Place was great, service excellent. Price is on the higher end but you get what you pay for. Breakfast buffet has a wide spread and delicious. Vuong the bell boy was helpful in helping us get around and went above and beyond. Would definitely return to stay next time

although the weather was not desirable while we were there, our stay at pistachio hotel was amazing. it is close enough to main sapa town (access though the first floor). the reception is on the 6th floor. the service staff were very friendly though we did not interact much. we booked a superior room but were upgraded to the deluxe room at check in, which came with a balcony. a pity we could not enjoy any views as it was foggy throughout our 2 nights there. we could only imagine the view. we can also see the funicular tracks from sapa station to the cable car station. the decor of the hotel is very modern. the room was very clean and spacious. amenities given were more than sufficient. beds were comfortable. the hotel breakfast is also a nice spread. the hotel does provide umbrellas if it is raining (subject to availability). the infinity pool looked like it would be amazing if only the weather would cooperate! overall highly recommended

wonderful location! its a 5min walk to sapa station and a downhill road (30 mins) to cat cat village entrance! really worth it and there’s spectacular views. the jacuzzi has an extra fee but the view and vibes are wonderful. would definitely stay again. there’s also laundry right across the road and the street is lined with various restaurants/salons.

Very much satisfied staying at Bamboo Sapa Hotel!! From the arrival to checking out, it was so smooth. The front desk officers were very accommodating and friendly so as with the room boys , restaurant staff and swimming pool staff.. We arrived before the check-in time, so we left our luggage in their storage. We need to change clothes because the climate is freezing. then they let us use the hotel's comfort room. When we are done with the activities in Sapa, we checked in our room and were happy for the room we have. The CR is supplied with super white and new bath towels , face towels , floor rug, tissue paper . The bathroom is equipped with hot and cold shower ( elegant) provided with body wash and shampoo. The bedroom is super clean and tidy like the comfort room and bathroom. It has a dresser with mirror , lamp shades. It also has a cabinet for clothes and a hair dryer. There are 2 swimming pools in Bamboo Sapa Hotel. One is the outdoor pool, ( but did not take a swim because it's too cold) and the other one is at the G level which is warm and a whirlpool. A cozy restaurant is for the buffet breakfast which is included in the booking.The array of delicious, nutritious and fancy food was served. Electrical socket for charging is situated near the headboard. There were pairs of bedroom slippers and bath robes which were dainty white. So fresh-looking to wear! 2 bottles of mineral water ,cups and saucers and heater were also provided.. oh, if you want to call the front desk, a telephone is on the desk☺️❤️🥰

The hotel has been nothing but amazing. The only downside was that the weather was foggy thus unable to see a proper view during the daytime and night time. Nonetheless on a perfect weather, i am certain the room would have an impeccable view. I would like to special mention Ms. Vivian Nguyen for the special arrangement made for the special occasion of celebrating my partners birthday. The team’s attention to detail with utmost service made my partners experience a memorable one. I sure we would love to return again

Good Points - Front Counter Customer Service Are Great & Efficient - Reception Guy Named ”Tien” provide well information and provide friendly warm communication. 👍 - Hotel pricing to Fanishan Mountain is exact pricing to the walk in counter @ Sun Plaza -2-3 minutes walk to Sun Plaza -Hotel just beside well known BB hotel only -Breakfast provided is great. Negative Points -Sound Proofing Is Bad as only 27 rooms available, able to hear in-house guest quarreling very loudly at night -Aircon not cold, servicing require.

It was a wonderful stay at DelaSol. We have booked a mountain view room with balcony and the view was stunning and breath taking. There was complimentary afternoon tea for us, we will definitely stay at this hotel when we visit Sapa again.

The room was clean and we were greeted by a hotel dog which was a surprise.(friendly not barking kind) initially booked the hotel for one night. In the room there was a post card greeting for us and tea packets.Had the mountain view room which we were able to catch the rail train pass by in the morning to afternoon! Room includes breakfast buffet that had a amazing view outside! Later on we decided to stay one more night on last minute plans and they just happen to have another room which the room is throughly clean as well! Staff is friendly and able to converse in basic english some better than others. Would come back to stay again if given a chance! The price of the hotel is a steal too! The only sad thing which cant blame them as the room on higher floor is full. I had stayed at G floor which is below street level. But still had this amazing view on the 3rd photo from our room! Imagine having a higher floor the view would be spectacular! ʅ（◞‿◟）ʃ

Beautiful hotel - service leaves room for improvement We arrived early and let the hotel know about 10 days prior that we will be arriving at 4am. I called the front desk who asked me to walk about 50m but wasn’t clear about the direction. After 30 mins he sent a buggy to pick us up. A common theme is that some staff don’t communicate if they don’t know something or are unable to help. They just nod and it’s really difficult to discern whether they’re going to do anything or not. Just let me know you don’t know or can’t help - even in Vietnamese! At least I can translate it myself. After 3 hours of waiting in the freezing lobby, Lala explained the process and gave us clarity on next steps. She was kind enough to upgrade as it was my birthday and it was slow season, which I appreciated. Lala is a gem - she came by and everything was really smooth after that. She was cheerful and clear in her communication. She gave useful recommendations and she was clear in what she could and could not do. She was really great and we appreciated her help greatly. Overall a good, clean hotel - a bit far from the town but that’s a good thing. Facilities are good and plenty - you probably don’t even need to go to the town area. Most of the staff except for a handful are quite difficult to interact with due to their refusal to give bad news or say they don’t know something.

We were a group of friends, I had booked the hotel a month before traveling to Vietnam but when we arrived at the hotel they couldn’t find our reservation and let us wait for almost an hour. It was raining the night we were there and there was a flood in our bedroom in the morning which I guess it leaks from the balcony, the staff offered us another room but we almost check out anyway cuz it already 10.00 am so we only used that room for showered. The scenery should be very beautiful if you are lucky enough that there will be not too much fog and rain on the day you stay.

On the day of check-in, I took an overnight bus to SAPA and arrived at the hotel very early. The hotel said that the earliest check-in could be 11am, so I waited and freshened up in the lobby. The lobby and restrooms were large, so there was no awkward feeling. There are many restaurants near the hotel and it is also next to the lake. It is very safe. It's a ways away from SAPA station and it's quite lively there. Since it rained for several days in August when I stayed in SAPA, I couldn't see the beautiful scenery and sky, which was a bit disappointing. The hotel room was very large, with chairs and tables. The air conditioner didn't seem to work very well. It even turned off automatically when I was sleeping. The room felt very wet, and everything was wet after a night. The breakfast options are okay, hot food would be better, but everything else seems dry.

Our recent stay at Aliana Sapa Hotel was nothing short from amazing. We arrived early at 6am from Hanoi but the hotel wasn't open. We waited till around 7am and the hotel front desk staff - Chau Thi Hong Lien got us checked in early. I think also because the hotel wasn't buzzing with guests. This little touch made our day as we have been travelling 12 hours straight. Lien not only welcomed us warmly but also gave us fantastic recommendations for our Fansipan trek and finding a local private guide to explore the Hmong village. The price we paid for the private tour was really reasonable too. Breakfast was good and the restaurant staff were all so polite and nice. Served ala carte I'll recommend to try the porridge, pumpkin soup, carrot soup, and scrambled eggs. Hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Sapa town, but that's a good thing. It's still within walking distance, and being close to the Mgallery Metropole Hotel and Sun Plaza is a bonus for exploring the area.Our rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff. And that balcony view was downright breathtaking. To sum it up, Aliana Sapa Hotel - with its excellent service, friendly staff, incredible restaurant, and comfy rooms, it's a hidden gem in Sapa.

In the new district to the south of the old street, the terrain is high and the view is wide. The room has a domestic four-star level. Downstairs entertainment, bars, mainly Chinese consumers. Traffic is slightly inconvenient, and there are cars at the door. Vietnam is dominated by motorcycles.

The room is expensive, the room is tiny. It's modern but the room is so small for this price, it's not worth it. This small room is in Hanoi and Sapa, I only stayed for about 500 during Tet holiday. I'm a business traveler, traveling both domestically and internationally a lot but I swear it's not worth it. Not to mention when booking the room, I chose a room with 1 single bed. When I got the room, they arranged me a tiny room with 2 single beds. And when I asked to change it, they said ”please help me change the room”. Oh, I booked the wrong room, you're going to give me the wrong room, I need your help? The promotional price is still almost 800k. While it doesn't include breakfast, I have to buy an additional 95k/breakfast. Oh my gosh, there are pho noodles, fried rice, fried noodles, white porridge, but the only side dishes are smoked meat and fried sausage. Everything else is gone. When I ate it was 8:35am. Breakfast time is from 6-10am. When I ate, there were still many people eating with me. Overall, it was terrible. I advise everyone not to come. And I will never come back. I was going to record a video of the room but I didn't. The only plus point is that it is modern and clean.

The hotel is clean. There is a miniature landscape area for those who love virtual life to check in. I arrived in the evening and left early the next morning, so I couldn't take any virtual life photos.

The hotel is located opposite the train/bus station. You can take the bus here when traveling to SAPA or Hanoi. There are no shopping malls or parks nearby, and the living facilities are insufficient. I chose this hotel because I had to take a bus to Hanoi the next morning. It is about 3 kilometers to the Red River Port. Fruits are cheap near the port. A coconut costs 25,000 VND. Other places in Lao Cai sell for 30,000 to 35,000 VND. The park in the main city of Lao Cai is beautiful and you can go shopping. There are many shops near the park. I bought a 6-inch pizza from the store, which was delicious.

Chinese people need to take their documents (do not understand), check out and wait for the hotel staff to check the room before returning the documents.

It is about40K shield (12 yuan) from the old street port. The room is quite big. I live on the 6～ 8th floor. You can see some street views of the old street, including: Ga Lao Cai (train station), but the train station is not lively at all, a bit similar to the market town of domestic third- and fourth-tier cities. The hotel is very clean, similar to the domestic chain store, is three-star, but they are checked in after 14:00, if you check in early, you need to pay another price 340K Shield (100 yuan Rmb), the original price is about 230. Looking at the scenery outside the hotel is okay, there is a bay window sitting by the window, drinking a cup of coffee is very pleasant (send a picture). Xiao Du (Ms.) at the front desk of the hotel can speak Chinese and there is no problem with basic communication. The owner (Ms.) of the small coffee shop on the right hand side of the main entrance of the hotel is very kind and Chinese is not bad.
