The car is in excellent condition the car is very new, as it was designated as a rental rav4, came still the adventure version. The baby seat and cabin were very clean.
Due to a typhoon in Hong Kong on the day of departure, the flight was delayed and took off four hours ago. I communicate very quickly using WhatsApp. I will use this place when I come to Okinawa again

We rented a small car for our family of four on our recent trip to Okinawa. We were initially quite optimistic about the price, but the owner was Chinese, making communication very smooth and the service excellent. When we returned the car, we forgot our ETC card in it. Afterwards, we went to Ishigaki Island, and on our last day back on the main island, the owner offered to have his staff drive us to our hotel. My husband suggested renting it for another day, and the owner only charged us a small fee – it was wonderful! The car was a bit old, but very clean. With only a few pieces of luggage for our family of four, this small car was both cheap and convenient!

This was my first time renting from OTS, and I rented from you guys again 🤣 I can only say the experience was amazing. The only downside was that the store was very inconspicuous, and there was really no way to record or store the location, so returning the car would be a big problem 🤣 In the end, I had to change cars... I really want to thank you guys because I love Okinawa and I really appreciate your hard work. Thank you!

One important tip: always take clear photos and videos of the entire car upon collection, especially the side mirrors and other easily missed areas. We only noticed a crack on the side mirror when returning the car. Luckily, we reviewed the video we had taken during collection and could clearly see that the crack was already there. This saved us a lot of trouble and unnecessary hassle with an insurance claim. Definitely recommend documenting the car condition carefully before driving off!

The car rental shop is a bit far from the airport, but they offer pick-up and drop-off services. They were easy to contact, and the rental cars were in good condition and functional, although there might have been some minor scratches. The service was quite good; the staff were polite, explained how to use the car, and provided the owner's manual. Looking at the pictures, the car might seem small, but in reality, it wasn't as small as we thought and was quite comfortable.

The staff were all friendly, and communicating in simple Japanese or English wasn't difficult at all. The car was clean, and having a sunroof really helped create a vacation vibe. Although there wasn't a separate phone holder, having Apple CarPlay actually made it more convenient. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Okinawa next time.

The car is brand new and in perfect condition inside and out, bringing the perfect journey for our family of four (including two seniors). hours before departure still have not received contact from the company, maybe because the staff's work affected by Typhoon White Dolphin, maybe because I am more anxious, if I can get the rental company's confirmation earlier, my heart will be more stable 🙏🏼 The pick-up process is simple and smooth, Chinese communication, reply is also fast!
