The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel

DLF Phase 3
We were 2 couples travelling together and we had an excellent stay at this hotel. We were pleasantly greeted by Sanjeev Suri (Airport Supervisor) in the airport itself, while waiting for our luggage! Our welcome and transfer to the hotel was super comfortable in spite of having to walk a long way to get to the transfer vehicles. This was due to the airport having to handle G20 meeting participants. Excellent service was provided to us always at the club lounge by Rohit Singh Bisht (Butler) and your other staff. At breakfast, your Sous Chef Regan Barua Chowdhury went the extra mile to prepare vegan pastries and other delicacies for our vegan sister. Server Dhaiaya was at her best in looking after our every need.

This hotel didn’t start off great but they soon changed my perception! The ***ager Kapil Yadav is an excellent front desk ***ager. He knows how to treat his guests and make them feel special. Ashish Dubey gave us great service at their dinning facilities. I was extremely impressed by the staff here .
The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi

Traveling in Xinyili, because the rental house I found was different from the photo, so I stayed at Westin Gurgaon for ten days. In general, the hotel is not bad. It is medium level in China but it is very good in India. The room is very clean. The sound of closing the door is huge (the door is not lightly closed hinges) In the middle of the night/morning, the guests around the room return/out loud, so that they wake up for several days. In short, although they are all five-star, they are a bit worse than the Lira Palace Hotel.
The Anya Hotel, Gurgaon

It is almost the same as the domestic all-season positioning, and the price is high. Close to the subway, about 5 minutes walk, right next to the main road, close to the taxi station, and convenient transportation. The hotel clearly states that there are no cash tips and promotes environmental protection. The customer service is very welcoming. The most important thing is that Ctrip's price is very favorable, which is almost 30% off the hotel price.

The hotel environment is not bad, the facilities are also OK, the place is very big, you can stroll in it, the traffic is also very convenient, it is usually 100 rupees to take a tricycle, that is, the dishes in the restaurant are not very good, you may have had a better breakfast, compared with Difference 🤷‍♂️

”Booked randomly but when we visited there the property was fantastic. Lovely resturant and pool awaits you after a busy day of business. The major positive point is the staff, also food was excellent. Huge number of options in breakfast and dinner. Above all great welcome with smiling faces from the whole staff specially mentioned Mr Sadeek very prompt..... This place is worth more than 5 star,, and I am glad to give my feedback. I would like to visit again next time thank you.........”

It’s really hot to meet the hotel’s air conditioning line. The hotel room is very large, it is the most cost-effective hotel of its kind. But breakfast is generally like, the individual does not like the waiter around the old, staring at the progress of your meal, feel free to come over and collect the plate, ask if you want to eat. . .
