Well located. On the high / main street in the city centre / downtown so plenty of food options. Lawson convenience store was also literally on the ground floor of the hotel. Short 5-10 minute walk from Aomori station and very short less than 5 minute walk to the bus stops for buses to/from Aomori Airport. Hotel was new and clean. The 'moderate' room was definitely comfortable and roomy enough for the two of us. Breakfast buffet offered variety and was tasty. Although the hotel and breakfast was not that cheap for regional Japan, you do get what you pay for, and it was good value in my opinion. Would recommend.

We have forgotten one essential thing at the hotel. Once we try to contact the hotel reception after midnight, we get their prompt attention and quick response. The hotel reception has a good service mind and helps to send our belonging to our next accommodation in time. The hotel is near Aomori Station and interesting places such as Furukawa fish market, A-Factory, Nebuta Museum, where we can walk from the hotel. Furthermore, there was a Christmas tree with a lot of snow beside the hotel. We have fun to visit there.

Cost-effective accommodation. Good location from Aomori Station so easy access! And friendly staff and good taste breakfast. I would like to this hotel with the above reasons :)

Liked this hotel for the following 1) very clean 2) the room type we booked is one of the biggest hence we enjoyed the room very much 3) netflix! 4) comfortable bed and duvet 5) complimentary tea and water at dispenser near lift of each floor The things we didnt enjoy too much 1) distance from Aomori station. 25 mins walk. 5mins by bus 2) toilet is rather small though we got used to it

The room feels like an ordinary business hotel, but the hot spring scenery is particularly good. The outdoor hot spring has a good view of the mountain when the weather is good. The TV is a smart TV, and you can even watch The Wandering Earth 2 on demand. You can see the five-story pagoda outside the window

The staff was warm and professional. Breakfast was simple but comprehensive. Best point would be the convenient location to the JR Station.

It was very convenient, right in front of Aomori Station and close to a convenience store. The staff at the front desk and breakfast venue were very kind and helpful. The curry was delicious. I'll write down some things I thought were important. No matter how many times I tried to enter the number to unlock the large bath entrance door, it would give an error, and when I tried again several times, a warning sound (not a loud one) rang out. I checked to see if there was a phone nearby that could connect to the front desk, but I couldn't find one, so I went to the front desk and explained the situation, and the key unlock number I was given at check-in was incorrect. After 2-3 minutes, I was given a paper with the correct number and told that I could try again. When I returned to the large bath entrance door, I couldn't enter the number right away, and after a while I was finally able to unlock it and go inside. There was no heating in the changing room, so it was very cold, and I wondered later on in the morning if it was worth going through this when I was short on time. I thought it would be a shame if they had let me know if they had given me a paper with the wrong number.

We contacted Ctrip in advance to ask if the hotel can pick us up. Ctrip contacted the hotel again, and the hotel sent a business car to pick us up. I also give Ctrip a thumbs up here; 3. The hotel has a free shamisen performance with local characteristics in the lobby every night, which lasts for half an hour. As an additional service, it is still very good and helps guests understand the local scenery; 4. The hotel hot spring is on the third floor, divided into male and female baths. After entering, there is a large indoor bath. The bath is about 15 meters long and 3 meters wide, with huge windows facing the sea. There is also a small bath on the left hand side. Take the Shinkansen to Shin-Aomori Station, transfer to the Ou Main Line to Aomori, and then transfer to the Aomori Railway Line to Asamushi Onsen Station. It takes ten minutes to walk from Asamushi Onsen Station to the hotel. The Aomori Railway Line is also limited. You need to make a good plan.

excellent location. about 5 mins walk to Aomori JR station. you can find convenience store nearby. During my stay, AC only enables hot/ warm air. anyway reception service was nice and friendly. they also offered extra amenities, you can take them in lobby.

I stayed without breakfast and booked in a single room. At check-in, I received a breakfast ticket for some reason, and the room was guided to the 10th floor and was surprised (＊ ㅂ` ＊) ♡ It was a comfortable single room! The scenery was beautiful and the best because it was on the Iwakiyama side! The parking lot is crowded, and the parking lot near the entrance is taken by the other person immediately after leaving, but there is also a three-dimensional parking lot, and it is safe because it can park a lot. During Golden Week, while prices at nearby hotels were soaring, I found the Grand Hotel. I had been there for a class reunion and wedding over 30 years ago, but this was my first time staying there.
