Business Hotels in North Sumatra, Indonesia

While the hotel is clean and quite convenient to get to an early flight the following morning, I found the room quite uncomfortable. I could hear the noise from the outside . It was very hard to sleep.  That was unfortunate

Everything was perfectly fine! I was just a bit shocked that the local beer bintang cost 12€. Even without the service fee of 2€. 10€ is far to much. But the staff was very friendly and helpful with everything.

Weekend rate is expensive compared with weekdays. Unfortunately there is no swimming pool or gym. Suitable for travellers who wants convenient around the city. For the price - yes i will return to the hotel again. Thumbs up.

1st time staying there.. Like the location.. near to Berastagi Supermarket and eatery. Security was top notch. Love the Blue Bird taxi standby .... Front desk is very professional.. Cleanliness of Housekeeping is good and efficient Facility is decent, room for improvement on keeping and maintain the place... Only upset during the stay was the restaurant... Service not top notch to brand name.. Opted for the pre dawn / Sahur breakfast... Very much disappointment on selection, quantity and quality. Top up very late.. n the egg station.. need to let the staff go for training..

Bad first impression because of cleanliness. But the services are excellent. Overall good tho.

Room was clean & spacious. Resort sat on lakeside so the view was spectacular! Staff were polite & super helpful. Recommend for anyone visiting in Lake Toba! Recommend at least 2 nights.

Front desk n security guard are helpful. Normal room cleanliness condition, small room enough for 2 persons, a bit congested bathroom & toilet space. Cleaning trolley park beside room door for 2 days, eyesore everytime in and out from hotel room, this can be improved with management involvement.

This is a lavish hotel at a convenient location almost at the Central Business District. Very reasonable price for the service and comfort that you get.

friendly people's and helpful, nice and clean, nice restaurant and bar near by fit for western people's as foods if you don't expect on Indonesian foods, I highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. 2 beautiful, simple but clean bungalows on the water. Good beds. Excellent breakfast with pancakes for the kids and juices. The Dutch owner and her staff arranged 2 tuktuks to explore the island with us and the boat back. This picked us up at the resort. Very nice, quiet location.
