The hotel is nice but I should have realised from the photos it would be over-run with screaming kids! The beachfront location is stunning and the beach is lovely and clean, walk down to the beachfront early if you'd like one of the hotel loungers brought onto the beach, it's very peaceful until the loud families and Russians turn up a bit later! The breakfast was basic, I would like to see more choices, a bigger selection of fresh fruit and better coffee machines (they were constantly breaking during our stay). The restaurant menu wasn't that great, and the staff in the restaurant were not very attentive. There are a selection of lovely local restaurants and cafes nearby that have much better food, I'd recommend trying some of them, all walking distance. the room was good, although nowhere near enough shower gel, shampoo etc for two of us to use, thankfully we brought our own. No sound proofing from other nearby rooms which was annoying when we had to sleep early and the neighbours were awake until 3am on their balcony. The lagoon style pool around the resort is a great idea but not great if you don't want screaming kids splashing around outside your room all the time, even late when the pool was supposed to be shut. All in all it was a nice stay for families but as a couple we would not book here again as we prefer more peace and quiet!

The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the excellent service provided by the staff, from our arrival to the restaurant team. We visited during the Loy Krathong event, and the resort offered a special dinner buffet at just THB 399 per person, inclusive of a complimentary Krathong for each guest. The food was delicious, although the protein options were limited to chicken. We also appreciated other special offerings, such as the resort tour and daily happy hour. The bellmen provided outstanding service, promptly picking us up from our villa and taking us wherever we wanted around the resort. Additionally, the Front Office team drove us around this expansive property, sharing the resort’s historical background during the ride. Don’t miss the chance to visit the in-resort waterfall and the small temple, perfect for those looking to enjoy a quick meditation session during their stay.

A pleasant, calm, and peaceful hotel perfect for a family stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing experience. However, please note that it is quite far from nearby services, so it's wise to visit a 7/11 before your first night. I also had difficulty finding rides using Grab, so don't rely on it for your plans. Additionally, arranging transportation through the hotel or a contracted driver can be more expensive than if you were staying on Phuket Island itself.

Good day! We booked a one-bedroom villa for one night on the way to the Lake. This is a very good hotel for such a price. The room itself consists of two buildings: 1. A hall with a kitchen and 2nd - a bedroom with a toilet and shower. The bed is excellent, orthopedic pillows, clean bed linen. A good pool, it is not deep, but it is great for sunbathing and swimming. The hall with the kitchen is spacious, 2 air conditioners are installed. There is also an air conditioner in the bedroom. Lots of entertainment: you can take bicycles, kayaks and a catamaran. The territory is HUGE! For this a big plus!!!! Super!!! Of course, there are nuances: 1. A strange smell in the toilet, a stuffy smell of herbs, I understood it from insects, but when you go to the toilet, it feels like you are in a taxi in Kuala Lumpur, with a stuffy, deadly smell. 2. It is very difficult to fall asleep, the birds sing loudly .... Well, really strong, yes - nature, but they sing very loudly. 3. Breakfast - average. Juice from bags, paper sausages. There is a restaurant at the hotel. The food is decent. The price is average, not expensive, if you compare it with the prices in Phuket. The portions are large. In conclusion - the hotel is excellent, we live in Phuket, we booked the hotel again. The organization and staff are excellent! Thank you!

I'm not happy with the receptionist named ”Jenny” at all. she gossiped right in front of me with the housekeeper whose on the call while I insisted that I booked for the king bed, but she kept saying the reservation showed that I have booked twin bed. so I showed her the evidence of booking kind bed then she be like ” but the agent sent that you have booked twin bed ” ( why on earth the receptionist wanted to win their guests...) that's why she needed the call to the housekeeper to check if any king bed available... she said ” guests needed king bed instead” and I guessed that the housekeeper was also not impressed and then Jenny said ” ya ” with the big hmph sound in the end.... I know thai and I know what you were saying 😊

Really love this hotel. Clean and quiet room with comfy bed, I can sleep well all night. There are many sockets in room which I like. The staff is so nice and kind. Good location, there are restaurants and coffee shop nearby, I recommend go Mali coffee shop to grab nice coffee just walk 2 mins from hotel.

I stayed at Eden with my family for 3 nights. We really enjoyed our experience at Eden! The staff including Noom, Pure, Frank, Bee, and Nan were extremely helpful and kind. They made our experience even better! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Best rooms we stayed on our entire trip! We loved the pool, it was super clean and overlooks the beach. The food and drinks were great. We enjoyed that there were two happy hours! Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel as it is on a more private beach but only a 10 minute drive from Khao Lak town.

The room is very clean, the bathroom is spacious, 24-hour hot water is available for showering, and the air conditioner works well. There is a pedestrian street downstairs from the hotel. There are supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and massages. It is very convenient. Very comfortable stay.

Khao Lak is a small town and hence our expectations were not too high for the hotel rooms. However, the rooms are much better than the other budget hotels in the area. When booking, I would advice you to take rooms with the highway view as they are bigger, recently refurbished and very positive. 1st floor rooms have no windows, which they have not advertised. Staff is friendly.

i booked this hotel for my birthday but never expected much. As soon as we reached the hotel, we were welcomed with a very friendly lady and served with wet towel and welcoming drinks. We were told that the room we’ve booked was overbooked and they are happily to change it to a new one. The least thing i was expected was, they gave a room with my birthdate as the number. and it was decorated nicely for my birthday. and of course with a complimentary cake and fruits😁 a lot of activities provided by the hotel, or you can just strolling around.. the view was spectacular! As we need to check out early to catch our flight, they packed our breakfast to go. Their service and hospitality is top notch! Highly recommended! and I plan to visit this hotel again for my next birthday!

We stayed at the resort for two nights with the all inclusive package and had a blast. Everything about our stay was truly enjoyable. The check in was smooth and the staff really polite and service minded, We booked the standard room but the hotel was kind enough to upgrade us to a larger deluxe room as we had requested to be as close to the sea as possible. We were so happy with the upgrade. The room was spacious, clean, modern and had a large bathroom with a huge bathtub. The view was really nice and you could hear the waves from the beach in the morning and evenings. Perfect for me, my partner and our 2-year old. If we would return, we would book the deluxe room for sure. The breakfast had everything you could wish for and more. On top of that, the surrounding in the breakfast restaurant felt calm and relaxing so we could really enjoy our breakfast. We liked the gym. It was small but very nice and clean with everything you need. It was open 24/7 which we appreciate. The all inclusive package was worth every penny. The food was delicious and we especially loved the little coffee shop by the reception area. The staff there were really polite and sweet. During sunset we sat by the beachbar and enjoyed the stunning scenery with a glass of ice cold sparkling wine. We saw a few restaurants and massage houses close to the resort but never made a visit since we had the all inc. package.

Give 10/10. - The parking lot in the school is very small, probably 10-12 cars. You have to go to the dirt lot outside. If it rains at night, it's a mess. At night, it's dark and there's not much light. After checking out, Pakki drove me to the car. But the guest must carry and lift the bag up and down by yourself Observed from other guests as well. 3/10 - The room is clean, the mattresses are 3.5 feet apart but do not use a large duvet at all, the bathroom is separated by a curtain and there is no door. The end of the air curtain can pass through the hole into the bathroom. It was too cold to take a shower, the water was not strong. 5/10 - Gym clean and airy 10/10 I would like to ask those involved to improve and develop it as well.

1) I booked a sea view room, but was given a room on the fourth floor. It's hard to understand how this room can be called a sea view room. The lower part of the balcony is solid, and the upper part is soil and grass (actually the lobby roof). Can you imagine that when you sit, you can only see a wall. How depressing it is. When you stand, you can barely see the sea through the grass. I'm not talking about discrimination, just talking about the facts. The next day, I moved to the sixth floor, which was a completely different experience. Unfortunately, I saw an update written on the paper? ? I would like to ask, in addition to the floor, are there any differences between the upper and lower room types? . When I booked the room, I checked both Ctrip and Marriott apps just to see the sea. The next level of sea view room is pool, and there is no higher-level sea view than the current sea view. 2) The breakfast replenishment is not fast enough. I wanted to drink milk but it didn't come after 10 minutes. The fish balls in the rice noodles were sour. Coffee and tea were served by themselves. There were no paper towels on the table (I really don't understand this). Maybe it's environmentally friendly, but you say environmentally friendly, but plastic bags are used casually. 3) The bath water is hot and cold, and it is basically not constant temperature. 4) During the stay, a credit card was suddenly suspended. Fortunately, I locked the cardless transaction when I went abroad. I checked for a long time but couldn't tell what the problem was. The amount was not small. I didn't suspect it was stolen, but it was really a lot of trouble to check and refund it if I really swiped it wrong. 5) The hotel did not do a good job of mosquito prevention in places with lawns. One was at the entrance of the lido and the other was the lawn for watching open-air movies. There were mosquitoes everywhere. There were very, very, very many. This is almost never encountered in a five-star island hotel. But I have to say that the scenery is quite good and very good. It can make up for a lot. It is still a happy journey

Came here with the group purchase package, and the experience was great. Located on Khao Lak Beach, it is suitable for friends who are going to Similan, but it is very inconvenient if you want to go to Phuket Town and the three major beaches. It takes an hour to drive from the airport. We rented a car and there was no traffic on the road. There are no large shopping malls nearby, so you can consider going to the surrounding area for massage. The service is very good. When you check in, they will take the initiative to sit next to you to go through the formalities. They will also take the initiative to say hello when they meet at other times. Most of the people staying in the hotel are Europeans and Americans, and there is no discrimination. The hotel room is very new, but not very large, and the balcony swimming pool is very clean. The package is a seaside swimming pool room, so you can only see part of the sea view, which will be blocked by the house outside. The breakfast is very rich and delicious, and the dinner provided by the package is amazing. The appetizer + main course + dessert is delicious. It feels that the chef is very attentive. Overall a fantastic holiday experience. Rooms are nicely done up, clean and relaxing . Staff are warm, welcoming, super helpful and friendly . Especially Nu who took great care of us . Great breakfast selection and super yummy. Great setup at kids room which also catered to older kids with Pingpong table , ball machine, arcade games and other selection. Staff at beach station were super helpful, all ready to help , SUP , boogie boards and kayaks available for use without charge. You really don’t have to go anywhere , just relax at the beautiful Sandy beach. Kids also played volleyball almost every evening with other guests . Impressive fire show one night We will definitely come back here .

The accommodation was excellent, the pool-access room was perfectly designed and maintained and offered an excellent experience during the hot weather. The hotel is perfectly and conveniently located, a short walk to the streets where good restaurants and shops are located. It was a lovely leisure stay. Perhaps the resort could work on bettering customer service, as we were rarely greeted or acknowledged (although my husband and I did) whenever we entered or exited the restaurants (Malila, Cocos) for the whole 7 days. We had to physically approach them in order to get service like ordering food or drinks.

First the pros: delicious varied breakfasts, very high quality bed linen and towels, the staff is very responsive. Now the cons: the hotel is very tired, the furniture in the deluxe is very old. Results: for this kind of money, there are much better hotels nearby.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. My room, with its pool access, was exceptional. The breakfast offered was satisfying, and the variety of activities, including bowling, archery, lawn tennis, and badminton, kept us entertained. The long happy hour and numerous promotions were a highlight. The staff were notably accommodating, particularly those involved in recreational activities and the front office manager. Although I can't recall their names, they were always eager to help. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Very satisfied, this is a hotel I will go to next time, especially suitable for vacation⛱️Because I arrived at the hotel in the early morning, I wanted to drink and the front desk went to the restaurant to open the door and get me a drink🍸. The hotel has a chartered car service that can take you for a ride on the island or go to supermarkets like 711. Just negotiate the price with them (their manager speaks better English, and the general staff can understand some, but the room service staff can't understand English very well). The hotel also sells local clothing, bags and swimsuits. My girlfriend and I bought the last two. The scenery of the beach is super beautiful, and we can see the sunset by the sea. In short, it is a very good choice.

Totally and utterly amazing…..one of our favourite stays anywhere in the world. 2 night wedding anniversary surprise for my husband and they decorated the bed with stuff from the garden and made it look beautiful. The pool villas are huge and stunning, so peaceful and private, we barely moved from there as it was just so incredible. The main pool area and beach was beautiful too, and sitting at the restaurant overlooking the pool and beach at sunset was perfect. All the staff are so so lovely and sweet. The gym was great and had all i needed, running and cycling in the area is fantastic. Will stay here again for sure. Best decision ever to come here

Room is gorgeous! We stayed in the grand deluxe pool villa. It’s located across the street of the main villa. Loved the decor of the room, how comfy the bed and pillows are. Tv is smart so there’s YouTube and Netflix. The beach is amazing but the waves are scary so we didn’t really spend time there. Our kids loved the pool in the room! We enjoyed time at the kids club too!

in general, if fruits and massages are not followed, then the place is super the prices in the restaurant are reasonable, the place itself is very beautiful

I have wanted to come to this hotel for a long time. The scenery is really charming😍My wife likes it so much💕I really wish I could stay here. The service here is also very good and I feel like home👍🏻 It’s just that the traffic here in Wonderland is relatively remote. You must have a car to follow the surroundings There are no stores. But the hotel will try its best to provide it to customers. Because it was the rainy season, it was a pity that the date I booked happened to be raining. It rained heavily and I didn't see the sunrise. But the beautiful scenery in the rain also has a general flavor.

The price of accommodation in a house is quite expensive, but compared to many places in the area, it will be cheaper. Or if anyone wants to be close to nature, sleep in a tent, there are many places, not expensive, and there are activities to go on a boat, see various islands, there is a car to pick up - drop off with snacks and if you want to go anywhere, you can inform the accommodation. A wonderful quiet place away from the noise. The hotel territory is small, cozy and very green. Accommodation in a house on the lake, with a large room and a balcony. You fall asleep to the sounds of nature, and in the morning, they bring you a delicious breakfast. The room has everything for relaxation. A beautiful deserted beach is 10 minutes away by car. A good restaurant for dinner is within walking distance. We liked everything.

This is clearly a 5+ star hotel, amazing facility and location. Except for the food in their Buffet, which is jilust ”ok” , all the rest is above and beyond one could expect. We've stayed at their lower cost, non-private pool room, which was very nice, big comfi and with great view to the sea. We defiantly will try to be back to it one day..

Overall a good stay. Feels like it’s one of the best on the island. If you’re looking for a really quiet town with lots of sun and relaxation, this is it. Resort food leaves something to be desired. There is much better (and cheaper) food up the road within a few steps. Cleanliness is on par with the what I’ve seen elsewhere in Thailand. Would go back!

The surrounding ecological environment is good, and there are many ghost crabs on the beach in front of the hotel. It is very close to Hong Island in Krabi from the pier. The hotel has rich vegetation, beautiful environment, and a great swimming pool. The breakfast is complete, the Western restaurant and Japanese cuisine are delicious, and the cocktails can be delivered to the room and the waiter will mix them on the spot. In short, everything is great. I hope I can go again during the holiday next year.

Beautiful set hotel with nice facilities and romantic jungle bungalows. Rather isolated location. Public facilities were nice and clean and staff friendly discrete and helpful. Restaurant was beautifully located and served excellent food. Everywhere you go you'll discover new amazing spots and natural treasures or meet all kinds of wildlife. You can take tbousands of fotos. Stunning views. Bungalows are nice and romantic on first sight but not clean when you take a closer look. Dust, dirt, cobwebs and all kinds of insects around. But hey you're in the jungle. Only real bad thing was the musty smell of beds, aircon and pillows. Wasn t an invitation to sleep in such beds. One day no housekeeping at all. Hotel overcharges on transportation. Get it cheaper from outside the hotel area.

Very good accommodation, very good view, good atmosphere, excellent service. Come relax and relax your body with the sea here. Got to go on a trip with the accommodation. It was a lot of fun. It's very natural here. There are hornbills in the accommodation as well. come naturally

I visited over a weekend with my wife and three daughters. We booked a family beach villa and had a beautiful stay. Please note, that for those who are sensitive to mosquitoes, the rooms are infested with them. The property does their best in providing repellents of different types but good to know ahead of time. Also, to note, the family villa is one large open room with two king beds; perfect for families with small kids but not for two couples. The property’s access to the beach is ideal. We experienced the complimentary kayaking, and our long boat ride came to pick us up right off the private beach. The gardens, the swimming pool (1.2mtr), and the beach access makes It ideal for families with young children.

I recently stayed at Niramaya Villa & Wellness, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, always ready to assist with booking boat trips and providing useful information about the island. The room we stayed in was huge, offering plenty of space for families with kids, which made our stay comfortable. One of the highlights was the private pool in our villa, complete with an outdoor shower—such a luxury! Despite the premium feel of the villa, the price was very reasonable. This combination of luxury and affordability makes me want to return again in the future.
