2. Hertz service: all foreigners, communication needs to be in full English, bring their own driver's license and translation, they will copy, and then write their mobile phone, email, domestic address and postal code under the copy.
3. Pick up and return the car: The address of the Hertz store is different from the one provided by Trip.com , you must confirm it in advance! ! ! Trip.com marked at the train station, actually near Elizabeth Street. We booked from 9 am to 4 pm the next day. When we picked up the car, we arrived at 8:30. There were already staff, but we returned the car a little more than 4 o'clock (because we didn't find the parking lot entrance, it was a little late), and the store was already off work. Hertz's customer service also got off work at four o'clock. The car was parked in the parking garage, but the key could not be returned. They couldn't find the customer service. They could only go to the car early the next morning.
The overall Hertz is a great company. Although the staff is foreign, they are very patient. However, they must be optimistic about the time to pick up and return the car. There is no one outside the business hours. Just give the key to return the car.
