Fantastic hotel and most underrated. It has all the facilities to make the stay comfortable and convenient. The check-in was smooth, the parking is free and extremely convenient. The in-house restaurant serves great Japanese food. The gym is well equipped. The swimming pool is a decent size with a hot tub nearby. It's location is just a few metres away from Lotus supermarket. More importantly the housekeeping staff is extremely honest and does a great job. I left my headphones in the room upon check out. The housekeeping staff found it and reported to the front desk who then contacted me. Unfortunately I was already on my way to the airport but will pick it up next month when I come again. This is a great hotel and always love staying here.

Modern place near Khao Yai park. Good to stop on the way. Easy to miss the turn to hotel on the car and if you miss 10 min driving back with highways again. Big clean rooms. They have bicycles if you want to go outside. The last thing is very useful

I stayed here for 2nd time. All things in the room is good but I found roach on g floor in the building. I didn't take a photo because it's alive. Hope the hotel could pay more attention even it's ground floor.

We had to find a way and come down and ask ourselves. -The room does not provide drinking water and trash cans in the bathroom. Must call to claim - Cleaning staff use the keycard to open the door in the evening when there are people in the room. Even though I've checked in, why isn't there a conversation between the housekeepers? with the checkin officer -Dinner: Order Tom Yum River Kung with Young Coconut. River prawns are not fresh and have an odor. Young coconuts have a rancid odor. As for the fried squid with salted eggs, Using squid, even though this menu has been eaten in Thailand all over the country. There is no one shop that uses chevron ink. Should use banana ink The food tastes good. If the ingredients are good, it will be better compared to the price paid for 3 things, over a thousand baht. Feeling bad about the service It's also good that there is a swimming pool to relax in.

The accommodation was quite good. The suite room was well-proportioned. The staff had to be smiling and provide good service. The staff in green shirts guarding the door (I understand they are bellboys) should really improve. They just sat and looked at the customers' faces, didn't greet them, didn't open the door, didn't help carry things. We stayed for 3 days and didn't help a single day. I don't know why they're there. One day when there were few customers, we went to have breakfast. When we walked into the dining room, they opened and looked at all the food, as if they were going to have breakfast with us. The team of staff in green shirts was funny.
