Its a nice hotel. The advantage of this hotel because the hotel become part of DP mall, the hotel is very clean and very nice staff.I came before 2PM and they let me to check in earlier without any charge, I lost my watch during the stay and the cleaning staff inform that she put on the other side of the table. And my daughter also left her jacket on the outside restroom (not in our room) and we found on the receptionist desk. Also I forgot to bring charger for my phone and we just can leave the phone to charge at the front desk. Which means Room Inc hotel has honest employee and very kind, very helpful. The breakfast has variative kind, I really love the porridge. So tasty The suggestion for this hotel, maybe you may re-decorate the room. Its very small with big TV. Its not easy to move from one side to another because the gap is very small. But overall I really enjoy to stay at this hotel. Thank you Room Inc Semarang

We stayed in this hotel during our trip to Semarang, My sister booked a connecting room, I stayed with my wife and my 9y..o daughter, and my sis was in the next door room. The room that we stayed in has some smell, the staff said it's because the aircon has just been switched on, but I didn't think so because my sister's room didn't have that smell. The ensuite layout is rather odd and too narrow. The shower is almost fall off. The bedroom itself is fine, the service is also quite good. There is a rooftop swimming pool. Location is also good.

A good place for stay in Solo. Its location very strategic, you can just cross over the road to reach one of the famous mall in Solo, Solo Square. Although, it's quite risky to cross the road since the traffic was always busy and no security or police to help us to cross the road. Need some maintenance with AC of the rooms, but the service were pretty good although it is not up to Hyatt's faboulous hospitality standard of service.

Good value for money. I booked 3 rooms. One of the non-smoking room smells like smoke, but the hotel switched it with another room, so problem was resolved pretty quickly. The hotel has sufficient selection of the ala carte food menu, it was freshly made therefor it tooks sometime. Great service 10/10 everyone was very friendly and helpful. Hotel has a small swimming pool, located outdoor with shades, next to the restaurant. Perfecr for family with small kids
