The room is spacious 👍 The bed is big size 👍 The wardrobe is dirty. The room, furniture & toilet are old look tired. Wifi connection in room is so weak & no signal. Location of the hotel in middle town but the building is at the back of Merlin Plaza, quite difficult to find via waze or google map. Car park in building is limited & have to give the car key to car attendant because need to double park. Please remember to buy sim card when you arrive Betong because your international roaming won’t work in Betong, Pattani & Narathiwat.

Great location, walking distance to night market. Rooms overall are clean. Toiletries and water refilled daily. Hallway and corridor carpets have foul smell. Perhaps its time that they change the carpet. Luckily carpet inside the room is not so musty. Bed is a bid hard.

Resort area is clean and tidy. Excellent. Rooms condition; rundown require serious upgrade. Lighting not fully function and toilet facilities require full upgrade. The bath tower is ages old. Need full upgrade in order to justify the price. Breakfast is top notch and delicious. Credit to the kitchen. Interesting resort.
