This is a very luxurious hotel which I booked for a veryyy cheap price. I had no expectations, again because of the price, but i was more than pleased and amazed when i got to the hotel. The staff are all very nice, it's a 24hr check-in which is a plus, close to the metro and the view both at night and in the day is stunning

It's a good airport hotel. However, there are several elevator buttons that are not working. It seems that the maintenance of the facility is not perfect. There are the same buttons on both sides, so I could using it.

Love the interior design of the hotel and room, the scent of great too. Especially hygiene is on point. Everything in the hotel is perfect for our stay in Milan! Staffs are very proactive and friendly, cheers to all staff memebers.

Great location with 24/7 free shuttle. You need to take the free shuttle that goes between the two terminals and get off Casa Nuevo bus stop. The journey is not longer than 3-4 minutes and the walk to the hotel from the bus stop is another 2-3 minutes.

Excellent location, Nice looking hotel, very dark in the lobby though. Room lovely, big and clean but extremely noisy, we both had to check as it actually sounded like a window was open but it wasn’t it was closed, so disturbed sleep . Shower was weak in pressure. Style over use, the sink taps are extremely difficult to use if wet soapy hands. The toilet flush was constantly flowing so noisy. No English to at all available except news. No timer working on the tv which is a huge issue for me as I fall asleep with the tv on. Tea/coffee services ok but only 1 useable tea as we only drink breakfast tea, the other offers were fruit/herbal tea. If we wanted more it would be €2 each tea bag and no milk available only a creams. I asked them to swop the unusable tea for the tea we drink and I never got a response or replied, basically just ignored.

Friendly and well Accomodating Staff. The Food at the Restaurant was great. The only thing is that you just have to walk like 20 minutes from/to the train station. Otherwise my experience at the hotel exceeded my expectation

Finally, a hotel in Italy with AC! The location is great, with a bridge connecting the airport, train station, and the hotel. I deducted one star because I received amenities for only one person, despite my reservation being for two.

Room was clean and comfy. Though would have been better if the air conditioning couldn’t be turned on. We had to open the rooms’ windows for some ventilation, else it would be so stuffy. Hotel was also close to metro station which was added convenience. Had to really commend the front desk staff who allowed my family and I to check in way earlier than check in time. Though, yes we were lucky that there were rooms available for us to do that. Thank you!

Booked for one night before an early flight home. Normally stay in the other Mercure in city centre but had a hire car this time. Hotel right beside main A4 motorway in an industrial area so you need a car. Room was very hot so we asked reception to turn the heating off as we couldn’t control it from inside the room. Couldn’t keep window open as it was too noisy and below our window was an outside area where other guest were smoking. Hotel fine for overnight before flight but if I were a tourist visiting the gorgeous city of Bergamo I would stay in the city centre.
