1. The aircon was very loud and noisy . Informed staff and they sent a workman to fix it the next day . It made no difference. They offered to send someone in the following day but i felt it was becoming an invasion of privacy so declined 2. Mosquitoes in the room . I recommend nets over the bed as i was a feast for them overnight . The staff offered fly spray but i didnt want to inhale the toxic staff while there. I checked out a night early as i didnt feel this to be a relaxing experience. The hotel is reasonably priced though and the grounds and architecture pleasant otherwise

Very Pleasant to stay in this hotel Big Hotel Rooms with Veranda AC Central which is very affordable Bathroom Shower and Bathub Spacious Rooms Staff very helpfull Breakfast with variety choices Both Room Service Teams and Housekeeping are excellent and Also Front office team and Engineering team are helpfull Overall we were like it stay in this hotel and absolutely coming back next year to stay again PS: they also have 10% off Ask Front Office Teams

3* hotel with a good location inside the city, great if you have a business in the area and need a budget stay. There were some minuses like a smelly and a really old armchair in our room, the fridge wasn't cooling anything and electric teapot was leaking a bit. But what was really exeptional is the service. From the front desk staff to the poolside bar and housekeeping workers, every single person was super polite, friendly and extra helpful. Those people made us feel like a really special treasured guests. 3* property with a 10* staff!

The room is so clean, I enjoyed staying in Aston Denpasar for 3 nights, maybe I'll be back soon, if I'm going to Bali. The staff is so nice, and the breakfast is good. The wifi is kinda slow, but i still can use it. Thanks Aston Denpasar 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
