A great car rental experience; just prepare your driver's license and a translated copy. The car was washed and handed over to me; it had automatic headlights and a rearview camera. It's best to buy insurance at the rental agency; four days' insurance costs a little over 200 AUD. With insurance, you don't need to inspect the vehicle, and you don't need to worry about minor scratches. You'll need to bring your own phone holder and charging cable; you can buy them in your home country and bring them with you. Self-service car return is available outside of opening hours, which is very convenient. If you accidentally take a toll highway, the charge will be deducted directly from your credit card, so you don't have to pay it yourself, which is great.

This was my first time renting a car on Ctrip. I found this rental company, and it was great. Picking up the car in the City was perfect for my itinerary. The pick-up and drop-off procedures were convenient. When I returned the car, the staff checked the vehicle and fuel level according to procedure, which was quite fast.

The vehicle actually has some scratches, so be sure to take plenty of photos to document them. The pick-up and drop-off points are the same, next to the hotel. Take the small elevator to the 4th floor; getting in and out is straightforward. Make sure to listen carefully to the staff's explanations.

The car rental company is a local chain, with its branch located inside a five-star hotel in the city center, which is quite convenient. The chain provides professional service, and the cars are generally in good condition. However, the smaller, less mainstream brand car we rented had a problem with refueling: the gas overflowed and wouldn't fill, causing inconvenience. This is something to be aware of when renting a car in the future.

The overall service process was quite professional, honest, and transparent. I ordered a Mazda but received a Kia (it seems they randomly assign cars within the same class). The dealership gave me the keys and I left, which was convenient and quick. Returning the car was also smooth, and the credit card pre-authorization was lifted a little over a month after return.

The car rental location was conveniently located in the city, the car was in good condition, and the staff included Chinese speakers, making communication easy. The deposit refund was also quick, and most importantly, Ctrip customer service representative Youyou was very helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend driving along the Great Ocean Road.

Everything was great; it was located right above the Grand Hyatt Hotel, the paperwork was very simple, and the car was in good condition.

Very good, the car is very new, and with the insurance, it's perfect; you don't need to worry about any accident issues. All you need is your Chinese driver's license with a translation; you don't even need your Chinese passport.
