The car was clean with a full tank of gas, the pickup and delivery were very easy, and the service was quick and friendly.

We travelled via the bus station, so we used taxis to get there. However, there is a shuttle to the airport and a bus between airport and bus station. The car was OK. Pretty clean. A few minor dings on it. When you bring the car back, the tank must be full. You must fill up within 10km of the garage and supply proof.

All good, except that a few days after returning the car, I was charged around €250 for no reason. Only after days of phone calls and emails did I manage to get a refund, but it was definitely not a pleasant experience.

Car was clean but bigger than expected. Beware of the insurance packages that they try to sell. Often overlapped and overpriced.

It was fast and the car was brand new; traveling with Avis is always a good choice, even if it's a bit more expensive…
