The car was in excellent condition, very large and comfortable. They offered us a free upgrade upon our arrival, and delivery was quick and easy, thanks in part to Trip's recommendations for what to pack. Returning it was also quick and easy. Highly recommended!

Everything went well with the reservation. The company was Chilean. I arrived 2 hours early because my flight was brought forward and there were no cars available yet. I waited and shortly before the pick-up time I managed to get the car. It was a Baleno, super economical and good to drive.
