Honda Fit
The car is in excellent condition, only 16,000 kilometers on it, very new. I originally rented a Fit, but switched to a Toyota Raize. The trunk space is large, and more importantly, there's a lower partition that can fit two 20-inch suitcases.

There was no shuttle service, but it was easily within walking distance from Sapporo Station. Sapporo itself has a well-developed public transportation system, so I felt like I didn't really need a car to get around the city. However, I thought a car might be necessary when going to the mountains or Shiroi Koibito Park, so I would recommend choosing the dates carefully and planning your rental car usage. I was anxious about driving on unfamiliar roads, so I initially purchased insurance through Trips, but the insurance offered by the local rental car company was simpler and cheaper, so I recommend purchasing insurance from Nippon Rent-A-Car.

🇹🇭 We three senior women picked up our rental car from Toyota. The rental company provided excellent service. We scheduled to return the car at 8:30 PM, but they said they wouldn't charge extra for returns arriving at 10:00 PM. They even upgraded our car to a more comfortable one than the one we initially booked. It was a great experience, and we would definitely use their service again if we go to Sapporo.

The rented vehicle was in excellent condition, with a clean and tidy interior, exceptionally comfortable seats, a smooth ride, and all functions working perfectly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience; the rental was worry-free and convenient. Highly recommended, I would choose it again next time.

I was a bit hesitant at first because the car wasn't the one I reserved, but I ended up using a vehicle of the same class. It was nice that they informed me of the return and refueling details in advance, and the rental and return process was simple, so I didn't waste any time and it was convenient. The airport pickup was well-organized and the location is close to the airport.

Our family of four rented a BYD and had a great time traveling around for 3 nights and 4 days! Our accommodation had a multi-story parking garage, but we had no trouble getting in, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was worried about the airport pickup, but they resolved it faster than expected! I was concerned traveling with my parents, but everything went smoothly and was great :) Thank you.

The location is a bit far but the shuttle was on time. The communication is great via Whatsapp. The car has cosmetic damages all around but the engine was good. The important part is they don't give any hassle upon returning the car. One thing is they cannot provide Hokkaido expressway pass. So you must calculate your toll cost if it worth the rental cost.
