception is. The moment you enter inside you see swimming pool in your front and on left there’s a restaurant like outlet with a cashier and billing counter. That’s the hotel reception with no signs of hotel or check-in. 2. Towels not so clean 3. Water not draining in the shower (723 room)  4. Same liquid for shampoo, soap and hand wash.  5. Bidet (butt shower) water pressure is not at all sufficient.  6. Can’t find any switches to turn off lights, actually there are no switches except the plug points. So lights stay on but you can dim bedside lights though.

I love this hotel my second stay in it. The staff are absolutely fantastic they will go beyond to make families feel welcomed. They have a fantastic kids club with different activities daily and fish feeding. Free shuttle to terminal 21 and it’s located opposite to pattaya central. Walking 5 minutes to the beach very convenient. I will return for future stays too.

The room was large and comfortable. But I originally thought the location was next to the pier, but the room I checked in was a bit far away from the pier. Maybe it was because I booked a family room? Suggest rent a scooter easy to travel.
