Good hotel in relation to location and comfort of rooms. Had a room at side.of hotel so view was great and noise level was low. Bit stingy on the coffee and tea and had to request more. Hotel looks high class but is just a regular, run of the mill hotel. Only services available is food available from 5-9.30pm and then a bar service. Bar staff are obnoxious and egocentric though so atmosphere is bad. All other hotel staff are great. No leisure centre or fitness center. No vending machine either just overpriced snacks and water available at reception.

Comfortable room: apartment-style, fully equipped, breakfast is served downstairs at different times and can be taken back to the room, coffee, tea, and lemonade are available all day
Unbeatable view: From the room, you can see the Parliament Building and the Mauritshuis Museum on the other side of the lake, the lakeside boulevard is beautiful, and the gravel road is very comfortable to walk on. If you are tired, you can rest on the benches on the roadside and enjoy the white water birds living on the calm lake
Convenient location: 2 bus stops from the central train station, the main attractions in the city, the Mauritshuis Museum, the Royal Palace, and the Peace Palace are all within walking distance
This hotel offers a prime, central location, arguably the best in Rotterdam compared to other hotels in the city. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and hospitable, making for an enjoyable stay. However, the furniture is outdated and in need of refurbishment. The chair at the writing desk in my room was sunken and uncomfortable, which was particularly inconvenient during my business trip, as I needed to use the desk frequently.
It was a very pleasant experience - staff is very friendly and supportive, atmosphere is welcoming, CORPUS museum is just in front and might be a great place to visit with children, breakfast is delicious, the absolute highlight of the breakfast is the Chef who made my omelette with a big smile :) room was not big but fits well for 3 guest - the bed and the sofa bed both were comfortable. Silent environment. We enjoyed our stay.
Thank you Hilton Leiden Team:)
The reception desk gentleman is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good although I was expecting more of an Asian cuisine. The best part about this hotel is actually Race Planet being right opposite which offers a unique experience in our stay at delft.
Overall the hotel can improve on the cleanliness and please get regular sized pillows for the bed instead of the current square ones.
I would recommend this hotel because I can feel the staff dedication and prompt service attitude.
Oh yes, it is also a short drive to the draw bridge where we admired the sunrise.
A hub
Not as good as iceland
Carpets a bit tired in places
Some plumbing issues 4th floor boys
Some it conflicts eg reinstall as iceland app not compatible
Otherwise, hubbable

KKim Jong Donkey KongHad a wonderful stay whilst I was at the NHow Rotterdam. The hotel is located near a metro station and tram stop which will take you to Rotterdam Centraal and the main city centre.
The rooms are large, spacious and super modern!
RRaymond J GNice hotel, good location. We rented a suite for a combined business and pleasure trip. Hotel is rights above a supermarket. Be careful!! Supermarket delivery trucks keep you from sleeping at night. Also Internet connection not working. Strongly recommend to not stay here. At least not when you are expecting a good night sleep.....Only poor excuse was offered. Friendly staff, just noisy rooms. Stay away!
MMichael ChristopherLocation was good as it is walking distance to the train station. We also manage to walk to Euromast and also the ferry terminal to take the ferry to Kindeljik. Hotel room was big and clean. Buffet breakfast was good and the only thing which I missed most was that there was no staff servicing fresh cooked eggs as offered in other hotels.
GGuest UserSmart hotel in a good location for exploring historical Gouda. Well-equipped and comfortable room - with kettles available (although not in the room as standard). Nice high pressure shower, good aircon, nice, quiet room. I didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked really nice. There was lots of rather strange, slightly unnerving artwork of people eating cheese... The artwork looked AI generated and overall felt cheap and at odds with the rest of the hotel's design.
The hotel made a show about being eco and 'environmental', however the bathroom cups were wrapped in plastic - this is completely needless (no one ever wraps the coffee cups in plastic!).
Worryingly, on check-in the receptionist insisted that I hadn't paid in advance and made me pay on the spot. When I later checked this I found that, as I thought, I HAD indeed paid in advance. To be fair, when I showed her evidence on my phone she immediately initiated a refund, but really - how can that be allowed to happen?? Surely it should all be on the hotel's system. If I hadn't spotted the mistake I would have paid twice. Not impressed!
GGuest UserVery good location close to the Rotterdam central train station , just a few blocks from the Maritiem museum and other Rotterdam attractions like the stadhuis , markthal , kijk kubus , the hotel seems to be a new or very recent operation hotel so it’s clean and is located on a area full of shops , galleries , restaurants
SSezD0720I decided to treat myself and my son at the end of our trip and the Rotterdam Marriott certainly did not disappoint.
As a disabled person with limited mobility, I wasn’t sure how far away from Centraal train station it would be. I was pleasantly surprised that even on crutches, it was a distance that I could manage.
The reception staff were all very friendly and welcoming and could not do enough to make our trip even more pleasant.
The room was beautiful and spacious, plenty of charging outlets and even the tv was personalised by using your keycard upon entry to the room.
The bathroom not only had a spacious walk in shower, but also had a large bath.
Both the bathroom and bedroom were very clean and the housekeeping staff were excellent.
The room service was fantastic and absolutely delicious food.
We will be definitely looking forward to booking back in on our next visit to Rotterdam!
AadlokitaThis hotel is ideal for business trips, solo travelers, and even trips with friends. I loved the central location – right in the heart of the city, with an MRT station just across the street and both bus and tram stops nearby. The staff was incredibly helpful during my stay. I’ll definitely choose this place again when I return to Rotterdam.
GGuest UserRoom is new, bed is super comfy
