Fantastic car! Very easy to drive! Unfortunately, we weren't familiar with the roads in Sicily, which led to some minor collisions in narrow alleys. Luckily, we had full coverage insurance. I highly recommend getting full coverage insurance before traveling to Sicily.

The car was fine. The problem is they always put pressure on you, saying that if you don't take out their insurance, in case of an accident you have to pay €2500 upfront. We bought insurance online when we rented it, and their insurance is way too expensive.

I recently booked a car through Trip.com and was generally satisfied with the service, although there was a small incident.
I booked a Mercedes—I wanted the trip to be not just comfortable, but truly enjoyable. The booking cost was about 9,000 rubles, and I paid the rest by card on arrival. I chose the option with full insurance—it gives me peace of mind, especially in an unfamiliar city.
An unpleasant incident occurred during the car pickup process: after payment, they tried to give me a Toyota. Of course, I was upset—expectations and reality clearly didn't match. But importantly, the situation wasn't hushed up: after I complained, the staff quickly corrected the situation and offered me a new SUV—a Lexus. In the end, instead of the sedan I'd planned, I received an even more comfortable and upscale option.
Overall, I rate my booking experience through Trip.com as positive: the interface is clear, the process is simple, and most importantly, the customer support and on-site representatives did not leave the problem unattended and quickly resolved it.

The car was perfect, a Toyota hybrid, comfortable to drive, clean. Once we had a problem with it not starting, and they immediately offered to exchange it. But then it wouldn't start again, so we kept it for the whole week. Well done!!!
