The hotel is clean and sanitary. The breakfast service is good in the morning. It is very close to the airport. This is the second time I have stayed here. I don't need to go out at night when I arrive at the local area. There is a restaurant on the second floor

Despite being a budget hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the facilities provided, including the comfortable bed, good air-conditioning, and hot shower. The hotel staff were friendly, professional and always ready to assist with any requests or queries I had. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff were always available to help with luggage and transportation arrangements. One thing I particularly liked about the hotel was the breakfast buffet - it was simple, and delicious This hotel is an excellent choice for travelers who are looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in a convenient location near the airport. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Yangon.

The hotel was absolutely perfect and ideally located, making it easy to enjoy the area. The breakfast selection was outstanding, offering a wide range of choices to satisfy every taste. It was a fantastic start to each day! The staff were exceptional, always attentive and friendly, and they ensured that our room was cleaned daily, keeping it spotless and comfortable. One of the highlights was that the hotel was connected to a shopping mall, which added an extra level of convenience and luxury to our stay. I highly recommend visiting the bakery and trying the delicious pastries and cakes—they were amazing! We definitely got more than we expected for the price, and it made our stay truly memorable. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful location and service. Apart from some confusion with trying to amend our booking, we couldn’t really fault the place. Rooms are clean and modern, and the hotel is definitely 5 star.

Had the most amazing experience at Novotel Yangon Max! Rooms were quite comfortable and I must note, I felt very safe staying here for anyone who may be worried about visiting. Staff here truly made my stay in Yangon incredible. Super nice people and I have to shoutout housekeeping as they did a phenomenal job, organizing my toiletries, folding my clothes, they were so great. And then there's the breakfast buffet! It was so good, with such a wide spread of options and I absolutely loved the view of the city from the 5th floor while eating every morning! I 100% would stay here again and highly, highly recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed a lovely stay cation with the family over Christmas. Hotel is clean, spacious and comfortable with just enough to do while still having time to relax. Staff is friendly and efficient. The Shopping mall is a 200m walk at most. You can enjoy almost anything here.

I have stayed here several times, really love this nice hospitality hotel very much. One of my favorite places in Yangon to stay for both of leisure and business. Gym has updated the gears for workout too (very nice one). Breakfast staffs at Spice Brasserie are very attentive and professional. Hotel is quite old but glamorous and feel cozy.

Fantastic hotel! The staff is very nice, helpful and knowledgable. The room was perfect as well as the facilites (lounge, pool and gym). Breakfast is super good (don't book without it), includint all westerner and a wide range of Asian food all over the continent. The hotel building also has a shopping mall with a big supermarket inside. It is also facing the beautiful Kandawgy Lake. I'll stay here every time I visit Yangon! 😍🇲🇲

The facility was clean and I felt very comfortable. The gym is large, and you can also use the sauna and jacuzzi. The view of the courtyard and poolside from the breakfast venue made me forget that I was in Myanmar, and I was able to enjoy a relaxing time. However, perhaps because it had just reopened or because there were few guests, the breakfast options were few and poor, and some of the items were used from the previous day and were not delicious. I was very disappointed because the rating would be halved if the breakfast level was low in a 5-star hotel. I hope it will be improved in the future.

It's just a place that's worth the price. The location seems a bit weird, but since you have to take a taxi everywhere, it doesn't really matter. There's a convenience store, foot massage shop, and other local restaurants 2 minutes away. There's a shopping mall 5 minutes away. You can buy meals or snacks there. The receptionist is not friendly, but they have a business mind, and the guy who looks like a team leader is a little rude. The rooftop is old, and the pool is like a neighborhood sushi restaurant. The rooftop food is really bad, so I don't recommend it. The breakfast was just so-so.. The room cleaning was just so-so. I don't think I'll visit again.
